I am a regular Walmart grocery shopper and always opt for the curbside pick up option. I have had a few experiences in the past with long waits and not being able to get in touch with their dedicated phone number for pick up. Today I checked in on my way (per usual) so they can get my order ready and make this a smoother process but I sat for over 30min waiting on my order before I called the pickup number to see what the hold up was. (I arrived with a full lot and was now the only car still waiting) After a few calls going to voicemail I finally got in touch with someone who said my order accidentally was given to someone else who left and now I have to wait for that person to return with my order! No one was going to call and tell me what was going on?! They do not give any discount codes for extra long waits either! (I've asked in the past when I had to wait over an hour) At this point I might as well go inside and spend the same amount of time grocery shopping myself! This is ridiculous! read more

It is 12:30 an there are 13 people in line for customer service. There is only one person working desk. One cashier an I feel sorry for her. This is an example of the poor customer service.In addition you always have to check your receipt to make sure you are charged correctly. Items on clearance shelf have no prices. Ever since the gas station has opened I have found it to be poorly supported and high priced. On Sunday, 2/28/2022, I found it to be also out of unleaded gas. What good is a gas station without gas? All they had left was 93 octane - for obvious reasons - hardly anyone buys it. So instead of $3.47 (too high) you would have to spend $3.77. Is Walmart committed to having a gas station? Seems a little wobbly to me. read more

I have grown to hate Walmart!.. Here is yet another reason why. About 2 months ago my son and I went clay shooting. We stopped by Walmart to get 2 boxes 12 gauge ammo. We were given 2 boxes... one was 12 gauge and one 20 gauge.. we did not notice until we got to the range... I took it back and said this was a mistake it was supposed to be 12 not 20 gauge. We were told sorry we dont take returns on ammo. I said your associate gave us the wrong gauge. She said it is on your receipt correctly.. I again explained he picked it up scanned it and put it In the bag... She said sorry no return or exchanges... Walmart has the worse customer service anywhere! read more

With the pandemic and the convenience of not having to take two little ones into the store we have been doing the Walmart online orders. Little did we know this is a way for them to conveniently dispose of their waste! We have continually received spoiled meat, rotten produce and expired food!!!! We're all familiar with WalMart....what it is and what it isn't. As far as WalMarts go, the place was clean, the items I needed were on the shelves, when I asked a question the person on the floor told me where to find what I was looking for, and they had enough checkers for the amount of business, a reasonable wait. 4 stars. read more

Well, I will start out by saying this is a Walmart so you can't really go in expecting to be impressed or wowed by anything. Despite the upscale and newwer location, it pretty much is what you would expect of a Walmart. Parking is always a chore and there are never a shortage of shopping carts overflowing from the cart corrals and spilling into their already deficient parking spaces. I will say, this Walmart is a supercenter so it always has the goods you are looking for and many more. Prices here also can't be beat by anyone around. Bring your patience when you do actually get to the check out as it will likely take you longer to get your purchase paid for than it probably took you to shop for your goods. read more

OK, I admit it - I love this store. They have a HUGE parking lot so you never have to park that far from the store. Its a supercenter so they have literally everything in one stop. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They have finally upped the cash registers open at one time increasing efficiency for customers. (Let's face it - the self cashier area is helpful if you have less than 5 small non-grocery items, but otherwise you need and prefer a cashier!) I like to visit in the AM so I have no lines. Typical of most Walmarts the weekends are a bit scary crowded. read more

Giving one star is way too much ...for the toy/ bicycle department. Twice I was in the store to look at and inquire about a bicycle. The first time it took forever just to get someone to look to see if she had the bicycle in stock . She left us there to go to the stockroom and never came back . We waited there for at least a half hour . Got pissed off and just left . Went just the other day again to give them a second chance . Well , we took turn walking from the bicycle department up to the front service desk three times just to get someone to come over and help us. 40 minutes later we finally got someone . Got the bicycle down for the top rack , walked it to the register only to notice that the handlebars were crooked . Had to walk back to get them adjusted . This department really needs to step up their game . If my daughter didn't want this certain bicycle so badly I would have gone elsewhere. Hopefully someone will see this review and get on their asses to improve their customer service. read more

Low prices and always understaffed. The express line was 5 deep, only because 6 of the 48 registers were open. The old addage "you get what you pay for" rings true here. Generally clean and relatively organized as far as wal-marts go. Always good people watching here free of charge :-) For the convenience and the price, this place can't be beat. read more

This Walmart is pretty nice! I like the way you can drive your car right up to some of the garden center items which makes it so much easier to load. The only dumb thing they did was not put a door between that area and the store so it's not easy to go in and pay. One of the best cashiers I've had works at this Walmart. I forget her name but she looks to be in her 70's and she rocks! I was expecting her to move like a turtle but she scanned away nice and consistently. She was very pleasant so I look for her when it's time to checkout. read more

As weird as it may sound I had a great customer service experience at this Walmart. I was looking for a "Square" credit card charger for your phone. I was able to find a couple of employees throughout the store that where more then glad in helping finding that and a few other items as well. "Dear Walmart" What took you so long to pay your employees more? It so nice waking into a Walmart now in days and seeing more then 4 registers open and the other 20 close. read more

Is anyone minding the store? I called (3 times) between 10 and 10:15 pm tonight and all I got was a continual ring. It's like waiting for the next Ice age waiting in a Walmart cashier line. And the cashiers look like they were from the last ice age.

