There's never anyone available in Customer Service that can do Financial Services. If there is someone there they tell you "they haven't been trained". Today was a similar scenario. I went to get a money order and was told that person isn't here today. So I asked is there anyone else that can do it and asked for a Manager. I had the most terrible experience at this location. I tried using a peel coupon from a product that was purchased. From cashier to customer service to supervisor, no one knew how to apply the coupon. The girl at customer service desk ( Divalek) was extremely rude and could not assist in any way. She used fighting words towards me and I had to eventually ask for a manger. A training coach showed up instead, she was very attentive and did show a level of professionalism. read more

I got a membership so I could have heavy items delivered i.e. bottled water, however my orders get delivered to someone (???) else! I have bought their memberships at least 5 times but every time somebody else gets my groceries. Never again! I think they hire drivers that can't read. read more

Love the store. My problem is with the intersections leading to and from the supercenter. Very disappointed that when you call for store hours they say they are open until 11pm. I'm thinking, fantastic! I made a special trip to return something at 10:15pm and lo-and-behold the service/returns desk closes an hour before the store does. The employees were very kind explaining this and the blame does not fall on them. They even helped me bring back the item to my vehicle Management needs to update the communications and make the staff aware of this so that customers. This Walmart seems to be incredibly short staffed. The only lines open in the evening are self-checkout and half of the kiosks don't work. They seem to do alright stock wise. Just a heads up it you're in a rush- go somewhere else read more

Every time I do a delivery from here my order is wrong. They substituted random items for the ones I ordered without asking if the substitutions were okay. They also will substitute cheaper items while still charging for the more expensive item. Horrible place to order from. read more

I honestly can't believe that the pharmacy could give me the wrong prescription and then try to tell me it's my fault and they can't do anything .... I'm out my $30 co pay because they messed up ... it's not the first time it happened but 3rd ... Today I hit my limit with them .... they have filled the wrong dosage 2 times and charged me more than they were supposed to and they have also now given me the wrong medication , then told me it's my fault and they don't return medications .... Interesting because when I googled it ... this location came up for having the same problem with a different woman for her heart medication ... all at the Holly Springs pharmacy ... buyer beware!!! read more

If you are considering doing Walmart pick up and value your time AT ALL, find a different Walmart to fulfill the order. The first time I tried grocery pick up here I picked any parking spot down the line, probably around number 7, and three cars pulled in AFTER me parking in spots 1-6. Now, even though I was here first, AND I had checked in with the app, NO NONE came to my car to give me my order or check in with me, and INSTEAD went to the three cars that had pulled in after me, fulfilled their orders, and I had to flag down a worker walking back into the building to ask where my order was and why people who had arrived after me were served first. I was given a typical bland apology that doesn't really feel apologetic, and my order was brought out to me a few minutes later. The second time I tried grocery pick up, today, I pull up to the grocery pick up area and there is only one other car here who pulled into their parking spot literally seconds before I did. So because of the issue I had the last time I did order pick up I decided to park in parking spot one, The person arriving before me parking in parking spot three. I checked in with the app, as last time, and 5 to 6 other cars pulled up after me and we're all serviced before anyone ever came to my car. So after the sixth car that pulled up after me got their order I called the phone number on the Walmart signs saying "haven't checked in yet? Call this number". I call, no one answers. I call again the girl who is fulfilling the orders and is at a car three cars down from me answers and I ask why if I was here first and in parking spot one and checked in, were other cars who arrived after me getting their orders before I was given my order, (and the person who had pulled into parking spot two after me, I could literally hear them on the phone checking in when they pulled into the parking spot) Again I got the bland apology and about eight minutes later finally got my order of three items - after waiting for over a total of 20 minutes. I literally could have walked into the store found those three items checked out and gotten back to my car - with my crying child before this girl brought me my order. Walmart grocery pick up at this Walmart is literally the worst grocery pick up there could possibly be because there's no rhyme or reason why they do anything, they don't care who arrived first or who checked in first, and it feels like they literally have no system set up for what orders go out first, it's just whatever they pick up gets taken out first, which is left to that employees discretion. Needless to say, I will not be using grocery pick up ever again and would rather just go in the store and deal with all the people of Walmart to get my own stuff so that I'm not waiting on the discretion of someone else to bring me my order. 0/10 would recommend. read more

I'm a Target girl- my bank account and my husband can attest to that. What's not to love about having a Starbucks inside a retail store? Gets me every time. But occasionally I'll find myself at Walmart needing one thing or another. Back in my college days up in Elmira, NY, Walmart was the only thing open 24/7 besides the local Denny's so you can imagine the late night shopping sprees when I needed retail therapy, but I digress. This Walmart location is hands down the BEST in the area. There are a few other Walmart stores significantly closer to my house and every time I'm disappointed either by cleanliness, not being open 24/7, lack of product and occasionally (rarely but it has happened, lack of service). The Walmart in Holly Springs is open 24/7, clean, well organized and the market is very well kept. Most importantly. This location has a clue. There have been a few times when I have inquired about a product or promotion and the other Walmart locations known nothing about it. I could understand if it was happening in select stores, but that's not the case. For one reason or another, the other Walmarts are not well informed. When coming to this location I am always met with quick service by employees who communicate really well and are able to help me with what I need. Completely worth the trip over here when you take into account the time I would be wasting dealing with other store locations. I hope they can keep up the good work! And I can always get my Starbucks fix from the drive thru down the street. read more

