My Goplus Electric Adults Tricycle arrived in terrible condition. took ten days to arrive. No one at Goplus would ever answer the phone or return the numerous messages I left. They used Central Freight Co. to ship the crate which arrived in terrible condition.One fender was broke in shipping and they refuse to replace it. Never use Central Freight shipping! WalMart who I actually bought it from was of little help either. NEVER NEVER buy anything from Costways / GoPlus. BIG Headache so so merchandise.Customer Service is a zero. read more

Don't utilize their pick up service for purchases made online. You might as well just go to the store, pick up the item from the shelf, and pay for it yourself. Waited over an hour to get my item from the pick up station. What's the point in having it. No one is there to help you. Takes forever for someone to go to the station. Talk about lazy. Customer Service Supervisor is a joke....can't do anything to speed up the service. Oh, and the chairs to sit and wait for items is a flawed concept. It's not a concierge lounge. I wish I could give a good review but unfortunately like most of the Walmart's that I have been to have terrible customer service and very slow at the check outs. When I went a couple of days ago they had 2 cashiers open and the lines were long. Someone working was trying to have people do the self check out which I will do if I don't have a full cart of things, and there was a long line even for that. What ever happened to customer service giving a smile or can I help you or have good day. This is not a bad Walmart, it is always very clean, they usually have what I want in stock, and have a good selection of items. But my problem with this Walmart is the employees. I can not understand how they have this large of a staff that has absolutely no idea what they're doing. I've only had bad experiences with the people working there. Every single time. This is the closest Walmart to my house so I am there frequently, the first bad experience I had was when my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping and had a large amount of produce. The woman checking us out was elderly, and scanned everything pretty slowly, but that wasn't the problem it was that she apparently has never seen vegetables before? She held up about every single vegetable we had and asked what it this. The transaction took about 30 minutes. Which is completely ridiculous. That was the last time I have ever been to a normal check out line here. I now only use the self checkout which, to be honest isn't much better. I had found a small pack of wash cloths on sale for 88 cents. Awesome, right? No. The self check out scanner rang it out at the wrong price and froze. There was no one around to see this so I walked to the front of the store to find two employees having a conversation which I obviously interrupted, and asked if one of them could help me at self check out. The girl who said she could walked all the way back over to where I was only to say, "oh, I don't know how to do this I don't work in this department." Very helpful. Then out of no where another woman pushes through us and tells me that the price is correct, I told her if she wanted she could literally look up and to the right and see the rest of them and a large sign that says 88 cents. She then proceeds to fix it. So at this point I pretty much dread human interactions at this store, but tonight I found a cute mini pumpkin. Being in the holiday spirit I decided to get it, it has two bar codes on it, so I try both and they both say invalid. I tell my boyfriend I'm just going to leave it there and not even bother but he suggested I try to key it in as produce, while I'm doing that another woman who has apparently been standing behind me for who know how long reaches over my shoulder and scans her employee card before button smashing the cancel screen approximately twenty times. I tell her it's not a big deal and I don't want it anymore and she replies in a very snappy voice, "well let me just show you how to do it so next time you know better." Before leaving without another word. Every time I have to talk to anyone here I pretty much leave frustrated with the entire establishment. I can't really fathom who is continuing to hire these people who clearly don't belong in a customer service environment but I would really like to know. read more

I bought a money order from Walmart and Tom kept one of my receipts. When you buy a money order from Walmart two receipts come out and both are to be given to the customer. The one Tom kept is the one that says CUSTOMER COPY at the top and it has the serial number of the money order and the money order amount. This is not okay because with the serial number and the money order amount you could request a photocopy of the money order and that has the purchasers name, address and any other information written on the money order. When Tom handed me the one receipt and money order he looked evil and like he was up to no good. Tom keeping my receipt is a breach of privacy and safety. When I come to this Walmart Tom stares me down. This makes me believe Tom kept my receipt with the money order serial number on purpose. read more

we placed an order on walmart.com...it was an adult trike for my mother n law for christmas...paid over $400 and paid more to have it put together...it took the guy 4.5 hours when it was supposed to take 1.5 hours...call walmart.com and was told to take back to store...they refused...called again and they said to take back to store and they refused again...we called walmart.com while at the store the second time and they hung up on us twice...they are refusing to take back...they say it was a walmart marketplace purchase but they did not disclose that on the website...while at the store a second time we asked for a general manager and he refused to speak to us!!! unbelievable horrible customer service...buyer beware!!! we filed a dispute with our credit card and now do not have a gift for my 82 year old mother n law...we will not be shopping at walmart and/or walmart.com again!!! read more

