The pharmacy is GREAT! We had so many problems with Walgreens and CVS so we switched and couldn't be happier. The people in the garden dept are super helpful. Lines at the cashier are the usually horrible length but you can usually checkout faster in the self check lines. It's also less crowded than the one in Frisco. read more

Food prices are good. Service sucks. they never have enough cashiers working when it's busy. the ones that are working work really slow. they need to change the far left entrance so people trying to get a basket don't have to twice cross the people exiting. I wish someone would use their brain to manage this place. A lot of the customers are just clueless and manner less. They block the aisles and don't notice that people need to get by. half of them are using welfare to buy their groceries. I really love to see all the cokes and ribs and steaks they buy. I go out of my way to go to the walmart off 635 near Coppell, as to avoid this place. It is awful. I live near this wal mart and had to pick up something today immediately - didn't have the time to drive the extra 10 minutes. Found the item, spent 20 minutes in line waiting to buy it. Not even worth the trouble, the awfully rude people, or the congested parking where your car is sure to be dinged. Just drive the extra time. Or go to Kroger and spend a few extra bucks. read more

This has to be by far the WORST Wal-Mart. Regardless of what time you go it's a clusterf*ck. It can be 3 in the afternoon on a Sunday and they will have 3 registers open. The lines have 15+ people in them. Ice cream is melted before you even get to pay for it. Shame on me for visiting at different times to see if I'd have a better experience. I've walked in there, picked up humus from the deli when you walk in, turned around to see the lines, put the humus back and left. It makes NO SENSE. I would think they'd have some policy in place that discourages or prohibits employees from smoking in front of the store, especially in view of the customers. I've started going to Krogers or other stores; I'll pay a little more to save the headache and to save my time. read more

Wal-Mart is by far not my favorite store... And this is by far the worst Wal Mart of those. They NEVER have enough cashiers and you can easily spend an hour in a line all the way back into softlines, and this is completely normal. If I could give this Walmart location half a star, I would. The customer service is horrible. They are always short staffed. Especially at night. If decide to go after 9PM, they usually only have 2-4 registers open and the lines are really long. The employees hate their jobs, and they show it on their face. F*** this Walmart. Walmart may have cheaper prices than other stores, but I rather pay extra and go to Target. 0 stars - I usually order my groceries online through the grocery pick up app without any issues. Decided to try this location for the first time as it was the closest Walmart near me with a same day pick up option. Boy did I make a huge mistake! Arrive right at 6pm (my pickup time was 6-7pm) and try to check in, only to be notified that my order is delayed (which has never happened to me before). An employee helping out the car next to me knocked on my door and asked me my name for the order, she said it's delayed and they'll notify me when it's ready. So I sit and wait, for an hour. No one contacts me. I call the customer service number on the posted reserve sign only to be informed that my order is still being pulled from the shelves and she doesn't know when it'll be ready. She then says they'll close at 8pm so it should be ready then, otherwise you can pick it up tomorrow. Are you kidding me?! Been sitting here 2 hours now when I just should've gone to my usual store. Unbelievable. Please save yourself the trouble and do NOT go to this location! read more

