Liars. Received a gift of a bullet blender. Followed guidelines posted on Walmart website on how to return/exchange a gift . that's not how. You must never return anything over 25 dollars according to their me melissa. Also they lied bc she said no Walmart will take it. I went to Irvine spectrum, the closest one, and not a problem. Foothill ranch Walmart has a bunch of stuck up employees making a dollar over min, yet act as though they rule the world. Guess what, since your return policy was altered back in Feb 2015,you stock has continously fallen. 35 dollars in ten mons. Over 1/3vof your value. Three stars? Oh my fellow Yelpers, you have let me down... Why not kick me when I'm down while you're at it? Although this particular location is in a decent area, it's still Walmart: "Greeters" when you walk through the door, Billy Bob working the register, and the reminiscent smell of a 99 cents store. Of all the Walmarts I've (regrettably) shopped at, this one gets the "Eff 'Em" award. A couple of years ago, I got some pictures developed. When I went to pick them up (after the time promised - this was for same day developments), the guy behind the counter - Dick (ok, so his nametag said "Richard"), said he couldn't find the pictures. He kept asking me every question (What time did you drop them off? What time were you promised? What is your last name?). In response to his last question (after being thoroughly PO'ed), I told him. My last name is really difficult for anyone to say (even for my fellow Filipiinos), and so when Dick repeated it, he really seemed to eff it up big time! That really got my blood boiling. Long story short, I got my pictures and never got my pictures developed there again. I wouldn't even go near the Photo Department because I know if I saw Dick again, I'd go ape sh** all over the dude. It's a good thing I now work 20 minutes away instead of 2. Thanks, Dick. read more

They were in a process of remodeling so it was hard to find things. We did get assistance when we asked an employee to help us. We bought a water filter pitcher but when we arrived home, the top was already broken. We returned it and they gave us a full refund. read more

This Walmart lives up to its negative reputation. The staff at the customer service counter are lazy and slow. The grey hair old lady in glasses (Kathy) is very grumpy and an overall PITA. To make matter worse, there are always some weirdo customers making questionable returns in volume and holding up the line. The shelves are never restocked in a timely manner, even for basic, everyday grocery items like eggs and bottled water. read more

Take all Wal-Mart stores at face value....great prices and most of the time, very unkempt aisles and shopping areas. It is place where people go to get the lowest prices for your everyday items. It you want cleaner, better service and product....then go to Target. I can easily give Wal-Mart a five star rating for it's prices, but two stars for it's consistancy of unclean and unkempt stores. I'm fairly biased when it comes to Walmart, but I'm especially not a fan of this one. Good news is that is clean, but I guess because it is in Foothill ranch it isn't stocked as often. I don't go that much, but the same stuff is out of stock for a vast amount of time. Also since it is smaller, there just isn't as much in the store. It's the only one in the area so I guess if you want to go, there is no other choice. I still prefer to go across the street to target though. read more

Had the worst experience ever ordering through walmart.com and there customer service was beyond unprofessional and rude! Only till I finally called and spoke to a manager named Walter did it turn around. This guy went beyond to helped me out and managed to change the situation. This guy shoulo much Walter. This is my weekly grocery shopping trip. The staff is always willing to help. Everyone is great. I've been a customer of this Walmart for only 1 1/2 years but in that time I've become accustomed to a lot of the departments. I've received assistance in produce, frozen goods, photo, layaway, toys and home goods. Every shopping trip has been a great experience and I appreciate it greatly. read more

Very disappointing that there is only one bench inside the store by checkout station 12. There are a lot of older people who need a place to sit while other family members shop. I made this same suggestion to the store manager years ago after the remodel, which is why I believe they put in the one bench. However, one bench is not enough. There is plenty of room in front of the store and it is not going to cost much! I am looking at older people standing right now and there is no place for them to sit. Please do something about this soon. read more

Bought a Dvd, took it home about an hour into the movie the Dvd skips. Bring the Dvd to Walmart to exchange the defected Dvd for a non-defected Dvd. Unfortunately they didn't have anymore copies of the movie in question. I tried to get store credit, get a different movie of the same value, anything...nope they wouldn't help. They wanted to send me to a store 10 miles away to exchange the movie. I decided to cut my losses and keep the defected movie. Will never ever ever buy a movie from Walmart. I've decided to do my shopping at Target all together. Dealing with the awful employees and defected products isn't worth the hassle. read more

This store is really nice after the remodel. It also has a subway, eye exam place, and a nail salon inside.. They have a good selection of products and nice big aisles. I was able to navigate the store with my shopping cart without running into "roadblocks" (people just standing in the aisles or wandering aimlessly). My only complaint is that it takes forever to check out! There are always lines here and they always move slow!! Plan to spend at least 30 mins doing the check out process. read more

