This morning I was trying to call and have someone pull 2 Brother toners. The website says that it is in stock but we are sending an employee, so I wanted to have it pulled when he got there. I tried calling electronics but no answer, so I tried customer service and got the same thing. I find it hard to believe that it is so busy at 9am on a Tuesday morning, that there is no one to answer the phone at either location at the store. Typical for this location. They have the absolute WORST customer service around. I've been to Walmart several times but this was my first needing something from the jewelry counter. I had to search for someone to even call for assistance. I waited for about 10 min and no one showed. I went and did the rest of my shopping and went to self checkout to have someone called again but was told she can't because her phone doesn't work. Been with Walmart since it opened it's doors. Your new way of checking out is to much for me to handle. I am 82 and when I go shopping each Thursday I have a cart FULL of purchases. You have taken away my choice of how I will check out! There was 1 person manning the checkout machines! I had a cart full and I was already tired..and you really think I am now going to unload, price and bag!!! Those self-check out machines are for the younger people and for those who buy just a few items. That is not for me!! So I take it there has been a survive done and all of your senior shoppers lost? Well I know a few of those and a few of the younger crowd too and we ALL agree your new and improved crap way of doing business STINKS! Either put people at the FEW checkout sites you have left (there was only 1 when I was there last week) and she was worked to hard to keep up with the line of people ahead of me (25 min wait). You are replacing people at the sites with machines! Saving money? Well until there are changes you just lost me!! And I intend to tell others to go to Target and Howard Teeters. Like the selection in the store but the customer service desk sucks. I returned an item I bought online and went through the process to return it. The lady arrived at the desk and didnt say a word to us but got on the phone for something. Just seemed like we were bothering her the whole time and she didnt want to be there. this place has everything you need. one-stop shop. hate the fact that customers service is terrible here. you will find the friendly greeters but other than that good luck. every section they just have people there who don't know anything. why put someone in a section that they have no idea where anything is located? or even know anything about the section? this place could easily get 5 stars if they could fix that problem. the prices are the best in town for every single product. oh, and at midnight all registers and self-checkout have to reset. so if you go there around that time expect a long wait. also, I hate the fact that they never have enough registers open. during peak hours they should have every single one open to avoid extremely long lines. read more

vision center update. I was pleasantly surprised when i went to pick up my lens at the vision center the day after I posted the problem. The store manager reads Yelp and left a gift card for me to off set the problems we encountered. I did not expect any compensation for the problems. Hopefully my problems will have them reconsider using the lab that caused all the problems to begin with. Thank you walmart management. read more

I've been shopping here for over 5 years now. I've learned that some of the items are not always in stock but you just have to learn the system. Buy a extra bottle of A-1 or that Deodorant that you use because it might not be in stock when you need it. I would really like to give this place 3 stars but Id feel guilty if I did. The lines at checkout !!! Lets get management involved and have some extra cashiers on during the peak hours!! I know the faces of the fastest cashiers and I quickly jump in their lines. Very simple problems that customers complain about. How about electronics, it seems that every time I try to buy something back there that there is no one working that department. I like to shop here after 11pm when I have time. You have to navigate around the pallets but at least you know there will be things on the shelves or in a box near by, but then you have to deal with the long lines at check out again. I avoid this place on the weekends and EBT days at all costs. Come on and get on it management, it seems that you have ignored the complaints for too long. read more

wish I could give a negative number of stars!!! if there were another Walmart within 20 miles, I would take the hike, happily. when I moved here a year ago, a HORRIBLE experience made me swear off this store. unfortunately, in this crazy town, I almost have no choice. as a restaurant manager, I understand the ambiguity of business and that sometimes things happen... but if things keep happening, it's obviously a personnel, management, or planning issue. I use fairly common brands of products; deodorant, shampoo, toilet paper... but I am a creature of habit and routine. this establishment makes it impossible for me to get the items I swear by. the employees act like they work in a sweatshop... worn out, disgruntled, and ignore everyone around them... heaven forbid you ask a question or would like to speak to a manager (who is not much better, BTW.). cashiers... o lord, the cashiers. slow as molasses in winter, and there are never enough of them... they seem to always find another employee to talk to, though! I can't wait to grocery shop during the holidays! long story short (clearly not THAT short), if you're willing to deal with the price hike, head to target. at least they're more selective with hiring. if it's specific products you want, head to Amazon. this town doesn't have it. read more

Worst Walmart I have ever experienced, will not go to this one again. I went in yesterday to get groceries for visiting family. Prices wrong or not on display, very trashy. I looked at my receipt when I got home, and there is a charge of $18.97 for something! I didn't buy anything for that amount. The cashier was very slow, and didn't appear she knew what she was doing (she got switched out right before I got there, man was much better). Trying to call the store several times, no answer! Not even a recording, it rings and rings. The store manager, as well as the district manager should be fired. read more
