My Walmart food delivered outside in rain on the wet ground

They delivered food to my senior building and left it outside in the rain on the wet ground . They refused to refund me !!! Shame on the billionaire Walton family . For does it profit a man to gain the whole world yet lose his SOUL !

We moved about 5 minutes away from this Walmart a few months ago and I can guarantee you that I will not be a regular shopper at this Walmart until someone from corporate mandates that they get this store cleaned up. We had a few items we needed to quickly grab so we decided to run into this store. All of the shelves are in disarray so much so that you can tell it has been that way for a while. It is very dirty....Dirt EVERYWHERE and that alone makes me uneasy especially in the times we are in.

This location is decent. Walmart has done of the worst customer service you will encounter in America. This location cleaner, better staffed it appears.. you would see the disasters they Have in Cleveland, Flint, Kalamazoo, and do on.. Indiana apparently an improvement

Very well organized and stocked store, especially around the holidays. They seek to put a lot of care into keeping the shelves stocked full of everything you could want. This is one of my go to grocery stores (second to the walmart on Pendleton Pike). The customer service at this location is usually very helpful when I need to make a return or exchange and it's fairly quick to get in and out when I need just a few things.

If you are coming in for auto or tire service expect to spend at least an hour. They are ALL over the place. The people are nice but, they are so busy concentrating on each other that you will never get to the cashier. They deal less with the customers and more with the needs of the store and their personal issues. The rest of the store functions as your normal Walmart would.

This place is a joke. Never any cashiers. Messed my order up several times for pickup. They should pay me to shop there!

I maybe go in Von Maur once a season, and it is even more noticeable at least to me, when you visit a store in longer intervals. They do have excellent eye-catching merch displays and still focused on upscale dressing and seemed like every section had a sales associate to help and areas were upkept. They are targeting heavily toward the older higher income demographics. It is especially telling when you listen to their choice of piano music in them. I would think a salesclerk would go a bit bonkers hearing taped renditions over and over of sickeningly sweet instrumental earworm inducing oldies all day long. I'm surprised this mall chain has lasted, as it hasn't really changed with the times. As times get ever more difficult with less to spend in this way, it will be interesting to see how this chain reacts.

The merchandise is high end, name brand. They carry men's, women's and children's clothing and shoes and a small section of seasonal household decor. Yesterday, I bought several gifts. The store was decorated with a pianist playing Christmas music. I found exactly what wanted and an associate carefully took the information for wrapping and sending. I saw several other things I wanted, including Christmas outfits for my granddaughters. I left without buying, but later in the day decided my girls needed those outfits. I called the store and Deidreana found the outfits and put them on hold until I got back over there. The outfits were even on sale. Returns/exchanges are easy. They put gift receipts in each package. The store is always immaculate and has lovely restrooms. There is plenty of parking around the store, although parking fills during the holiday shopping season. I recommend and will probably go back this week myself.

While I've always had a strange affection for Castleton Square, the truth is these closed-air malls are dying out in favor of mixed usage malls and open-air concepts. Fashion Mall is still around, of course, and Greenwood Park is still here even if it has done at least a modest renovation toward open-air. Washington Square? It might as well be dead. Lafayette Square? The same. Hamilton Town Center is pretty rocking, however, it largely is an open-air concept. Fashion Mall is great for luxury items and a food court vastly superior to Castleton. Both malls have movie theaters - while I love Landmark, I actually give the nod to AMC Castleton here. Castleton is still a Simon mall. It continues to have major spots vacant including the front of the mall spot recently vacated by Forever 21. This is an older mall that still has sporadic issues with violence, a fairly strong IMPD presence, and a woeful lack of major draw retailers. JC Penney is still here despite rumors of bankruptcy, though the store itself is so dirty you'll likely need a tetanus shot when you leave. Von Maur is fine. You've got Macy's with a Starbucks in it, though Cath Coffee is local and has a kiosk in the mall (the old Starbucks). The food court still has a Chick-fil-A, a Luca Pizza, and a handful of others. McAlister's still has a spot with an exterior entrance. It looks like a Mexican joint has taken the old Johnny Rocket's spot that has seen several other restaurants quickly fail. I'd recommend coming in from East 82nd Street as streets are smoother. East 86th Street is getting some attention (finally), but you'll still likely need an alignment from driving it (if you go to Costco or Saraga you know this). Parking is typically abysmal here. People argue over ADA spots (Seriously, I was yelled at today for moving too slowly to vacate one). There's a tension in the mall that seems palpable and I actually felt a sense of relief when I left. My favorite spots? The movie theater, of course. I do still like the McAlister's. I'm a fan of Earthbound Trading Company off the food court. I like FYE, Yankee Candle, and Spencer Gifts. There's a Native American goods shop that's pretty cool, as well. Four Seasons Florist is a nice spot and Grade A Tattoos has a place here. Boss Battle Games has a $15 entry and you can play all day. Lego still has a great and popular spot here. There's an exterior sign indicating Hobby Lobby is joining the mall soon - I think around the long vacant Sears spot. Accessibility is pretty decent here. Main doors are automatic. Accessible/ADA parking is plentiful (though frequently misused and nearly never enforced). The main accessible restrooms are near the food court. I'd still like to see this mall get a more practical retailer - Hobby Lobby may fill that need soon. I noticed today that there's almost an international marketplace vibe starting to happen here with a more diverse clientele and a few more indie shops noticed. Ultimately, I didn't really enjoy shopping here like I have in the past. I didn't hate it, but I didn't leave thinking "I can't wait to go back." Instead, I noticed the tension and I really felt like I'd much rather go to free-standing or open-air spots than be immersed in this tense, uncomfortable shopping experience. I'd probably go 2.5 if I could. I can't. 2 feels a little low and considering there's still some great shopping to be had here I'll stick with a 3-star rating with a slight disclaimer that Castleton Square sure seems like it's headed downhill.

This location is located at the corner of 116th and Allisonville Road. It's across from their previous location. Improvement? Most definitely. Beyond simply being newer and cleaner, this Kroger has a much broader selection, vastly superior parking, and a more wheelchair friendly layout. Beyond the usual Kroger departments, this location offers Popped! (Yes, a popcorn station), sushi, a Starbucks, clothing (including quite a bit in the way of Carhartt), floral, Murray's Cheese, and a host of other sections. Even in areas where they're similar to other Kroger locations, they seem to have expanded options including a pretty big baby department (NOTE: I mean the department is big. This is NOT for adult babies. Gee whiz.). They offer self-checkout on both sides of the store. The only thing I found slightly irritating was that I couldn't find any of the Kroger Reward cards. I eventually found mine, however, it would nice to have these actively displayed somewhere. The store is clean. The employees were friendly (I also saw a great example of teamwork while here. I didn't catch the employee's names, but it was definitely cool to see). This location also has a pharmacy and a fuel center. The design was a bit different. I only needed a few items, however, it definitely took me a bit longer to find some things. I also tend to experience that most items I want seem to be just a notch higher with Kroger (Example: Definitely the highest prices I've seen on V8 Energy - and it's consistently true). Overall, I'll say this is one of my favorite Kroger locations in Central Indiana. It was a pleasant shopping experience with a welcoming environment, fair prices, and genuinely friendly employees. While this is outside my neighborhood, when I'm around here and need to stop I won't hesitate to do so.
