Honestly this Walmart is a nice place. It's a big/clean store, decent prices and products. However, the clientele is what makes the store trashy. I wish the lines to check-out weren't as long either. They always seem to need more help up front. read more

If I could give zero starts I would. I always have a problem at this location. I life about 5 minutes away and would rather travel the 20ish minutes to the gosford location. Was at this location the other day and walked up to a register that had just opened and the women told me "I can't help you I'm gonna help people from that line over there" I said "I'm sorry? So you're going to turn me away to purchase my items?" She said "ya" WOW. She then asked "wait were you in that line over there?" What if I was? I don't want you to help me now after this. Another time I did an order for pick up and said it would be ready the next day. 24 hours later I still don't have an email saying my order is ready. I called about 10 times and was either hung up on or told "we're getting your order ready rn" then hours later I called again and was on hole for NINETY MINUTES just to be told "we don't have your items" I then spoke to a manager about it who never told me her name or asked how she could help me and then yelled at me and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Another time I went with a return I got from gosford and they wouldn't even let me passed the door. The man there said "that's from gosford you can't return that here" really? Because I've never been told that before. I could go on and on about how terrible this location is. read more

Employees always have terrible service. Hard to get anyone to help you. Had to wait forever for anyone to come over to the photo center with a line of people gathering up and the girl acted like she didn't know at all what she was doing. Even the order pick up is terrible as well, huge line with a wait for someone to help and employees who act like they have no idea what is going on. read more

Searched 24 hour Walmart up in my Google Maps and this one popped up so I drove 20 minutes out of my way for nothing because they're closed from 1am-6am super irritated I will never come back here again I would say I'm going to target only from now on but they are worse and don't open till 8am everyday! I'm not sure if the only qualification to work at the Rosedale Walmart is the ability to provide horrible customer service, but it sure seems that way time and time again. Tonight I needed to make an exchange and a polite gentlemen at the door informed me that the service desk closed at 8:00PM, but if they are in the mood they'll help me. So after driving an hour to make the exchange for a large canopy I purchased the day before that happened to be broken when I got it out of the packaging and hauling it into the store... I had a glimmer of hope. Until associate Rachel stood before and pretended not to see me. Then rudely informed me that they were closed, but other locations were still open and I should try them all the while her and another associate were processing another customer's return! I've been to a lot of Walmart's and this one wins the worst Walmart award. The antacids were behind a locked case. I had to ask 2 people to open it. They wouldn't even let me touch them. The gal said they'd be at a specific checker. I picked up a couple more items then proceeded to that specific checker. My item was not there. Such a huge hassle for a bottle of tums. I noticed lots of employees chatting together and playing with a ball in the center isle. They seemed put out the second time I had to ask for the case to be opened. That's not even the whole story. This walmart is so wierd compared to other walmarts i been to. The other walmarts i have visited are usualy very modern, very well stocked, and it has a nice feel to it or atmosphere to it. But this walmart is the opposite however. First of all the front of the store actually looks like its falling apart, you can see the wood peeling off, thats right peeling off and its wood and not concrete. left side of the store looks like a 99 cent store that you find in the slums. Literally. The Selves are like shorter then you are. the floor looks terrible. The store even has a Maze like structure on that end. and the people who shop there are just as wierd as the store itself. I went to that walmart when i was getting my car alignment a few blocks away. i spent 5 mins in there than just cause nothing in that store felt right. Lines are long and they never have enough cashiers to accommodate. Lines used to never be this backed up. They always had plenty of cashiers but the last 2 years have been ridiculous and I'm not even shopping during high shopping traffic hour. They also don't supply enough school supplies like they did the precios Years. In fall of 2016, I came to purchase notebooks, they had 2 left. And today, they have zero, absolutely none. Service here is terrible. It has gone down hill. I will be shopping at Target from now on. It's nearby. read more