I've been shopping here for years and always had good experiences. Good selection, variety, prices, etc...friendly staff, helpful and willing. I recently witnessed a shoplifter here, and was surprised how quickly security stepped in and tactfully resolved the issue and retrieved the items before they left the store. It's not all that often that a WalMart store catches my attention in a good way, but this one in particular always impresses me. read more

I love this store! Surprisingly awesome to be Walmart! A ton of registers open, you never have to make long lines here. They have everything you need. I gave 4 starts because I did have one bad experience. I bought beer for a party and didn't use all of it, I tried returning it (unopened and with my receipt) and they were scanning it when a staff member said that "by law" I couldn't! Ummm excuse me, you should read up on that before you talk so sure of yourself! There is NO law in California about that I looked it up on ABC websites.. Anyways called there customer service to repot it of course and they called me to apologies for this and had my items returned with no further problems. read more

If you are coming here for something specific and cheap just keep your head down, grab it and get the hell out. Quickly. The Wal-Mart here can quickly ruin your good mood. Do NOT buy snow chains from any walmart if you are getting them as a backup in case it's required in the mountains. walmart will not let you return them even if they are untouched and unopened. Several employees even told us we could return them when we purchased them as long as they were sealed and brand new. read more

I'm here all the time but wanted to share a customer service experience I had today. I forgot one of my bags at the register that had a few small items an my receipt in it. I didn't notice until I got home from running errands so I headed back to the store. The bag wasn't at the front if the store and customer service (Brad) was able to print out a copy of my receipt and get items off if the shelf to replace those that were in the bag. The CES staff was incredibly helpful and they deserve to be recognized for saving my day. read more

Anything you could possibly want you can find here. And I think everyone knows it because anytime I've been to this location it has been busy. So I love that I can find what I want for good prices, but I can't deal with the service. I wish I could have recorded one of my visits here. The check out guy didn't utter one word. I can't believe I had a whole transaction at check out and not one word was spoken. He didn't even give me my total. Not so much as point to the screen. He just scanned my items and nothing. He took my cash and when he gave me my change and reciept, my reciept fell and NOTHING. He just turned. No thank you! I so wish I could have whipped out my phone and recorded this interaction. You would not have believed it. So no more visits to this Wal Mart for me. read more

I have to say I hated going into any Walmart cause it made me dizzy and irritable. I could never find anything in that huge store and it was always a mess. Ironically, much larger after the remodel but fortunately more organized. Still hard to find things cause it's so large but I get my regular household items there since it's close to the gym to which I am a member. I am only reviewing this particular store and and it's affordability of household products, tp, paper towel, toothpaste etc. I don't go in for its customer service and and only bother to ask about product's relative location in the store. I know better. I usually use the self-check out. I avoid this Walmart on weekends, especially on a Sunday after church. What I do love about this location is that there is plenty of parking even at xmas time and that the individual parking spaces are large so people don't ding up your car. read more

Terrible service and untrained employees. You get what you pay for. The Assistant Manager Andrea is the worst Manager that I have ever come across. She is very rude when I asked her for help. She had such an attitude that I refuse to go to this Walmart unless I have to. She talks through other employees who tell me they do not care for the way she acts in the workplace. She could use a lot of customer service training. Ed is the best Assistant Manager I have ever come across. He is kind and very helpful and is an example of what Walmart employees should look up to. read more

My Goplus Electric Adults Tricycle arrived in terrible condition. took ten days to arrive. No one at Goplus would ever answer the phone or return the numerous messages I left. They used Central Freight Co. to ship the crate which arrived in terrible condition.One fender was broke in shipping and they refuse to replace it. Never use Central Freight shipping! WalMart who I actually bought it from was of little help either. NEVER NEVER buy anything from Costways / GoPlus. BIG Headache so so merchandise.Customer Service is a zero. read more

Don't utilize their pick up service for purchases made online. You might as well just go to the store, pick up the item from the shelf, and pay for it yourself. Waited over an hour to get my item from the pick up station. What's the point in having it. No one is there to help you. Takes forever for someone to go to the station. Talk about lazy. Customer Service Supervisor is a joke....can't do anything to speed up the service. Oh, and the chairs to sit and wait for items is a flawed concept. It's not a concierge lounge. Seriously need to work on concept, design, service, etc. read more

