I was waiting for my alcohol and they took forever, aside from that Rita was taking forever and couldn't find the alcohol I had requested. Once she finally got back to the cash register with the bottles after waiting about 45 minutes, Richard came out of nowhere to tell me they couldn't sell me the bottle because I "looked" intoxicated. I don't even drink, the alcohol was some cheap liquor to use as mixers for a party I'm having on Saturday. Never buying tires here again. I bought them in September 2022 and with an appointment took forever 4 hours just to get my car in the shop. Then took it back after a week cuz the tire pressure turned and they said my car doesn't have sensors to do that. They said everything was fine. Now today 6/21 I bring it back because I got a flat tire and there's no nail on the tire and now the other 2 are also loosing air. I been here waiting for almost 2 hours and they keep saying that they have to do appointments only and the only way to make appointment is to buy new tires. This si so horrible and they want me to come back. How the F do they want me to drive with those tire conditions. Are they trying to make me drive and cause and accident? I paid extra money to get this things fix because they said I should just in case. And all I did waist my money and my time. Definitely not spending more money on the auto side of Walmart. They are horrible so stay away. Pay more for better services elsewhere. Where they let you make appointments no matter what the problem is. read more

Can't really explain why, but I find Walmarts really fascinating places, and whenever I come to the US, I pretty much end up going to every Walmart the destiny puts in my path. What I'm trying to say is that, over the years, I have been to several Walmarts in this great nation of yours, and this particular store is well above the average. Place was clean and merchandise was properly organized. People working here could speak english and were surprisingly friendly. Also, there were a lot of employees roaming around, so it seemed it wouldn't be difficult to find someone to assist you. And you know this Walmart is in a nice area because they have those neat self-check out cashiers. Parking lot was ample. There are a tons of other cool stores in this mall. Employees are rude and when asking for help, they all act like they don't understand what you just asked help in. Waiting 1 hour in the jewelry section just to have more than 2 employees walk away from us when I stopped them to ask if they can call someone to help me. Called the help line for the store and the person on the phone was more apologetic for the rude employees than any of the managers on site that actually never showed up to help. read more

Today my girlfriend went to pick up her online order. Marie the cashier was helping her find the order number. While that was going on the co-manager Eamon stood next to my girlfriend and told Marie to help him without acknowledging my girlfriend, he interrupted and told Marie to scan an item that he wanted to purchase. He never asked if he could go in front of her. So my girlfriend was just standing there waiting next to them as Marie helped him instead. As that was going on the other assistant manager Jesus Jabier came in and insisted Marie to help him with a portable scanner that he was holding and Marie asked him to hold on because she was going to finish helping my girlfriend but he kept on insisting she help him instead. Overall The managers were very rude and they don't seem to believe the costumer comes first. I guess they don't read the test that they take for walmart and they didn't do the "10-foot attitude". Look, I'll start off saying that for the tire center, you kind of get what you pay for. I was charged $160 for two tires plus installation while most tire shops would charge upwards of $200. I would only recommend these guys to put tires on your wheels if you don't care about them getting scratched and if you have multiple hours to spend waiting for your car. They don't seem to know what they're doing half the time and I would never trust this place to change my oil or do any mechanical work on my car. While I was there I saw one worker spill oil all over the floor and another slam the hood of a car he was working on while the funnel was still in the engine bay. I scheduled an "appointment" through Walmarts website to 12 at noon and dropped my car off then. I got a text at 1:18pm that they had just started working on my car, a whole hour and 18 minutes later! What is the point of having an appointment?!? I went to shop around the plaza to kill some time but even when I came back they still weren't done. It took them 2+ hours to mount TWO tires, like cmon..... I wasn't even mad that they were taking so long but every time I tried to ask for an update on my car the worker would notice me and walk the other way or play dumb and start flipping through a book to look busy. Didn't catch his name but it's some little guy who has sunglasses on all the time. If all you care about is saving money then sure, come here but if you have a little extra to spend, go somewhere else. read more

This review is strictly for the Auto Service Center My battery had issues so it was time to get it replaced. I went to Walmart and waited 3.5 hours to get a battery replaced and installed. Outrageous. Only two people working when there was over 5 people needed service. At the end, the worker asked ME if he installed the battery correctly. YOU TELL ME... When I went home, my car was dead. The spark plug was loose... few weeks later I go back and they have me wait 3 hours again. Insane. Again, 2 people running around and 6 people waiting outside. They ended up replacing it with a new battery but my car died again. I took it to a auto repair shop and they said the battery is way below average and needs to be replaced AGAIN. Yelper Maureen L got it absolutely right- hit this place in the early morning hours to avoid the corner of the mall location traffic snafus and insane drivers. I love that this location is freeway convenient (Euclid exit off the 5 south) and uncrowded on weekday mornings. And I adore the 24/7 hours. I think everything should be 24/7. You cannot beat their prices. There are some things I get here that I cannot find anywhere else- Playtex Ultra tampons - which are really hard to find unless you go on Amazon. I also get my FIT fruit & veggie wash here. When you forget to buy that Disney souvenir - but don't wanna pay Disney princess cars or brave Downtown Disney- come to Wal Mart! This location has all kinds of Disney merchandise. A great stop for me when I'm traveling to or from Orange County. read more