I wish Yelp had a 10 star rating system. I would like to give this store zero stars but cannot due to the mandatory minimum 1 star requirement. Based upon my visit today, I think if you wish to contract Covid, this is the place to go. I counted 12 customers without masks. I counted 5 employees not covering their nostrils with their masks. Two of those employees had the mask covering their lower lip but not their upper lip. Shame, shame on Walmart for not caring about the health and well-being of their customers. read more

I mean who likes walmart...no one - but this one is kept pretty clean and neat and organized. I can always find what I am looking for with little effort...very large selection. Veggies look meh most of the time - so I dont purchase them here, but other items are decently priced. Its nice to just hop over when I need something quick. Way better than the FV Walmart. BUT MY GOSH OPEN UP SOME MORE REGISTERS. Everytime I go in there - they will only have 2 open and huge lines in all of them - SO ANNOYING. other than that - pretty nice wally world. read more

I just love this store because everybody is so very nice and accommodating. The store inside is consistently clean and organized. I also have used the online-store pick up twice now and I couldn't be happier with the conscience of grocery shopping this way. Jason has helped me twice with checking me in and putting my order in my trunk, I never leave my car! My orders have been complete, food is fresh and this has saved me a lot of time on my tired feet. I'm not a young person and my knees and hips are painful all the time, I'd rather not go into the store at the end of my work day. I'm so pleased with my choice to treat myself to this kind of conviene shopping, I'm so worth it! read more

This Holly Springs Wal-Mart is a wonderful store..... For the most part...the employees I have encountered have been very helpful and will stop what they're doing to show you where an item is if you are having trouble finding it. The store is well kept...and although it's not completely unusual to not find an item in stock....it's much better at this store than others in the competing area. I kind of wanted to give them five stars since I popped my Walmart cherry here (as did my mam when she came to visit--what? We are city mice!) but it's Walmart so I have to frown and judge their labor and vendor relations. However, I really am impressed with the selection, the prices, and the unbelievably friendly and helpful associates. I did giggle a bit when my roommate kept going to get a fishing license which they told him they couldn't issue because "the connection" was down...um yeah they didn't upgrade their software so...I guess Corporate didn't want to pay the licensing fee? Sketchy sketchy sketchy... But I have to admit, finding King Arthur bread flour, California olive oil, Minnie Mouse PJs and decent produce along with a whole crap-ton of stuff I didn't think I wanted or needed kind of has me understanding why people go here and so often. If any of you watched Walmart's video on their website speaking about what precautions they're taking during this horrible pandemic and thought to yourself "wow, they're doing everything right and I feel safe shopping there with those things in place", STOP because almost all of it was a lie! In the video the guy states that aisles are One Way(almost every store doing this) but that's bs because not one aisle is. He states all carts are being sprayed with sanitizer before they put them inside for customers, that's also a lie. We watched the guy collect carts and literally put them RIGHT BACK inside for the next customers. He states there are plenty of sanitizer wipes for you to wipe your own cart down, those were empty on the way in and out. He states employees are all wearing gloves and masks, only saw ONE stocker out of probably a dozen with gloves on. And then to top it all off, he shows in the video where a bunch of checkout lines are open and have Plexiglas for the workers, AGAIN A LIE! Because walmart is an evil corporation which I will never shop at again, they NEVER have more than one line open here and all self checkout because otherwise they'd have to pay employees. So now you have idiot customers who go to the self checkout without gloves and touch everything without anyone wiping it down before the next. I'm not surprised by any of this given the owners support for the sociopath in office. I will never shop at walmart again as long as I live. I know money is tight people but do you really want to give money to a company who doesn't pay its workers, doesn't give them healthcare, AND doesn't care about your health even during a major pandemic??!! read more

The managers here don't care about the happiness of there customers and obviously don't put customer service first. I asked for a price check since I read the sign while in the check out lane and they legit told me I was wrong. The sign said exactly what I got and wasn't ringing up right and then they said I was wrong? So I don't recommend going to this location since they don't focus on customer service. read more

I must admit that I am not a big fan of Walmart but all the Walmart's that I have shopped at this is one of the nicer ones. It's a little more spacious and the aisles are usually clear of clutter. It would be awesome if they add a self checkout counter. read more

