Pick up area is at the side of store, the lot is separate from stores main parking lot, so it greatly enhances the ease of picking up your order. The ap/email made it very simple!!! I've learned with. Walmart to always check the online price, sometimes it's less than the store price. I also returned an item while I was there. I wish I got the name of the young lady working returns. She seemed exhausted, she was there by herself. She was still upbeat and friendly. She was working thru the line quickly, so kudos to her. Also bought some batteries. They are now in a locked cabinet requiring employee to open case for you. Tire Department: take your car someplace else. PERIOD! Even Sam's might be better service. So many other places for tires or oil changes. Never enough employees to assist at front desk. Their system cancels appointments and doesn't notify. Their system cancels orders and doesn't notify. And then the lack of knowledge in their own POS system is frustrating. read more

So, one of their employees cancelled my whole order today just because that person did not want to do their job. Even tried to make it look there was a payment issue which my credit card company immediately confirmed was false. I contacted Walmart directly and their representative ended up admitting their employee just canceled my order for no reason other than the person did not feel like pulling it. I used to come here regularly out of convenience. However, the past 5-7 times I've come here I have not been able to get the majority of my groceries which is the primary point behind a grocery store. Dealing with Pam at Walmart eye center. She was very rude. I asked if she could look up my Davis Insurance to see what frames they paid for her reply was "we can't look up that information " as I was juggling my 18 mo old and 8 yr old granddaughters. Having to worry about being able to afford frames was hard enough, let alone dealing with such a rude, condescending employee. I hope she shows more grace and mercy to the next customer. read more

This is twice that Walmart on 96th St in Fishers Indiana and Door-Dash have blamed each other for our order not getting delivered on time. The last time, it didn't get delivered till the next day. They don't answer the phone to check on what's going on. The national complaints department couldn't get ahold of them either. Walmart salvaged our pick-up relationship by reaching out and compensating me for the bad experience.

So, this morning I placed 2 orders for pick up. The first order had a substitution, no problem. The second order's notification for a substitution showed up while I was in route to the store. I saw it, denied the substitution, and told them I was here. I noticed it was still on the order and wanted to refuse picking up the second order for now. The gentleman came to my car with both orders, I explained the situation, said I would pick up the first order, but wait on the second. He took the items from the second order with him. Then before I pulled out of the parking lot, I looked at the app and it showed I had picked up both orders. So, when he came out again, I said just give those items since it went through. He said ok. Then he disappeared. His coworker has no clue where he went. The coworker looked for my items and was unable to find them. It's been over an hour. I went in to talk to customer service and the line is 15 deep. I saw a store manager scurry in and out of the locked office- I looked him directly in the eye, and still he disappeared. I just want my stuff or I just want a refund. Either one. read more

I have been a Walmart shopper for years. In fact I worked near this store when it first opened. Tonight's trip was a disappointment for sure. While prices were as expected, I have never seen such empty shelves! The dairy case was mostly empty. Could not buy the half & half for my DH ... they were out of quarts & half gallons. So many things wrong with this Walmart to write about. Store was packed and there were 6 younger girl employees standing around up front by jewelry talking and playing on their phones while one of them was working. I was recently budged in the self check line by 2 other girls who had their Walmart attire on. People blatantly steal from the store and staff watch them walk out while I get my receipt checked for the two items in my cart not in bags... I have encountered a good handful of employees who were extremely kind and helpful, but, the majority ruin this place for the rest unfortunately. Very well organized and stocked store, especially around the holidays. They seek to put a lot of care into keeping the shelves stocked full of everything you could want. This is one of my go to grocery stores (second to the walmart on Pendleton Pike). The customer service at this location is usually very helpful when I need to make a return or exchange and it's fairly quick to get in and out when I need just a few things. read more

I bought storage bins for pick up meaning once I get email notice means should be ready to pick up no hassle right.....WRONG Get to pick up window first had to wait and no one at pickup desk finally someone came after ringing bell multiple times Then told only had 11 of 12 bins I ordered and one was broken so now down to 10. Then the clerk and I find another bin broken so much for trusting staff to do a quality check before bring up to pick up desk So I ask for refund for 3 bins 45 minutes later trying to track down Asst Manager Chris and no one could get the system to give a credit. He then call Walmart online and told he promises I will get credit and hands me a piece of paper with an 888 number to call. What a hassle would have been better quicker and faster just to come in and buy what was on the floor and I could make sure non broken !!! read more

Price is good and low but I guess that's why the quality and staff aren't that great. Especially the past year I noticed this location the produce area looks dirtier. The staffs I have seen putting the produce up had their masks dangling under their chin and talked and even sneezed. One today was on the phone while putting stuff up in the baking aisle cussing up a storm loud enough to be heard two aisles over. This location used to be good. This is my normal stop for groceries and household supplies due to its proximity to my apartment. I have never had a negative experience here. The prices are the lowest around and the selection is great. The bakery and deli always offer fresh selections. The lines are usually short and I am able to shop quickly and get home. The benefits of having such a large store are apparent because I am able to purchase almost everything I need at a single location. This location is always stocked and always clean. read more