Fail. Fail. Fail! Avoid their "convenient" and "safe" shopping experience of "pick up" AT ALL COSTS!! Go to Target, folks. Walmart (1st time: no marked parking for pick up, signs that DID say "pick up here" (but they turned out to be part of the Pharmacy pick up), and you do have to go into the store. So, fight for a parking space at the SuperCenter (aka never any parking), get inside and voila! Even though Walmart is open until midnight, the "pick up" center closes at 8pm! Not enough signage \ notices in the system to catch the eyes for that, but, hey, that's on me...buyer beware. I DID arrive before pm but had to park. Tonight, second chance... arrive at 5pm on Sunday eve, knowing I would need to go in. Their kiosk? Smack dab in the entry of the store where shoppers get exposed to EVERYONE walking in! So much for safe. Then, after 40 mins of "looking" for the remainder of my $350 order (that took 2 hours to shop for online), they STILL cannot find the soda and canned milk. I am trying to be patient, but finally I just said, look, give me what you have and refund the items you could not find (OR HUSTLE TO THE BEVERAGES AISLE AND RE "PICK" THEM!), but their answer: "The computer won't let me do that." So, I left, leaving behind the items I shopped for....so much for "convenient!" Go to Target. Shopped online for 1 hr and picked up (without leaving the vehicle) from phone call to groceries coming out (including two times of the phone dumping me), a total of 15 mins. Go to Target. read more

One star because I couldn't leave it with out any. Went there on Black Friday stood in the line that the wal Mart employee told us to stand in for two hours for iPhones. Once we got to the front we were told not one were we in the wrong line but they never got iPhones. The store never announced it nor did they post it anywhere and the employee told us they had them two hours prior. The lady offered us a $20 gift card. We took it for them wasting our time and their false advertisement. Today I get online to use the gift card and the gift card doesn't work it says it's an invalid card. Douglas an assistant manager at this store would not price match. Said they did not need my money and that I had no idea what I was talking about and then started to confront me. Was going to kick me out. I have worked retail for years this guy is unprofessional. I was matching GameStop on Diablo 3 for Xbox one. It was in stock and said so on the website. I also called and they had it in stock as well. What good is a price match policy if you are going to do everything to prove the valuable customer wrong. Douglas would not even apologize when he found out he was wrong. He needs to take a look in the mirror. His employees will immolate him. I'm sure this is not what the GM would want in there store. This Walmart is an absolute disaster, I regret not driving across town every time I walk in. They are constantly out of everyday items that should be stocked, the store is constantly a mess, and it seems as though the prices are higher. I have banned all Walmart's because of this location. Very poor customer service. Managers are never available.....all take lunch breaks at the same time! They treat their employees like crap, who in turn share that with their customers. It all starts at the top! Filthy store. Lazy employees. I have to say this because enough is enough. I go to this store a lot and for the most part I like the prices, and its been pretty clean over the years. Positively there are a couple friendly employees who know how to speak to the customers with a smile. I also know that dealing with the public is hard, and that it seems a lot of people can be difficult, nasty-rude, and often times it can be for over something redonkulous and maybe even something that is out of the employees control. Ok, and I know thousands come to this store and they can not remember everyone. Taking this all in account, I still have had enough. Everytime I shop here, I have an employee harassing me in some way. There is a clique of employees/managers at this store who are just mean spirited. Never mind the fact that you are loyal customer over the years, even though Target is right next door. Even though there is other Walmart Grocery stores surrounding this one within a couple miles. It would appear that they don't want my business. They don't appreciate my business, And they definitely don't believe i'm supporting they're paycheck. So I spend a lot of money in this store regularly, and You can not tell me that these store employees don't know I do. You can't tell me the managers don't know I'm a regular. Their attitude stinks. They have never made it more obviously clear that they do not want my business. I have never done anything wrong but you sure have. Rude employees when you ask ?s, employees giving dirty looks, saying stupid remarks , mocking and laughing, and yelling at me and they were wrong, making assumptions or accusations that are just proven wrong. Its just harassment. Your RM's needs to take this store and shake it up. Try Hiring some people who take retail seriously. Talk to your lower managers to have a little respect when talking with customers. Tell your cashiers that they need to be friendly to EVERYONE. Let me start off with the fact that I hate coming here but it's the only store that's open when I get off of work and have to pick up some last minute things. I used to enjoy coming here around 1-2 am just because it's so much more pleasant as there's less people shopping and less busy. The cashiers on the graveyard shift were always funny and we'd exchange stories but now with the new closing time, the cashiers that have rung me up have been very rude. I popped by around two-three weeks ago as I needed new shoes around 11 pm. The line to checkout was (I kid you not) roughly 20 minutes as they only had two registers open. Right before closing?? Seriously? The line was by the shampoo aisle.. they then closed one of the two registers. As we finally got rung up the cashier explained that they had 3 cashiers call out. Which I understood but when I went again two nights ago around 11 again, only one register open with a line all the way to the shampoo (AGAIN.) As the cashier rung me up, he being rude and being passive aggressive as if it were my fault he was still here. Dude, there's 50 more customers behind me and it's not my fault that no one else wants to or can jump on another register to help bring the line in. Walmart officially has the worst customer service around. Oh and not to mention the front bathrooms always look like crap. There's never any freakin paper towels in the front or back bathroom no matter what time of day it is. read more