I absolutely despise this Walmart. Like all walmarts it has great low prices on items BUT this Walmart is horrible rude employees they barley have items in stock which I'm surprised because no matter what time of day I go there's workers pushing crates of items around and always almost running customers over. There's always long lines. Kids are always running around screaming & unsupervised. I was waiting to get a dressing room and instead of helping me the employees stood in front of me talking about how they hated working there and how bad management was... I came here once and had an odd experience. First thing I noticed walking in was an unpleasant amount of trash in front of the store. It was pretty hard to avoid but that's not all. The next thing is that there were no workers anywhere. I don't know if I came at a bad time, but coming at 8pm was a bad idea I guess. It took me 10 mins to find someone to finally assist me. But when I asked her where to find some kitchen stopwatches, she gave me a weird look. She was asking why I would need stopwatches in the kitchen. I mean why did she have to ask that? I will agree with everyone. The cashiers aren't very friendly at all. Only maybe three out of several I have encountered. The lines are ridiculously long. Everywhere you turn, someone is in the way and blocking you so you have to go all the way around or wait for I don't know how long. I only go to this one because I live nearby and don't currently own a vehicle. It isn't that bad if you go early in the morning or when the graveyard shift starts. WOW! This Wal-Mart is disgusting! Not only is their staff rude and never helpful, the store is in complete shambles. It looks like they have 1 person tiding up the whole store and even then they're doing it when they feel like it. I found a poor fish from they're live fish department stuck behind some clothes on a shelf, I took the poor thing back to the department to which it belonged and the worker didn't even seem to care. Complete disregard. They're meet is WAY overpriced! But that's at every Wal-Mart I've been to though, I guess you just have to check the paper to see when they're on sell. Another time I called in to see if they had a laptop in stock so that I could purchase it and the employee that I talked to on the phone didn't have a clue what I was talking about I even gave her the product number to look it up by, still she had no clue. And last but not least there are little children running EVERYWHERE! Your stepping on them, running into them, them running into you. This store is close to my house, which makes it convenient. However, I will go OUT OF MY WAY to avoid this store from now on. They are seriously understaffed, and the staff they do have is extremely poorly trained with bad attitudes. They are not here to help customers, but to basically just clock watch and collect a paycheck. I went to this store last night with exactly in mind of what I wanted to purchase. I walked back to the electronics department and could not find one single employee. As I stood back there for about 10-15 minutes waiting on someone to show, about another 20 customers (no exaggeration) collected in the same department waiting on help. I actually "phoned" the store from my cell, and was quickly transferred back to the department before I could explain the situation. Of course, the phone next to me just rang and rang until it auto-transferred back to the front of the store. I explained to the person on the other end what was happening back in the electronics department and the female I spoke with said she would get someone back there. I heard her announce over the PA that someone was needed back in that department. However, no one showed after another 10 minutes. I then walked to the front of the store and asked for a manager. The young girl I spoke with looked at me in shock as she explained, "well, we don't really have a manager onsite, but this girl is the closest thing". I then explained to this person that the store was hemorrhaging money, especially since that department is probably the most profitable for them. She did NOT care, quickly dismissed me and walked to the back herself. I decided NOT to make my purchase which was a pretty pricey item. BAD, BAD, BAD attitudes and customer service. If you come to this Walmart you better pack a lunch and a compass and maybe a spirit guide to help try to find whatever you're shopping for. Not only are they constantly moving stuff around, but what they say they have in store is never actually there and the people who work there (who are different every time I walk in the door) don't know where anything is. That's if you can get them to stop long enough to communicate when they're running pass you trying to not make eye contact. People are constantly stealing things out in the open it's uncomfortable to try an not look at someone badly ripping packages open and stuffing things in there clothes. I don't understand what Walmart is trying to accomplish with this store absolutely everything that could be wrong is much worse than than what you'd think the limitations for wrong would be. read more

They recently did a lot of remodeling here. It use to be dirty and the bathrooms were down right disgusting. That money could have been better spent by having more cashiers. This place is horrific. It's like the neglected orphaned child from Bentonville. Sam would be turning in his grave if he saw the state of this walmart. Merchandise is all over the place, you'll find clearance stuff in aisles where its not suppose to be. "Scan your item here" signs for price scanners that don't exist. Kids bikes overflowing onto island displays of stuff you actually need, but can't reach because it's in your way. Not to mention, half aisles with no prices on the gondola displays, it's like the employee just gave up and called it a day. And I don't blame them. Navigating through the store is a nightmare. And the crowd looks downright scary. the parking lot is a disaster. I saw a car that crashed into the median in the parking lot (how does someone do that is beyond my understanding). I think if there was a retail bermuda triangle, this would be it. Avoid this place at all costs. Do your sanity and society a favor, take a second mortgage if you have to, get a second job, but please pay more and shop at Target instead. Or drive, drive my friend to the north Irving one (Market Place), which is moderately better. read more

Over all complaints we all shop and buy all of our needs there. Walmart has everything. The employees are mostly nice. I have experienced and noticed few of them will go out of there way and quickly find or get what i was looking for. Ive found it best to shop around 1130 at night 6 in the morning because there are more workers on the floor that will give you customer service. One in particular, the one in dairy. Shes nice enough to get you anything from the back that's empty on the shelf. If she comes back empty handed and says they're out, i can tell she wasn't just lying to me. Shes the fastest worker I've seen in walmart and still takes out time to give good customer service. If i ever need anything she will always help me out or find someone else who can better assist me. read more

Service center is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. The guys working out there seemed to have no interest at all in checking in the line of cars outside the bays waiting for oil changes. Finally got someone's attention after about 15 minutes and he started telling me how short handed he was and how he needed to take a lunch and so did everyone else out there. The wait for an oil change was going to be THREE HOURS. That is insane. I've used other Walmart service centers in the past and had no issues. Never again for this store. Horrible service and no interest in taking care of customers. He seemed more interested in telling me how hard his day had been. Sorry, Walmart. Poor planning on your part does not constitute a legitimate reason for poor customer service. As a former business owner myself, I know you sometimes just have to suck it up and figure out how to get the customer taken care of. But seems Walmart has gotten so big they just don't care anymore.
