When I questioned the self-check out assistant he said, " oh you need to download the digital coupon on your app." I asked why then did my other sale items discount after inputting my phone #, he said some specials are digital. In my opinion, this is extra steps I need to take when it used to be just discounted with your loyalty phone #. Might explain why the store was empty at 11AM on Sat.

It glides across the floor. Market Street offers mini shopping carts for kids too! To the left is Starbucks and there a place to grab a beer and a bite. You can choose from Asian or American Style Cooking and have a seat.Theres a large sitting area. It's a popular hot spot. It looks like people love to eat, drink, sit by the window and people watch. Some enjoys using the WiFi too. The Restrooms are close by and are very clean. Prices are expensive but, your able to walk away w some bargains wo the hassle of scanning a card or using your phone number. Also, if you see something for 2 for 5.00 you don't have two buy two. I was having a very bad day before entering the store due to a family who had a life threatening injury recently. Simian noticed that I was having issues finding items because my head wasn't on straight that day. He approached me and made sure I found everything I needed and was able to calm my nerves. This was definitely the best example of 'going above and beyond" that I've ever received in a service environment and I'm an "old timer" THANKS SIMIAN!!

Still waiting for a refund after eight days. Couldn't feed my family for two days because of the…read moremissing items. On August 10 I placed an order for 36 items totaling $145. When my groceries were delivered about 1/2 or 17 items missing. Either the store did not give to the driver or the driver intentionally or mistakenly did not leave all the bags behind. We submitted our refund request within minutes of the order being delivered on August 10 at approximately 6 PM. It was denied on August 13. It took me hours to reach Tom Thumb and finally be told that it was automatically rejected due to the amount of the refund. Just to be clear that is not what the rejection stated had I not called and pushed. They would've kept my money. Nonetheless, I was told the refund would be processed. Today is August 18. I have zero money left no food and the refund has not been issued. This is significant as like most people I live paycheck to paycheck, but unlike most people, I am totally disabled veteran. I have accessibility issues and an 86-year-old mom that also lives with me. I just say FU Tom Thumb, you screwed me and my mom really bad this week.