First off I want to say this Wal-mart was pretty nice, that is until I took my son to use the front restroom. Once we entered the restroom we could immediately smell how awful it was. As we approached the stalls we could see trash on the floor and even a full roll of toilet paper laying in the floor as well. Each stall was worse than the last. I called needing to know if they had something in stock in electronics. The phone rang for 5 min and someone finally answered. "Thank you for calling Walmart. How can. I help you?" Me: "yes I need someone in electronics please" Associate "what do you need from them?" I start to explain what I need, get cut off by her stating ok and then she transfer me in the middle of talking. Then, the phone gets answered again by the associate "electronics". No greeting , just very short . I asked if they had a couple did fferent items. He repeaTed the one and as I started say yes and also this.... he put me on hold. Couple min later he comes back and stays they have the one item in stock. I asked about the other item and he said he didn't t hear that at all. I asked if he cOuld check and then he putts me on hold again. Comes back "yes. we have that one too.." me " ok great thank you" associate "goodbye" No customer service skills what so ever. Compared to other Walmarts in my area, this one is okay. I've stopped using the grocery pickup as they have stiff competition from others, mainly 3rd party services that can deliver. I also had long delays and issues in my most recent visits so this review will focus on their retail only. This Walmart is generally clean and well-organized. I come here yearly for my eye exam in their Vision Center which I find to be very reasonable as I don't carry vision insurance. All of the doctors there are very nice and do a good job as I've had eye/vision issues my entire life. It can get busy so I recommend scheduling an early appointment. Otherwise, I don't visit here much, but when I need something specific from them, it's a solid choice. read more

Another terrible experience here. I waited at the customer line for more than 20 minutes while the lady working the register chatted up the guy in front of me which I had no problem with. Until it was my turn and I was swapping out a curtain panel for another color. I realized I had forgotten my receipt at home but since it was an even swap I didn't think it would be a huge deal. Wrong! It was a big deal to her as she proceeded to basically tell me how wrong I was and "We don't do things this way. You only get 2 more times to return without one." Again, no issue with the actual policy but it was as if I had done the most horrible thing. ESPECIALLY since the guy before me didn't have a receipt either. This has potential to be great but leave it to walmart to mess it up. I used their grocery app to "check in" so I wouldn't have to wait for my grocery pick up order when I arrived. I've been here for 15 minutes and still no groceries. I called (app checks you in when you arrive so you don't have to call) because well....15 minutes with crickets...and was told that it would be a bit because he was the only worker and was having to deliver groceries to the other car waiting. There are now 4 cars sitting here....and one person working. How do you employ one person to man an obviously busy pick up time? SMH. Walmart. read more

I went to get an oil change. I will NEVER come back here. I'm not sure what the lady's name at the desk she's an older women. Totally made me feel like such an inconvenience for coming on the day I came. Saying they were short staffed and there would be a wait. I work customer service and currently we are short staffed so are a lot of other businesses. I waited no problem which was 2 hours. Totally fine it was my day off so I couldn't come any other time. I used to grocery shop here, since I live downtown and work in Fishers. But, it was always such a hassle. I stopped over here the other day in search of construction paper. I swear, I covered the entire store until I found the paper tucked away in the corner, past the greeting cards. Of course, they just had packs, not in the colors that I wanted. I picked up a few other things while I was there and even with only one person ahead of me in line, it took forever to get through the "express" line. Meh, it's a Wal-mart. I was in the vicinity and stopped by to get some athletic shoes. They actually did have a cheap pair of running shoes, for $12, regular price $14. "Starter" brand, model "Johnny". I'm probably going to use them for indoor workouts more, but I ran outdoors with them, and they aren't bad. I don't expect them to last long or hold up to lots of use, but for only $12, I can afford to replace them more often. One nice thing, is that they have WIDE widths, ie, 11W, not just 11. Many stores do not carry "wide" widths in athletic shoes, and I learned the hard way that you can't just go up a 1/2 size or full size in an atheltic shoe in order to get the width you need. However, it's still a Wal-mart, and the clientele, though in the toney Fishers area is still the Fishers equivalent of "Walmart People". See www. peopleofwalmart. com. My first clue was that there were too many loose shopping carts around the parking lot, not put away in the cart corrals. There weren't as many loose carts in the lot as in the 7325 Keystone location, and the clientele was not as scarey as the Keystone location. But still it was enough to notice. After I went here, I went across the street to Meijer, and it was like night and day. Meijer is a much better store, better experience, better employees, and a better clientele. Granted, I'll still go back to Walmart for things that one can only get at Walmart, or for specific prices where the price at Walmart is much lower. read more

The isles are usually stocked pretty good however, it is usually pretty busy and the employees stock shelves while people are shopping which leaves no room for shoppers to get around. I hate Walmart, but my husband took film there for developing. I went to pick it up and waited and waited while 5 "associates" chatted about personal topics. Finally a young disgruntled looking man comes to aid me. Only to be interupted by another customer, which apparently was more interesting since he bailed on me to help this other person in video games. None of these people even tried toextend any polite customer service. I guess Walmart's motto is..."we don't need good customer service, you idiots will come here anyway!"