Okay so I just moved here down the street. 2nd time coming to this Walmart. I rarely ever shop at Walmart just because the closest Walmart was really far from where I used to live. So I come here the 1st time and I loved it!!!! 2nd visit, not so pleasant. I had just got here and saw some cute clothes in the women's section. I started looking around. About a minute into me looking at sweaters I get approached by this employee named Patricia (who looked and sounded like a man, literally. Had short blonde hair and very deep manly voice) So she kinda made me startle by the tone of voice she had. & while I'm there looking at sweaters, ( there's already a pile of unfolded sweaters stacked from previous careless customers) this employee approaches me and very rudely looks at me and grabs a sweater and shakes it off so hard getting ready to fold it literally eager to get my attention & asks "CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING MAAAM?!" Like whaaat? 1st of all she didn't even greet me, the tone & volume of her voice just didn't seem so welcoming. So I told her I was ok, & she repeats "UHM ARE YOU SURE?" And then huffs as if she's upset at me cause "I did this mess & now she has to clean it up". I'm pretty sure she thought I did the mess. Which wasn't even the case but whatever. Id be mad too but still wouldn't take it out on customers. I wouldn't just assume... but since I was standing right in front of the pile, "I did it" it still does not give you a reason to treat a customer that way. Walmart Bakery - I wanted to ask a question regarding a cake. What appeared to be the lone bakery attendant was on the phone, and I get it she has to finish the call, since I arrived after she answered the phone. She could have at the very least acknowledged us, she had no problem talking to a co-worker from a different department, and we were the only people there, it wasn't busy. So she ended the call and still NO acknowledgement! She turned her back and was I think writing. So we walked away. She really lacks any kind of customer service. read more

This Walmart is in an exclusive area of Orange County, but you sure couldn't tell by the condition of the store. This Walmart needs new management! We used to live in the area, and were visiting and stopped in for a couple items. There were at least ten carts in the customer service area filled with items to be restocked! The bathroom was a mess...toilets not flushed, doors that wouldn't lock and paper all over the place...disgusting! The employees, some whom have been there from inception, are very unfriendly and 'slow.' The store seems very 'over-crowded' with placement of shelves and registers. All-in-all, not a pleasant experience, and I doubt we will ever shop at this particular Walmart again. New management, and/or management training might do wonders. So long story short I had to do some things for my car at the auto center at this Walmart and it was going to take over 3 hours for everything to get done. During this time, I ended up doing some shopping and just getting some things I needed and wanted while I was here. I ran into some issues when I was checking out because I still had more time I needed to wait on my car but I didn't have anywhere to put any of my things and i wanted to grab lunch. So my cashier, Amy, took it upon herself to assist me and make sure that I was well taken care of. She made sure that my items would be there for me when I got back and she went above and beyond what she needed to do to make sure that when I came back not only were my items waiting, she also recognized me immediately and made sure that I got all my items quickly. I would have to say this is a great example of exceptional customer service and I will say I will be returning to this Walmart. read more

This is by far the best Walmart I have been to. The store is clean, it is not over-crowded, and they are usually well-stocked. However, it is generally hard to find an associate to help you and most of the cashiers spend their time talking to the other cashiers (usually in a different language) instead of acknowledging you. I have actually been in line where the only thing the cashier said to any customers was the total they owed. Then the cashier would go back to the conversation with the other cashiers. They also have no sense of urgency when they are ringing up the sale and move slower than just about any cashier in any other store. It's as if they are in a contest to see who can be the slowest. Perhaps if they stopped talking to other cashiers and paid attention to the customer and to actually doing their job, they would be quicker. The manager or district manager really needs to address this issue as I have often heard this complaint from other customers in line as well. ** I did want to say that the comment about cashiers does not apply to Farnam. Farnam is always polite, acknowledges you, is always smiling, and is very efficient. If all your cashiers were like him, this would probably be a 5 star review. read more

I shop at walmart once a week, I get all of our toiletries there and small appliances. I go during the day in the middle of the week to avoid the crowds. This store is clean and has a better clientele than the one in orange. The workers are nice and friendly they know me and say hello when I enter the door. All of these bad reviews for walmart, I do not understand... Walmart is a store to go and get great prices, cheaper than the other stores, a huge selection, lower your expectations and if you would smile at them I tell you they would smile back! Walmart- what has not been said already but as far as Wal-Mart's go, this place is the best of the bunch. Prices are usually lower then most other markets (minus meat not on sale) and inventory is kept super stocked and cleaned. In addition, staff for the most part have been friendly and nice. Everytime I get something from this store, it has a gash mark in it. I just had to throw out half my bread because there was a slash in the packaging and the bread was stale. The other day, the same thing happened with some coffee I was getting. They just aren't being careful with how they are opening the boxes. read more

