Ordered pickup order at 2pm, got notified at 6pm that order would be delayed up to 2 hours with no indication that pickup closes at 8. Call at 10 because we got no notice of our order status, advised by random team member that pick up is closed and our order cannot be addressed. Go to cancel order and it appears the pickup had never started as we were able to confirm cancelation instantly. In 8 hours (1 whole shift) they weren't able to complete or even communicate status of an order we should've just completed at food4less in about an hour? Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Some people should not EVER be managers. In this case the assistant manager Dale came over to assist an ongoing and constant problem with their online purchasing and pick ups department. I had personal requested the manager. The associate had done all he could up to that point. It was time for a manager to take over. But no.. That's not how they are trained over at the Beaumont Walmart on 2nd Street. I had asked both the associate and the assistant manager to let the manager handle the situation. I've been in hospitality management for almost 25 years. At this point there was nothing the associate could do to fix the matter. But the assistant manager Dale Never took over the situation. Dale allowed the associate to continue to antagonize me for 10 minutes and tell me I was wrong about my account being charged. Tell me I am wrong about the number of items I ordered. The associate continued to try and shake my hand three times after me telling him, " at this point I'm not here to make friends" all I want to do is feed my dog as I repeated.... Can I resolve this with the manager? I even stated that the associate wasn't even wearing a name tag and I still don't know his name. Well the end result was..... I'm a 45 year old responsible adult. I didn't take to kindly of the way the associate continued to antagonize me, continue to try and explain, continue to tell me I was wrong. After 10 minutes, it got old and I lost my cool. I proceeded to tell him to STFU in a derogatory way. I was completely out of line and ashamed. Then the assistant manager Dale conveniently decided to finally speak up and yell at me to Get The Fuck Out! The associate in the background assisting with pick ups also followed me out the store to ask me who the Fuck I think I am. He should have minded his own business. When I was asked to leave. I turned around and left without any confrontation or comment at all. I even left the store as they refused to give me items I purchased from in the store. I didn't realize it was policy for associates to follow paying customers out the door cursing at them. It may not be policy but it surely is acceptable behavior by their associates. I was called by corporate and welcomed back into the store with a $25 gift card for the troubles regarding my order. As I was talking to an associate about an item search, the antagonizing associate who doesn't have to wear a name badge came up from behind me to say...... "uh ohhh, what's up brother?" And I politely replied "what's up" as he went through the double doors by the meat department. After he did so, I felt like I was the main event at a three ring circus. Three employees stood and stared at me as if I was doing something wrong and something good was about to happen. So the unnamed associate couldn't just drop things. He had to push the envelope even more and get me kicked out of the store again. This time, I left without saying anything rude. I made it clear to security that I was just invited back into the store by corporate office. I had no problems with anyone except Dale and the management experience he lacks! This entire situation could have been avoided with simple hospitality management 101... I have never been kicked out of or asked to leave any establishment in my entire life. The associate obviously wasn't talked to or he wouldn't have felt so entitled to talk to me again. He should have kept his mouth shut and minded his own business. I had my back turned and I was asking an Associate about a bakery item. That's it!!!! Then I have to tolerate getting harassed by entitled associates, because the management doesn't know how to manage.. And 8 days later they still have my money and I don't have my items!!! read more

I went a week ago to pay and they called IRELAND from the back cause they were packed (as always) Ireland walks up with attitude, asks my info (routine) then says I need your ID! I didn't have it so I just turned around and walked out. I went back 2 days later and SHURANDA was there She helped me no problems...asked my info, ran my card, BOOM no problems. I asked Shuranda if we needed ID And she responded with " don't nobody need ID to pay their bill". I then explained what happened and she said "that girl has attitude, you should've asked for her manager...don't ever let anyone do that to you again". Thank you, Shuranda for being an amazing employee and not a cunt. You deserve It's ALWAYS packed because it's the only Walmart in a 15-20 mile radius of this town. It was a bummer moving from Corona to this place They have now implemented SCANNING the receipts for your PAID items at the door. So not only did you stand in line or checked yourself out...you have one more line you have to clear through before you're free. What else!? Oh yeah everything is locked behind glass. Auto Center-- horrible. I ordered 4 new tires. Was schedule for installation and when I got there, I was told only 3 tires came in. OKay, I understand I guess. Called back 2 days, still no tires. Called back another 2 days after, no tire yet. What really pissed me off is not able to get a hold of them and having to be on hold for long time. Finally after a week from initial schedule my tire came in. Took it in to replace, had to wait 10-15 min before some came to my window. Already not happy. Okay now finally got my tires replaced, but my tire pressure light was on. As to some car with new tire replacement, the tire light will come on until driven for a few hundred feet. I live 5 miles away going on freeway. The light was on the whole way home. Doesn't seem right. Got home and further inspected to find out that front right tire was only pumped to 25psi. Couldve caused more damaged or can be a lot worst. Checked all of my lugs to make sure they tighten properly too. Do not recommend. read more

The Beaumont Walmart is a disaster. They are near Senior communities but don't give a damn about them. They have several electric scooters most of which are out of service although they have a contract with a repair person to repair them on Thursday, the manager doesn't make certain theyre repaired. Calls to the home office promised a new manager who would set things straight. In speaking with the employees, they say the new manager is worse. He cannot be approached, won't, listen to his employees. The store is disorderly bordering on filthy. Why they won't pay a decent salary to get a good manager who can manage, is beyond me. They screwed up scanning one friggin item. What more can I say? Instead of simply refunding me the item, the cashier shoved me towards the customer service line just so I can get a refund for ONE FRIGGIN ITEM that he scanned TWICE. To make things worse, customer service only had one person doing their friggin job, while other (presumably) employees who are capable of doing their job stood around talking to each other. This store is so worried about an in-house crime that they fail to have parking lot security. Yesterday while shopping in the store when my truck was struck in the parking lot by a hit and run driver - I was parked near the Solar-powered 'cameras' which didn't seem to matter when the person who hit the back left corner of my truck and the left rear tire completely destroying the tire - fled the scene. When I came out and discovered my destroyed rear tire a nice lady came up to me and she said she saw the person fleeing in a large white truck with a cart-type trailer on its hitch. I was able to call a tow truck to help me change the tire with my spare. I was able to make it to an open tire service facility that changed the spare for a new tire. read more

I can get everything I need here for an amazing price. From clothing, to unique groceries (like the Walmart version of GoGurt for $1.79) to toiletries like bulk children's lavender bubble bath for under $3! The icing on the cake is that they have the grocery pick up option that has saved my life as a single mom of two little girls. After a work day I can pull up and they'll put your groceries you ordered online inside your car for free. If you don't want to buy bags bring yours and they'll bag it for you. There is no fee but a $30 minimum. I love this because you can budget by seeing your total and just sit in your car! They do have substitutes usually if they're out of an item they will substitute. It's usually a great sub but sometimes not so just warning about that. This location is very clean. The shop goers and staff are friendly. It's very organized and again has every item I'm usually looking for that most walmarts do not. read more

I use to love this Walmart until they started locking up items in glass cases. I have gone numerous times and needed things like certain makeup, razors, ovulation tests, etc. and I've pressed the button and stood for 15+ mins and no one helped me. Took 45 to get a propane tank from the outside store. It was 90 degrees outside and that is an unacceptable waiting time. The first employee who came to help me out had he wrong keys. 15 mins later the right keys were brought. Same thing happens when I want to get baby formula from the locked cabinet.