I hate going to this store. Most of the time I am afraid to ask for help because the people working there make me feel as if I am being a burden. But the last time I visited was what really made me absolutely despise trips to the place. So it's a Thursday night and my friend and I are looking to get him a new bike. We had already visited several stores (Dick's in HS and Apex, Target, and the Walmart in Apex) and hadn't chosen one yet. So here we are at about 10 o'clock at this 24-hour Walmart trying to buy a bike. So we started testing out the bikes, trying to ignore all the bikes that had been left out that were getting in our way. After testing out about ten bikes over the period of half an hour, he found a bike that he wanted. Yay! But one of the ladies who had been working there yelled at us. She said "You kids don't need to be taking the bikes and riding them around!" or something along those lines. The first time the woman bothered us, we were like okay whatever. We were a little annoyed that she had called us kids, considering that at the time I was almost seventeen and my friend was twenty one, but we didn't think too much of it. Maybe she's had a long day. She might just be grumpy. We let it go. It was the second time around, maybe ten minutes later, that really pissed me off. We were making a final decision on the bike when she approached us again. She told us that we can't ride the bikes unless we were going to buy them, which we were. So we told her that. And she said that we would have to clean them up so she didn't have to. It was a little irritating that she said that, considering that it was her job to put them away, but we let it go again. She left, still pretty mad, and we went on with our shopping. After making our selection, we put ALL the bikes away. We even put away the one's that we hadn't gotten out. So we are putting away the last of the twenty or so bikes that other customers had left out and the employees had neglected to clean up when a different employee approaches us, this time a male. He told us that if we didn't stop playing with the bikes then he would call the manager. This is after we have already cleaned up about thirty bikes, basically doing their job. I told my friend that he wasn't buying the bike and we left. On the way out I made sure to tell the woman how rude she was and that she drove us to leave. My friend decided to ask who her manager and she launched into a speech about how you aren't allowed to test the bikes in store and how you have to take them home and test them out and return them if you don't like them, putting you at the risk for having your returned item be rejected, which has never been a rule. At some point I cut her off and told her to shut up (which was a little rude of me, but there was adrenaline coursing through my veins so I didn't think about that). Then we left. I never ended up leaving a complaint because I never had the time, but honestly I wish I had. If I was the CEO of Walmart I would not want to hear that this is how my company is being represented. I would not want to hear that my customers were being pestered by employees so much that they decided to leave. I would want to hear that rather than being yelled at, my customers were being assisted by employees. I know for a fact that we were allowed to test the bikes in store, as we had done the same in the Apex Walmart. The service there was so much better. In fact, one of the employees was helping us take them down and test them and wouldn't let us help them put them away. So overall, our experience sucked. And other trips to the store haven't played out much differently. Just wanted to put my opinion out there, but I'm sure there are other people that would tell you differently. I'm sure it's a great store; however, my experiences have been poor at best. read more

I generally have never had any issues with this Walmart other than a few restocking issues. However i recently had an issue in the deli that i wanted to report so that management could do some training. I was at the deli counter to purchase some ham. A man walked behind me and asked if i had been helped yet. I told him no so he proceeded to push a cart he was using back behind the deli counter and then asked me what i wanted. He was wearing gloves as he pushed his cart and then didn't change the gloves when he began to take my order. He didn't have an open portion of the ham that i wanted so he went in back to get a new one. I watched as he retrieved an unopened ham and open it using the same dirty gloves as before. Then he removed the ham from the packaging and touched the ham (with the same dirty gloves) and put it into the slicer. Also, during all of our interactions, he used those same gloves to continually re-position his ill-fitting glasses. Not wanting to embarrass him, i said that i couldn't wait any longer but i thanked him for his help. Clearly, he didn't understand the correct use of clean gloves. I hope that management will take this opportunity to retrain the staff on clean hygiene practices. read more

Come on Walmart, you're the world's largest supply chain company I've heard???? But, never fails that something is out of stock when I visit. It's usally Great Value Choc. Milk but today: no Penzoil Platinum PurePlus 5w-20 Synthetic oil. You have other weights and a spot for this one but none there. No bakery blueberry muffins (well one package that had an expiration date of tomorrow. And the buggies STINK - most of them won't roll straight and they make so much noise it's annoying. And one person at the deli to slice meat so the line.... Yet I keep coming back hoping you'll get it someday. At least plenty of checkouts were open which is a rarity :). read more

It's not crammed full all the time like other WalMarts. I might be biased because I used to live in Wake Forest where that WalMart is CRAMMED all the time and is the busiest Walmart I've ever seen .It's always clean and the staff is friendly. I like the layout too. The people that go to this WalMart to shop are classy so you're not going to find those awkward "People of Walmart". Well, at least I never have. read more

We live so close to this Walmart so we pretty much stop in a lot. I think it's a clean store and I love the self check out! However this past weekend while trying to make a new recipe we couldn't find barley so I asked a young girl named Summer who was stocking the shelves where it would be....she looked up and said "I don't know maybe down this aisle" as she pointed towards the end of the aisle....NEVER once did she even attempt to help us. Maybe even pretending to look would of been nice. Some of these employees must live a miserable life. They have some of the absolute worst attitudes. As most have already stated this is one of the best stocked, cleanest Walmarts I have ever been in. Staff is for the most part very courteous. Management has done a very good job. But bypass their meat department. They are very proud of their beef quality. I can say with out reserve that the steak we purchased there this afternoon was the worst piece of meat I have had in the 18 years I have been in NC.
