We showed our receipt and asked if we could quickly pick up our prepaid order since it was already sitting behind the counter. Ariel told us, "Your bag of chicken is right over there, but you have to wait your turn," and continued preparing the sandwiches. We also asked another employee beforehand if he could help us since it seemed like it would only take a moment to hand us the order, but he told us we also had to wait our turn before walking away to another department. I understand helping customers in the order they arrive, as I also work in food industry, but it was frustrating to see a completed pickup order sitting there while we waited for a lengthy sandwich order to be finished. A little flexibility or communication would have gone a long way. The interaction felt dismissive, and the customer service left a poor impression. 1 star is being way too nice.
