    The worst Walmart ever

    Honestly, this place sucks and so do all the workers. I'm just trying to get in and out and I know I don't wanna be here and they don't wanna be here (the workers). You guys need to have some sort of seminar or something on how to be nice to people and how to be efficient.

    Ripped bead on tire

    Bought some tires for my Mercedes (bought them elsewhere) and since I was already at Walmart, I figured that I'd just have them mount them for me. After waiting 3 hours I noticed my car hadn't moved from the parking space. Told the young lady how long I had been waiting and 2 minutes later my car was in the stall . 15 minutes later, they call me to the desk and tell me that they can't get my tire to stretch over the rim (it's the same exact brand and size tire that was already on the car). The Manager "Patrick" was extremely rude and told me that they ruined my previous tire taking it off and that they couldn't install the new one at all. I'd have to put on my spare tire and just figure it out. Asked for a gift card or something for my inconvenience but then he got upset and said he's not gigiving me anything and kept repeating "take it or leave it" while I was talking. I left there and went to a small little tire shop on Ave I and they toI'd me that my brand new tire was ripped and ruined. Walmart had ripped an expensive run flat tire while trying to mount it on the rim. I then went back to Walmart to get refunded for my ruined tire and the other manager said he already knew about what happened and that they let me leave with a damaged tire. WTF!!! Called corporate and came back the next day with a picture of my receipt (I don't live close to this Walmart). They said that i would need to bring a paper receipt. What if I had bought them online? What papar receipt would I have then? Smh. After 5 calls to corporate and escalating tthe issue, I finally got my refund today. This whole process has taken almost a week. The whole time I've had to drive on the 1 old tire which was half the reason I bought new ones in the first place. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND you allow Walmart tire center to touch your vehicle.

    Once again, but at a different Walmart, use the call button for assistance in the Automotive accessories aisle and waited for ten minutes with no response from any of the dozen associates walking by. I held the button down steady for another three minutes, didn't make one bit of difference. I finally walked away not getting the much needed $18 Cell phone holder for my Tahoe. Stop locking so much crap behind glass if you're not going to make it a priority for your team members to respond in a timely manner. It's disgusting how little, whoever the call is received by, gives a crap about good customer service! Saving grace today was the super sized Peeps!

    Although there are more then 6-7 people work there at a time in a small pharmacy, you want to be…read moreextra careful with your meds. I called them couple of times explaining as clearly as possible, that I m coming out of the dentist office and I m waiting for my pain medication... She said ok "wait let me go ahead and process your medication" when I got there and picked up the meds thinking its my pain meds, instead picked up medication that had nothing to do with the dentist. The medication they gave me was similar looking to ibuprofen (on the label) and was very close to doubling down on them thinking its the pain meds for my tooth. Intentional or not, this type of stuff happened before in this location. I am a very good judge of character and both times (when I first called to check if they got the paperwork, and later when I called to explain that they gave me the wrong medication from a different office) it was the same lady answering my calls. Very strange and noteworthy. She sounded to me very manipulative, talking over me so I wouldn't finish my thoughts to clearly explain the situation. Idk, its weird and little scary to think that someone might wittingly' or not maim you and convince everyone including herself that it was an accident. Trust me it is not that hard to genuinely care and hear when the customer says more then just once that "I just came out of the dentist office and calling for my ibuprofen or pain meds." I can't imagine myself working for a pharmacy and miss such an important piece of information and confuse my customer, never. I made a habit of being extra careful and clear here, because of this uneasy feeling in this city to begin with and yet again.... Drug overdose is a real thing and often deadly. Be careful and always double, triple check your meds. Doesn't matter how clearly you communicate, especially when you visit them medicated you are most vulnerable for misguidance. As to the pharmacy, please don't hire manipulative and cynical people that might misguide others simply because they feel that they can. Which if I may add, might amount to gang-stalking' given the location and general type of the residence. you have a responsibility to your customers.

He was busy when we arrived but acknowledged us and stated he would be right with us. There were two people behind us and he took his time with us without making us feel rushed. I have been coming to this Walgreens for years. Never had a bad experience when any employee but I do feel like Jeremy G exceeded my expectations!