My car broke down in the Walmart parking lot. I thought it was a dead battery. I went to the Auto Dept and they did BACK FLIPS to help me out. A guy came out in the parking lot with a battery jumper to jump my battery, and was happy to help. I had a car full of groceries and a dog in the car and it was getting hot outside. This place is huge. Pretty well organized and clean. Grocery side of the store has a better selection of food then many grocery stores. Hard to beat the prices unless shopping online. Generally a pleasant place to shop if not too busy. From 5 stars down to 1. My husband and I were checking out with cashier Chuck one evening, we had quite a large purchase that night and it took about 15 minutes for Chuck to complete the transaction. First, he did not greet us nor even look at us, then he kept glancing up at my husband but still said nothing to us. Towards the end he comes across our raw meat, we had double bagged them because the chicken packages weren't sealed very well and were leaking. That's when Chuck decides to say something, but not directly to us, he starts saying things under his breath and his now giving my husband dirty looks every time he glances up. Finally my husband asked him if there was a problem and he completely ignored my husband. Then again says something under his breath which at this point ticks my husband off. I told Chuck to call a manager to the register, he ignored me, so I turned to the cashier behind him and told her to call a manager immediately. A supervisor came over and we told them exactly everything above. Chuck should have been pulled immediately from the register and had this addressed with him. When it was clear the supervisors were not going to do anything other than say, "Well you know he's just a grumpy old man," we walked out. I called the next morning to speak directly to the store manager who told me she would address the issue and apologized for the way we were treated. Chuck is still a cashier at this location so I highly recommend you avoid checking out with him unless you'd like to be mistreated. He is a tall, balding elderly Caucasian man with the grumpiest look on his face the entire time. If he is so unhappy with his position, the store seriously needs to look into putting him into a different department. read more

I bought a Walmart gift card at Christmas time, 2017. I sent it to my daughter she went to use it and there was no money on the gift card. She sent it back to me. I went online (& thru hoops) to report my card did not work. . I received a replacement card in the mail a few weeks later I went to use that card The other day at Walmart. There was no money on that card either! Asked for help in the store. They could not help me. They said I need to call Walmart gift.com. I call and you can't speak to anyone. It is all voicemail. I entered the card number and it tells me there is no money on the card. I knew that! How do I get my money back from Walmart? What a racket. I also tried calling Walmart customer service which is all voicemail as well. You cannot speak to a human being. I am beyond livid read more

Overall the store is ok. But I am very upset about the lack of personnel to help throughout the store. I needed baby formula and I waited 30 minutes for someone to help still no one came. I stopped many employees and they went to go find someone and came back to let me know someone was coming yet still no one showed up. I eventually left with no formula. They also have a mother's room for feeding and changing and there is a huge sign letting us know that there is a room for us, but the many times I've been there they have failed to find the key or get a locksmith to change the locks. Breastfeeding is needed at any time and every time I've tried to go to that room it's always locked and i needed up feeding in the bathroom. This was very uncomfortable and not sanitary. This is really sad and this needs to be heard and seen. I hope the owner and manager sees this and listens to his/her customers and employees when something is needed read more

I recently went to the Walmart Store in Foothill Ranch to purchase a new cell phone. I was waited on by Vahed and Vayesha. They both have helped me by signing me up with the Total Wireless Provider. They also were helpful in answering questions on the use of the phone. I highly recommend going to that store for electronic purchases. Very friendly and helpful. Some of them are more trained for photo help and others with electronics. All and all I rate them 5 stars. No complaints. read more

We just went thru self checkout bagged everything then tried to using Walmart pay through the app with the savings catcher cash back.We scanned the QR code as prompted and the self checkout attendant had no clue what it even was. She called the assistant manager Melissa over who also had no clue she cancelled out entire transaction of over $100 and just walked away without providing a solution! She could have easily said I am not sure let me get someone who knows! For an assistant manager not to know a simple thing they advertise on all registers she really shouldn't have that title. Another associate eventually helped us what a hassle to remove every item from reusable bags and scan the entire thing all over again! That associate should have the assistant manager position since she knows what she is doing! I know this is Walmart and you get what you pay for but for someone to cancel an entire transaction and just walk away without saying anything is not providing basic customer service. I was not surprised that it would take that long because they had only ONE mechanic. Went to Walmart pharmacy at 4:30pm on Feb 13, waited at drop off counter for 5 mins, an Asian with heavy Vietnamese ascent (40s, straight hair) came by and asked why I was there and if I need to drop off prescription, and I told her my doctor called and left a message for my prescription to be ordered, and she was very impatience and asked my last name, and after I spelled my last name, and she said she is in the middle of something, so I continued to wait, and after she done her paperwork, she asked me again why I was there and I explained the voicemail that my doctor left, and she became even impatience and keep pressing the phone button and rude and said there is no voice, and asked me to see her pressing button. I just cannot believe how rude, and not professional she is. She even mumbling 'I dunno what are u talking about'. I hope Walmart could hire somebody more professional and trained. read more

A costumer should be top priority. A gentleman entered thru the auto center and myself shortly after him. After waiting 10+ minutes and looking around for assistance a third person starting to wait. An employee came by and ask if we needed help???? He left and found the associate for the area. She helped the first person with a tire and completed his transaction. I started my oil change transaction but before completion the employee that had asked we needed help took over the register. WHY didn't he just help us in the first place. As for the third person I left before he started. When I return my truck was complete (40 minutes) BUT had to go find a person to check me out. Between drop off and pick up 15+ minutes waiting. I am aware I am not the only person in the world but with two cameras in the automotive department and others throughout the area and if monitored the store could page an associate to help. But again it is WALMART. read more