AWFUL service. I wish I could give zero stars! On the rare occasion I look for an item online and want to call to see if it's in store, it takes forever to answer the phone, every time. So I sit and wait, someone finally answers with an irritated tone rushing out their Walmart greeting.. Today I called and politely asked for the employee to look up an item for me to see if they had it in store (it didn't specify online if it was in store), she said 'uhh sure lemme look' and then I sat on hold for over TEN minutes with no indication this person was ever going to acknowledge me again. I hung up and called back, this time a guy named glen answered and I asked to speak with a manager and he said 'oh okay hang on' and then I was hung up on. So I called A THIRD TIME! So irritated at this point, glen answered again and I told him I just called and wanted to speak to a manager and that he hung up on me and he said 'ok hang on' and I sat on hold for 6 minutes before giving up. How could you run a business with such unenthusiastic and rude employees? Maybe you were too busy to answer your phone because you're busy out on the floor trying to teach your employees respect and proper customer service skills, HA! Who am I kidding. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ELECTRONIC DEPARTMENT!! Went here bcoz the Gosford branch checked and told me that the item that I was looking for was available at this store. That there should be 4 in stock of the item. I only need one item. So, I asked Nicole, cashiers staff at the Electronic Dept to look at the item and told me that she will check at the stock room. So, I stayed at the area where she left me. I waited for quite some time, thinking and hoping she'll come back with my item. It's been a long time of waiting I decided to check if there's a staff at the counter/cashier's, I was so surprised to see Nicole back in there already who didn't even bother to come back and talk to me. When I asked her if she found my item, she then pointed to Toni (another female staff) and told me that it was Toni that's looking for it. Toni at that time was helping another customers to find something in their dept. I stopped Toni when she's done helping and asked her if she's looking for my item. Then, she went back to the counter and started digging on the boxes on a push cart and told me that she couldn't find what I was looking for. Nicole disappeared from the counter at that time. Toni just seem uninterested or just don't care. So, I decided to look for a manager to complain. I passed by the jewelry dept and the staff told me that she dont think the manager is in. I just decided to go home and just call to make a complaint. On my way to the exit, I decided to asked the greeter if there's a manager I can talk to. She then pointed at the CSM (I think it stands for customer service manager). I spoke to Liesl and informed her what had happened. At first I didn't know that the other female staff name was Toni. I just described her the conversation and attitude and she said " it must have been Toni". Kinda well known for having an attitude. So she talked to her and heard Toni complained to her how disorganized the stock room was and that she couldn't even pulled the item out of her "a$$" (bad word) Then Liesl looked for Nicole who went on her break already!! No apology heard from Toni. Liesl said that they're having a new manager, etc.. I refused to give my name and number to Liesl, this is to call me if they found the item I was looking for. With those rude, incompetent, no good ethics staff at the electronic dept, why should I give my phone number? Liesl was nice though as well as the greeter. It just that the management should screen each staff before hiring. read more
