    Well I think it's self explanatory!

    Well.... I actually had some one check my receipt after using the self check-out. I know this is "new" for people. Costco does it all the time to avoid theft and errors that occur during checkout. I understand that those checkpoints also are not trained on what to look for. It's a process. This fella simply stared at my receipt. I had 4 bags with 16 items. I'd have been ok with him counting the items in the bags! I'd even been ok if he actually did something that resembled something worthwhile. I'm guessing he wanted to see if I was going to go "Karen" on him. This was stupid! He was polite, I was polite. However, he was not sure why he was stopping me. He just stared at my receipt. And I do mean just stared at it. Walmart needs to educate the staff working the entrance and exit. Be consistent!! Check everyone!!!!!!! Everyone behind me was not checked. Go figure. I watched from the exit. They went through the self checkouts as I did. The thief's that raise the cost of products will stop shopping at Walmart, If the checkers would check patrons bags. With a quick count it's done! Also, I was trying to buy several Taylor lettuce products and the stockers, almost knocked me down. They were so rushed to get products on the shelf. No respect for people what so ever.     Like to introduce the most honest man you could possibly meet.. He is the customer host at the Walmart Store 730 Exchange store his name is Syed I'd like to give a lengthy explanation and review but for some reason it keeps a racing my review spotlighting and bragging on The most honest man I've met this century.. Syed During the course of closing out my purchase my billfold when I pulled it out from front pocket money clip fell I didn't see it or hear it... Syed. Noticed it after I left and retrieved it. After I noticed it was missing at home rushed back to the store. When I saw and we made eye contact Syed, He smiled real big I knew that something good had happened.. The manager waved at me and gave me back my money clip with all of the money in it. Syed deserves spotlighting appreciation and we all have the privilege of saying hello to such an honest helpful kind man.. forever grateful Thank you Chris Peters

    7/30/22. The scan guns were all broken and wrapped in a plastic bag. When we finished paying before we could grab our receipt and put in the star review from our experience today, I usually put 5 stars. The check-out guy jumped in right behind me and pressed 5 stars and then he walked away. I tried to ask him what just happened, but he ignored me and told the next customer to go to where I was standing and start checking out. It should have been a 1 star since I had big bins and the scan gun didn't work. That was unprofessional and rude. Update 8/1/22. Management called and asked for the employee's name. Came back to Walmart today and he wasn't wearing a name tag. While we were exiting we saw the same employee start an argument with a customer. He barged in between the family checking out and wouldn't give them space. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Seems like a reoccurring behavior for this employee. The video clip has been uploaded to Yelp. 1) Customer service training. Be polite, do not yell at customers, personal space, please and thank you, may I help you. 2) Have a manager on the floor to prevent these types of escalations and teach de-escalation. 3) Called Hilmer at (972) 649-0356 and got an associate instead. She said she can't help without the employee's name (added his picture to this update). 4) Ask the employee to wear a name tag. 5) Please discuss strategies in preventing these bad customer service experiences. Update 8/2/22 The Assistant Store Manager from Allen (Satish) reached out and we spoke. He affirmed that the actions were inappropriate and that further training will take place. He reassured me that this would not happen again from this employee. Super helpful and happy to hear that we can learn and move forward from these incidents. Thank you very much, Mr. Satish!

    Yes I love Walmart because nobody is too good for this place. They have everything you need and more but you end up spending less than other places. Now that I'm adulting 24/7 you need to appreciate groceries and the convenience of finding everything in one visit. This Walmart Supercenter in Allen is particularly my favorite place to shop for essentials/necessities. They have great quality fruits and veggies, store is always organized nicely and it's super inviting inside. I can't say the same about the other locations but this one is a keeper! Only downside would be that they don't restock quickly enough, considering it's a high volume store they should be on their A game. Still love shopping at this Walmart since I can usually find most of the things I'm looking for on a good day. What else can I say, nobody can beat this company when it comes to value and price.

    Went here and saw rotting fruit. Asked the lady if they had any other fruit. She wouldn't respond. Maybe because I didn't speak Indian. Very rude and gross.

    I love my neighborhood Walmart. My favorite thing about it is that it's always clean and organized, the shelves are always stocked and the prices are great. The only downfall is there are usually only 3-5 open lanes at a time so the wait to check out is longer than it should be. They are the only grocery store that price matches other stores ads. One area that can use a bit of improvement is the lack of interaction some of the staff members have with customers.

    I'm done with Kroger and for good reason. After my experience with the other Kroger yesterday I…read moretruly can't believe the same thing happened one day later at a different store. Went in again,for the convenience,to grab some juice. Incidentally saw Beyond Beef on sale for $5.99 each,buy one get one free! Sold. Now,remembering what happened yesterday with the price confusion at the other store,I snapped a quick photo,( evidence) just in case. Again,checked out and looking at my receipt as I walked out noticed,I'd been charged $9.99 not $5.99! So I swung back in and told the checker. After looking at it a few minutes said she couldn't do anything and sent me to customer service! I use that term loosely! I've been thru this ballet before and with this same person. Bottom line she said( looking at my photo) it was probably in the wrong place. I suggested that's a problem but not mine. Looking at the price and the product right behind it..$5.99 is the price the customer ( that's me) thinks it is. She ask me to look at it. I pull it out of the sack and she says,I'll have to go back there and look. After literally 5 minutes she comes back and says,yes it's in the wrong place. I ask if it's store policy to give the mismarked price. She avoids the question. I ask to talk to a manager. She pages one. I wait. Lady manager come,says yes, correct that for him. Smiles at me and says thank you. That's the way it should have worked from the start! Sorry for the rant but, hard to believe. Take a look at my photo,you be the judge. Combine this with Krogers use of Artificial Intelligence Spying on self check,no thank you. I'm out A Huge Enormous, Robust... Don't Go!