Very good grocery store. They have everything and the prices are decent. However, the lines are always long and you are lucky if 4 cashier's are working. If you are trying to buy anything in the sporting goods you will have to wait for hours before anyone will help you. I even called and complained once because no one would wait on me. I order everything now from Amazon and just buy groceries from Walmart. read more

I only go there for the groceries. All employees that I see--and there aren't many--are so busy stocking shelves that they don't bother to look at me in the eye. I would have liked to buy lots of paint, but decided to go to Sherwin Williams instead. Why? Because no one is ever there to engage with me as a customer and mix paint. I'm tired of chasing help. I used to buy fabrics also but even after intercom messages were sent out for someone to help me with cutting fabrics, no one bothered to come. Also in addition to chronic understaffing, the parking lot is stuffed with carts everywhere, and the place is starting to look trashy. This place is a joke - place is never clean but there are always employees just standing around. Went to make an exchange after realizing something I bought yesterday was broken only to be told by 3 employees sitting in the motorized carts and 2 employees standing and talking that the customer service counter isn't open until after 7. So you can pay 5 employees to do nothing, but can't pay one person to work the customer service counter??? read more

Now not happy with service. Apparently they stopped price matching their own walmart.com website. I asked at customer service to speak to a manager and had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the manager to come. He was belittling when he told me that they stopped at policy a long time ago. I know for a fact that it wasn't a long time ago because I had a security system price matched from walmart.com. their customer service people are no longer as friendly at the front and I didn't appreciate having to wait so long when the associate went to another phone so that I could not hear what she was saying to the manager. He then took quite a long time to come up to speak to me and was condescending at that. Unfortunately I am forced to purchase a lot from Walmart because there are not a lot of retailers within my budget nearby. I will start with a decline of my purchases and taking my business to other places even if I have to travel further. When they do not value your business or your money, you take your business elsewhere. That is what I'm going to start doing. read more

This is the second time that I have encountered a RUDE associate. First time at the so called "customer service" center. Today at the self-check out. There was an associate standing there as they sometimes do to let you know when a machine is available. Apparently, she was waiting for a machine as well. After she told me she was next (rude). I said excuse me she then yelled and said "go ahead". Unreal! I guess she figured since she wasn't "on the clock" it was okay to be rude(her words to the associate monitoring the self-check out). Not sure who is running this operation but attitude generally reflects leadership. read more

This is my favorite WalMart location. It's clean, fairly well stocked and I'm able to get most of what I need. Definitely use the WalMart app & scan your receipt - it works! While they still have work to do on their customer service it has improved & it's better here than at many other locations I've shopped at. read more

I hate going to any Walmart, they make me feel tired and cranky by the time I'm done. That being said, I've been in some horrible Walmarts, was called a thief in one because my cart & I were past the check out lines, sitting on the bench (which is the only bench in the store & I had been sitting there over 45 minutes, but I digress) but I've been to this Walmart 3 times and 2 of those times I asked for help. Both those times the staff was very helpful, very nice to have them willing to help. I grocery shop at publix and only go to Walmart once a month if I have to have something that is just ridiculously expensive everywhere else. But this Walmart wasn't as bad as normal, nowhere near publix but they were at least pleasant. read more

This Walmart store is unbelievable . I truly love everything about it includes the workers, the never ending selection and the cleanliness. Of course this Walmart is pretty far from where I stay now, but it is so worth the drive. When I first pull up to the store, parking is a breeze, I can always find a close spot to the from of the store. From shinning floors to hands wipes for you grocery cart, the workers here make sure their store is clean for them and for the customers. No matter what I came to the store for, I can always find what I am looking for, this store is always stocked fully with everything and always stocks the selves neatly. This is the only place where I will actually get my fresh fruits and veggies from. I've always had an issue with Walmart's fruit but once I started going to this store, I can taste the difference when I eat some grapes and apples. It's so refreshing. This Walmart store is on A- list. I never go wrong when I stop to this store. read more

This is one the worst Pharmacies! While trying to figure out insurance because it had changed with my husbands work, the pharmacist told me that this would be his fourth time talking to me.....AND???? That is your job!!!! Your collecting a paycheck! Not to mention I was on hold for over 12 minutes. I only held that long to see if anyone would ever pick up. And of course they didn't. They never have the medicine stocked even thought this is a medication that is required monthly. Switched to another Wal-Mart pharmacy and they had it the next day! The new Wesley Chapel Wal-Mart is much cleaner! And the people are always helpful. read more

Today at 1:30 pm i was in the store and i was going to the cash register and when he saw me he left the cash register area, i stay there waiting for him to return, but nothing i had to call some one to come to check me out, the name of the person at the Garden Center side of the store his name I was told that is TOM, some one should tell him him that customs are priority to the store, as a matter of fact from now on i will be going to Target at list they treat you like a customer. Don't try to get a price match at this store, you'll be wasting your gas. Lowes had red mulch on sale, so I called Walmart and I was told they would match price but when I got to the store they wouldn't. Red mulch is red mulch but if the plastic bag it comes in is different it's not the same red mulch as their red mulch. The store manager did a tap dance all around it. Goodbye Walmart, Lowes will open soon on hwy 54. See you there. read more

Produce goes bad immediately, melons are usually mealy and overripe.. The distribution center must be a ways away or poor handling of produce of they buy the worst. I don't like to stand in line to return so I vow to avoid shopping for perishables here. Otherwise employees are pretty nice read more