I wish I could give a good review but unfortunately like most of the Walmart's that I have been to have terrible customer service and very slow at the check outs. When I went a couple of days ago they had 2 cashiers open and the lines were long. Someone working was trying to have people do the self check out which I will do if I don't have a full cart of things, and there was a long line even for that. What ever happened to customer service giving a smile or can I help you or have good day. Every time I go there the shelves are low also , I've had to go across the street to target because Walmart has been out of things I needed . Well sorry I wish I had a more positive review read more

I came here today to buy 4 bottles of formula for my sister. So I decided to go use the self checkout. The first one I went to there was a lady in front of me trying to scan her coupons. So I decided to go to another line and this time the lady in front of me couldn't scan her items. I'm like okay so I'll go to another line. The 3rd line the lady was also trying to scan coupons. Just my luck right? OMG...finally only after a good 10 minutes I was able to pay for my 4 bottles of formula. The moral...don't use self checkouts unless there's no one in front of you. read more

I like shopping at Wal-Mart because I feel like if they have what I need, I am getting the item at the lowest (or a low) price. Whether or not they have what I need, that is a different story. I proudly stand behind my previous, current, and future Wal-Mart purchases, I don't think they are bad for the American Way or consumerism or whatever it is those haters say Wal-Mart is doing. If you like sociology, or "people watching" as its called, it is definitely worth a visit. A broad cross-section of society frequents Wal-Mart, and many interesting characters can be seen. Minus real stars for the following offenses: -Good luck finding all 10 items on your list. They are notorious for being out of stuff. -Poor traffic patterns. The customers are seemingly put into a trance when walking through the doors that compells them to lose all reasonable cart-pushing abilities. Prepare to be blocked, trapped, challenged, intercepted and otherwise harassed by people pushing carts. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. -Possible sickening smell. This Wal-Mart happens to host a parasite known as "Subway". A hallmark of this deli disguised as a healthy alternative is fresh-baked bread that smells exactly the same in the tens of thousands of global Subways. Prepare to be assaulted by this smell in the first 40 feet. At least it isn't a McDonald's, I would rather be pummeled by fresh bread smells than McNugget vapors. read more

I love walmart. It is smart to shop everything for the home only in one trip. The only bad thing about this walmart in particular is that they are constantly out of stock on a lot of items. I wish one day I didn't have to make a few trips to get everything I need. read more

This has to be my all time favorite Walmart. I just love the lay out, I hope they never change it. I have been the Aliso Viejo Walmart, and hate the lay out, too unorganized. I do enjoy my Walmart shopping, it is where I go when I want to buy my house hold items for cleaning or air fresheners. They are cheaper then the grocery stores and they take coupons which makes it even more worth it. I get all my medications here too, both over the counter and the pharmacy. read more

This is not a bad Walmart, it is always very clean, they usually have what I want in stock, and have a good selection of items. But my problem with this Walmart is the employees. I can not understand how they have this large of a staff that has absolutely no idea what they're doing. I've only had bad experiences with the people working there. Every single time. This is the closest Walmart to my house so I am there frequently, the first bad experience I had was when my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping and had a large amount of produce. The woman checking us out was elderly, and scanned everything pretty slowly, but that wasn't the problem it was that she apparently has never seen vegetables before? She held up about every single vegetable we had and asked what it this. The transaction took about 30 minutes. Which is completely ridiculous. That was the last time I have ever been to a normal check out line here. I now only use the self checkout which, to be honest isn't much better. I had found a small pack of wash cloths on sale for 88 cents. Awesome, right? No. The self check out scanner rang it out at the wrong price and froze. There was no one around to see this so I walked to the front of the store to find two employees having a conversation which I obviously interrupted, and asked if one of them could help me at self check out. The girl who said she could walked all the way back over to where I was only to say, "oh, I don't know how to do this I don't work in this department." Very helpful. Then out of no where another woman pushes through us and tells me that the price is correct, I told her if she wanted she could literally look up and to the right and see the rest of them and a large sign that says 88 cents. She then proceeds to fix it. So at this point I pretty much dread human interactions at this store, but tonight I found a cute mini pumpkin. Being in the holiday spirit I decided to get it, it has two bar codes on it, so I try both and they both say invalid. I tell my boyfriend I'm just going to leave it there and not even bother but he suggested I try to key it in as produce, while I'm doing that another woman who has apparently been standing behind me for who know how long reaches over my shoulder and scans her employee card before button smashing the cancel screen approximately twenty times. I tell her it's not a big deal and I don't want it anymore and she replies in a very snappy voice, "well let me just show you how to do it so next time you know better." Before leaving without another word. Every time I have to talk to anyone here I pretty much leave frustrated with the entire establishment. I can't really fathom who is continuing to hire these people who clearly don't belong in a customer service environment but I would really like to know. read more