    I went to see my doctor because I was moving to another state and wanted to know if I could get…read morerefills on five prescriptions...two being allergy meds, one being omega 3, one being a diabetic medicine, one being a sleeping aide. The doctor said that is reasonable and put the refills in. Everyone knows that when you move across country that you need some time to get there, you need time to get your home situated and you need time to find a new doctor/care team. I called the WalGreens on 30th and W Ave L to ensure that they would be able to fill without any issue on the 2nd of June...two weeks from now. They put all through the system except the sleeping aide. Both of my insurances paid and she said I could pick those up on the 2nd of June. She said I needed my doctor to call the pharmacist to discuss the sleeping aide and get approval. I called my doctor and she called the pharmacy to get approval. The doctor's office called back and said that they would not fill my prescriptions because I was moving. A few minutes after getting off the phone with my doctor the pharmacy called and said I was not traveling I was moving and that they would not fill it because it was fraud!!!! I told her it wasn't fraud...I was moving and it would take me several weeks to travel there and get situated with my 82 year old dad who is a Vietnam vet. They had all the prescriptions revoked in the system! I called their corporate office and submitted a complaint. An hour later the pharmacist, Veronica (another employee gave me her name), called me from the store and said she did not understand my complaint. When I explained it to her again she got agitated and said I was making excuses because there are pharmacies where I was going and I could have the refills transferred. I did just get 2 of the meds refilled last week but by the time I get there I will be out and I will have just arrived there. I have never in my life had this issue when moving or traveling with a pharmacy. I explained this to her and she said to have my insurance call her to give approval. When I told her they did that when her employee put it into the system in the first place my insurances approved the travel exemption...that is why they had that. She said it was fraud and hung up on me. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. This pharmacist is untrained, rude, and power hungry. Blue Cross federal and Tri care should cancel their contracts with this company. If there are exceptions people can use for traveling there is not reason we should not be able to use them when traveling.

    I don't know what's going on with this Pharmacy lately, but I'm having so many problems it's making…read moremy head spin! I was supposed to be on automatic renewal for my RX's and 4 of them are completely out...1 should have been filled7/12 and it's now 9/6 And it's STILL not here! They've changed delivery services 3 times now, and now they're back to the original one which was fine to begin with so I don't know why they ever changed it!They've always come out in the late afternoon, which I was expecting yesterday, so I went at 9:30am to pay my rent and in the 10minutes I was gone, he showed up! 4 med's I've been out of due on:7/12; 8/10; 8/11;8/20, and this is now 9/6 and STILL don't have them! Now two more are coming due and I'm worried. I tried to just now call to make sure the ones from yesterday are coming today and ask about these 2 others before I run out of them too! The girl kept interrupting me and talking nonstop over me when I was trying to explain my frustration with their service. Then she said she couldn't hear me and my phone was an inch from my mouth! She said she would call me back and I said ok, then as she's hanging up I hear her say "Jeeeeez Louise!"! (My name is NOT Louise!) This is now Wed. And I spoke to this same girl last Thursday and she said I couldn't get them until tues, (yesterday) and they all of a sudden after more than two years of using them and them never coming here until late afternoon, decide to come first thing in the morning when I'm at the office paying my rent! Her attitude really sucks! There is one person there I asked to talk to because he knows me very well and has always been very professional with me: Scott, I asked for him and she tells me he's at another location and will transfer me, then cuts me off! When I missed them yesterday morning, I called right back and left my name and number and no one called all day so I left a message to resend the meds back out to me today. Then this morning I called back because no one returned my call, and the guy said they were just opening he didn't know anything and I had to call THEM back instead of them calling ME, but...okay?! I called back when he told me to, got that same guy again who didn't know how to do anything, and HE cuts me off when transferring to the rude girl, so I call back and she goes into talking over me like she's done each and every time I've had the misfortune to get her on the line. Then I ask her what ph.# I'm supposed to call and there are two different ones on the bottles, (230-9003 and 9002) she says that's funny, and I say "well, when I looked you up on Yelp it has an entirely DIFFERENT one again (945-8066) that's THREE #'s and NO ONE there seems to have any idea what the other employees are doing, and NO ONE is getting the job done! 2 of these meds. are for heart and thyroid and I've been out of the heart one since 7/10, and the thyroid one since 8/11 and this is 9/6! I told her my hands have been shaking for a week and a half because of not getting the thyroid med for so long! The only reason I switched TO THEM to begin with was for their delivery service, and now they can't even get THAT right! They could KILL someone doing things like this! I am switching to a different delivery service directly thru my insurance now, but am going to make sure whoever IS in charge over there hears/reads this before someone DIES! And if I was the owner of that place, that girl's head would ROLL!!! If you value your life, go ELSEWHERE!

    Worst pharmacy I have ever used! They are understaffed and never fill prescriptions on time…read more Oftentimes they will run out of medicine and can only fill your prescription halfway. You have to come back again later when they have it in stock. It's like a rat race with them! They ALWAYS have excuses for their incompetence! They play with people's lives and health!! You can give them a prescription a week in advance and they won't tell you that can't fill it in until rhe last minute! They have also filled prescriptions incorrectly!!!! I would give them negative stars if that was an option!!
