One. Hour. Photo. means my photos should be ready in an hour. I shouldn't have to wait until you reload your printer with the proper paper to print out my ish! So im in a hurry. I park by the garden center because I can always find a spot quickly and close to the entrance. Looks like others are doing the same thing but that's neither here nor there. I walk inside only to be standing behind a disgruntled Wal-Mart employee who wants to make a purchase. Im waiting and waiting. Finally its my turn. I told the guy that I placed an order online about an hour ago. He looks confused. Checks the computer and asks me what size. Dude, I don't remember. Do you see my order or not? I tell him my name and he finds my order. He looks on the printer and doesn't see anything. He proceeds to open the printer to change out the paper. "Oh, its a 4 by 8. I have to change the paper. The right paper isn't in here." Ok, so how much longer is this gonna take? "Less than 3 minutes" Ok, whatev. He gets the photos printed in about 5 minutes. I already have my cash in hand, ready to check out. He reminded me that I paid online, with the 3 collage prints in his hand to confirm that they were mine. When I get to the car, I took a close look at them car and there are white lines all in my collage! Great! I should take them back but whatever. read more

I would have given this store 0 stars if possible. On countless trips there I have purchased bad meat because they hide the discolored portions under the good meat. Some of the employees are racially hateful others are just lazy (a common problem here in atlanta). Like others have said the lines are always long and parking sucks which wouldn't be so bad if they actually got the carts out of the lot and into the store. read more

Went to the pharmacy on 11/28/12 to fill a script only because I had a coupon. Sat for over an hour only to find out they didn't have medicine in stock. No attempt to notify me - they had my phone number plus I was sitting right in front of the pharmacy. They told me another Walmart had the medicine. Drove to that Walmart and they didn't have it. No excuse for such sorry service. I finally found the medicine at walgreen's. it only took them 30 minutes to fill script with two people working - Walmart had 5 people working!! major fail! read more

I understand what everybody is saying and its true because I use to work for Walmart. Customer service is awful, the meat is bad, please don't buy their meat! No stars for the McDonald's in this store.it should be shut down by the board of health.One person on the counter,one person doing the cooking and one person taking apart the refrigerator in the back,what a mess and this is 3 days before Christmas. Lines were long and no staffing,couldn't wait to get out. Needless to say I walked out and I should have walked out with my 2 items that I did buy. Just Gross,no matter how hungry you are do not go to this McDs,ended up getting my granddaughter bananas from the produce dept. If I could give this Walmart a 1/2 a star i would. I came in here twice. This one is close to where I live. The second time around I felt so grossed out. I have never bought food from this one because you never know if there are creepy crawlies in the food. I needed to get somethings and felt so gross. I really should have walked out but found some of the stuff I needed. All departments are very unorganized and messy! They have apple and oranges and bananas and eggs and lettuces and diapers and as seen on tv stuff. You can get underwear and t shirts. They have towels and soap. You could live in hear just snuggle up under their comforters in one of the futons. read more

Its walmart so don't have high expectations. Shoppers are often wearing pajamas. Yes pajamas. I mean, I rock yoga pants 5 days a week but come on people - don't leave your house wearing pajamas. I have witnessed many men attempting to pick up women shopping here. Maybe it's the pajamas? Who knows. It's like club walmart. The food is cheap and so are the essentials. I don't find most of the clothing wearable. Only good for children's clothes. Oh and they have photo center too which is good. read more

Yesterday when in the store there were two check outs open and lines wrapped around so much one had to go through mazes of racks to get to the end of one line or another. I attempted to get in touch with mgt to give concern but they were all out of the building apparently so I just left my cart full of items at a register and walked out -- get to my car which is parked LEGALLY in an ADA marked location and there is a Marriott van parked in the lines of the spot I'm in AND blocking another ADA spot so no one can park there. This van was so close to my bumper the only way I would have been able to get out would be to back into the traffic lane and possibly get hit. I proceeded to CALL into the mgr to complain and still wasn't able to get a hold of anyone .. this is by far the WORST Walmart read more

I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for 2 days. Unfortunately I didn't have my Rx number so I had to call, not use the automated system and talk to someone to assist me. I called yesterday and was put on hold for 15 mins, i gave them the benefit of the doubt simply because it was around 5pm n I figured it was probably one of the busiest so i decided to call back today. First attempt: ' can you please hold ' i did for about 5 mins and hung up, called again; ' Can you please hold" i said no because..... put on hold again..... called back and the call was picked up and hung up. I called again and i told them don't put me on hold, the lady on the other end said ' sorry i have about 3 people ahead of you" i tried to let her know i've been calling for a minute ( which i'm sure she knew i was the one that kept calling back) and AGAIN put me on hold. because as a customer i deserve to get my request met, and expect good customer service I called once again. this time the same young lady answered the phone, and actually said ' how may i help you" ... i started to let her know what i was calling for and she cut me off; i didn't understand what she said because we were clearly talking at the same time, and she was now rushing me ..asking for my information. i gave her what she need and she told me, ' it will be ready sometime later today "... i had to ask for a specific time. ... Walmart, please work with your staff and their customer service, The young lady by the name of Bridgette at your pharmacy is very unpleasant and is unable to handle large loads of work. i would really suggest customer service training for your staff, more staff to handle the work, or hire people that do not break under pressure like Bridgette did today. The managers are rude, the associates stand around and aren't willing or happy to assist, the store itself is filthy, and 2 lanes open during the busiest hour at Walmart? Are you kidding me? I like Walmart. Sure, there are plenty of improvements they could make, like stocking good products and caring about the appearance of the store, but you can usually find everything you need there at reasonable prices. I wish there were more cashiers during busy hours though. I know they've gotta cut down on costs and all, but they should put customer experience high up in their priorities. I'm sure they could train a few more stocking employees to man the cash register if there's a lot of traffic. read more

The staff at this location in my experience are a joke. Not sure how they slide by Upper management. Bought some celery yesterday. Price on shelf tag read $1.28. Went through register and it rang up $1.68. No big deal, I was in a hurry and no one is gonna stand in a separate Customer Service line for a 40 cent refund. Instead I told the cashier at the self checkout kiosk. She looked confused and possibly under the influence of a controlled substance. Told her about the price difference. Asked her if she could alert a Manager. She then stated she would if she could remember. WTH. I then walked over to the produce area. Finally found a guy and told him about the issue. He looked befuttled and wasn't sure he could do anything about it. Finally on my way out the door I ran into some kind of manager. Told her about the problem and she said she would look into it and said thank you for bringing it to her attention. I'd be willing to bet that it's still the same today. read more

I rea.ize this is a busy time of the year but it's no excuse for the manager and employees to give poor customer service. I called Wal-Mart on South Cobb Parkway on 12/5/2018 at 6.20pm to check to see if one item was ready for pickup. It was the last item to pick up from a previous order. Tracking shows the item been in the store since 11/28/2018. I know the protocol, I've worked in a Wal-Mart before. I hadn't received an email telling me it was ready for pickup. First, called the store nobody answered in Pick Up after 25 minutes. I hung up and called back, an associate asked me well who do you want to speak to cause when I transfer again they may not answer. I told her get me a manager. He got on the phone I told him the details and wanted to check for my order since tracking showing its in the store. He told me he couldn't. I said although I have the order number, my name, and what tracking says. I didn't ask what it was cause I already knew. Policy states the order will be held for 7 days. HELLO! It's the 7th day. This is part of my granddaughter's Christmas that my son is suppose to pick up. He lives in the area. 1 item delayed out of a previous order! Won't do in store p8ck up again. read more