I was at this location today and when I went to get in line I got behind a elderly lady that had a lot of items but we were talking and she was sweet. Well the cashier was being kinda rude to her so when I got up there with my items this Asian short cashier was rude to me too, I had brought a extra pair of pant that the size I needed did not have price but they were on clearance and the other had tag, I explained to her this, she rudely cut me off and said Yes Ma'am I got it she repeated this a few times as she peeled off clearance price like I had put it in there. In the long run she got the clearance price to come up. Even though she was rude I thanked her. If I go here again I will make sure I don't go to her or hope she is reprimanded for her rudeness. read more

The instant print kiosk wasn't working, however I was still able to use the 1-hour print but needed my photo right away and he was able to have it ready within 15-20 min. We actually went in here for some supplies while buying a dog bed at PetCo in the adjacent plaza. Parking was not too bad and this store had both paper towel and toilet roll, which with the current situation seems to be a luxury. It was a bit chaotic and people were not really social distancing, but nonetheless, it was not too bad. Employees were wiping the registers at self checkout between customers but I have to say, they were being a bit lazy about that and not always doing it or not doing it very well. read more

I went to get 10 cans of baby formula and me assuming all the cans are good and sealed I was shocked with what I brought home. I opened 1 of the cans and was shocked to see there wasn't any baby formula but instead it was spoiled oatmeal. NEVER again will I ever get my formula here. I was in the bakery section and someone had stolen shoes and left theirs under the cupcake rack. I told the woman at the bakery and she refused to do anything about it as well as Gary in the back. It was disgusting. They had gloves on. They could have disposed of the nasty shoes that were sitting under FOOD! I'll start by saying that this store is not at all professional in its responses to customer service. First reason in the customer service area to return items, they close whenever they feel like it. And the answer I received from the person in charge was if there is not a lot of staff, we cannot keep this area open. I told him if it is 6:45 pm in the afternoon and your schedule says that they close later that update. It happend to me twice this month and the other time was at 7pm, they were close at that time it says 8pm. Now I came to return something and a lady named IRMA who looked like an FBI inspector almost smelled the clothes to see if they weren't used. I understand that she has to check them but I even felt uncomfortable with the way she handled the situation. And although I didn't have a receipt because I lost it, I know that they can look it up in their system but she quickly told me you don't have a receipt, I can't return it. And I told her that of course you can !! I pay with a credit card, I know she didn't like my answer. Honestly, if they don't like working with people because why put untrained people to help out ???. And I do not consider the attitude fair, because if you are not comfortable or satisfied, it is not my fault and I should not tolérate people who have a rude or unpleasant attitude, I hope you take the point of view into account. read more

I've literally called when I was in the store and heard the phone ring, but everyone just ignores it. Also, the parking lot is always trashed. I am here at the Walmart Auto Center on Euclid in Anaheim. What a fiasco, the right front tire was deflated this morning. Called Roadside Assistance and they were excellent. The tire on the other hand was dead with a manufacturer's defect on the inside wall as seen in the pictures attached. They claim that it was slashed. Jose the manager and Hana the Assistant Store manager agreed after looking at the tire. Manny had seen the tire and determined that it was a slash before really examining it. Not only would the "slasher" had done it during a very heavy rain storm but also managed to skillfully get away without getting hurt. This is a 1986 BMW 528e. Not a lot of clearance. My opinion is that this Walmart's Auto Center is not only slow but dishonest. If I am mistaken I am happy to retract this post.. read more

Social distancing isn't enforced. Big crowd being let into the entrance, while a staff member who I assume was supposed to be monitoring the capacity, just stood there watching. Big crowd again just to get a cart, which I wasn't able too.. so I used a decorative basket to hold my items, with the intent of purchasing it. Another big crowd just to get thru aisles. The cashier used humor to complain that she had to take all the stuff out of that basket THAT I WAS PURCHASING! All she has to do was scan everything plus the basket, since nothing needed to be bagged. I know we're all struggling with having to social distance ourselves... I appreciate stores that have truly gone the extra mile to to do this and that is why I will be going to those stores next time. read more
