I would like to thank Ms. January in the deli for taking the time out of her busy morning to fix me some much needed pull pork sandwiches. I have an elderly uncle who requests these sandwiches on a regular basis but so many times they aren't available and when I ask for them I'm told that they aren't available. DO NOT go here for any auto care service. Me and 3 other people has been here since 2:00-3pm waiting to get work done on our car. We are still here and they are closing in 20 minutes. I spoke with the manager and he stated they have other appointments before and after me. One of the workers said they are short staff well stop taking appointments. I spent over $500 on tires and waiting 4 hours when I could have went elsewhere and been there for only 1-2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE, GO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE! A. WHOLE. DUMP‼ This place is a joke! Please tell me How I came to exchange diapers I got from my baby shower and they're telling me they can't exchange because they no longer do exchanges. Here is the sign at their customer service desk that CLEARLY states... "we will happily exchange or refund with no receipt within 90 days." I did not ask for a refund. I just merely needed to change diaper sizes and do an even exchange. The manager Jada and team lead Ayo were rude and unaccommodating, and obviously hate what they do. Clearly this store gives 0 regard for the customers and their satisfaction. HOW can you tell me repeatedly you can't exchange when there's a sign posted that says you can. This Walmart is located on Cobb Parkway just north of the South Marietta Parkway intersection. It sits across from the Sam's Club and the shopping center features a variety of shops from nail salons, shoes stores, eateries and even a Dollar Tree. I will say that if I would have reviewed this location upon my first visit a few years ago, it would have received a 1 star review. However, this location has since gone under renovation and in its current state, is definitely an improved store, at least from the condition side of things. With this update, they also added in the Walmart Health Clinic while also upgrading many areas of the store such as the bathrooms that were in desperate need of it! In addition to the new additions, they also changed the layout of the store to make it flow a little easier, this is visible within the pharmacy/personal item area. I will say that the crowd at this location is a little rougher than I like, as I have gotten accosted in the parking lot many times by folks asking for money. The bus station is not too far, so this location definitely is a transient location. Additionally, I have witnessed fights in the parking lot and blatant theft while shopping. I know that happens at places all over, but I swear every time I visit this location, I peep something that makes me shake my head! Overall, this is not my favorite Walmart location and isn't really high on the list of preferred to be honest, but when I am in the area and it is convenient, I don't mind swinging in for something quick. read more

I was racially profiled by two black female employees at this Walmart location. I went to Walmart today because I was interested in buying new body care products. For context I create UGC content on tiktok where I review new body care items. I took pictures and videos of a few new Bodycology products. I put the items in my shopping cart. I noticed it was two black women with Walmart vests began walking up and down the aisles where I was standing. And they began starring me up and down. I ignored it. I have never stolen, I have career for a large tech company in Atlanta where I earn over six figures and I do not need to steal body spray. But it's soo disheartening when other black women racially profile you as if you are a shoplifter. I have created TikTok videos of my shopping trips that have garnered over a half million views. I have even had Bodycology comment on my post thanking me for sharing my product reviews! It's just soo disgusting that these black female Walmart employees tried to assume I was shop lifting and followed me around the store! Happy New Year Yelpers!! My first review of 2019 will be this fine institution. My husband and I are visiting the sis and we're going to need some sustenance. So we went here to purchase some necessities. We got some pork chops for brefix, less than $10. My sister got their water for $0.39/gal. I also got my hair product and all for a good price. I dont know why this spot gets bad reviews. Although I'm pretty sure, my good experience might not be as good as what others would perceive. It's all about individual perception. I've been to this Wal-Mart several times over the years to pick up items for the house and sometimes for work. Never had any problems and or a bad experience. I actually think the employees here are more friendly than most of the Wal-mart around. Associates will just randomly say hi to you and ask you how you're doing out of nowhere. It didn't just happen to me once but almost every time I've been in here. The place is a very busy and popular place so expect the parking lot to be fairly full most of the time. But luckily they always have many cashiers working at any given time so you don't have to wait too long to check out. Not a bad place at all to shop... read more

The worst store ever. Waited for over 20 mins for an employee to come and open the cabinet so I can buy some soap. Went to the customer service desk and ask who as the key. They said they had to page the person with the key. Two female associates came and said that they have a new app system and they aren't sure if they can open the case. There were at least 7 people standing and waiting. I walked out and went to Target. They don't have products locked up in cases and they have employees that will assist without an attitude. read more

You pull in a designated spot and call a number and they bring the order out to you!how awesome is that? So I called the number and I thought I was talking to my best friend Ms. Brenda. She is amazing! Her and her team came and loaded my vehicle and then there was a spill for one of the products. Ms Brenda went and had another one brought to me and then even told me to contact her if there were any damage. This service topped Amazon I have to say so I am a huge huge fan but since I live a little farther.. i am HUGHLY recommending it. This isn't a standard Wal-Mart, this is a horrible Wal-Mart. It takes something really special for Wal-Mart to earn one star and this one had it in buckets. Shelves that were not stocked properly, narrow aisles, zero wagons in the store (the parking lot corrals were all full), and even though every register was open (the Sunday before the first day of school), the lines were at least 8 deep. It took 25 minutes for me to reach the cashier and complete my very small purchase. All of this doesn't have anything to do with my fellow shoppers who were exactly what I would expect at an urban Wal-Mart and I will not go any deeper into that. Covid review: sign outside says masks are mandatory but no one enforcing that rule. They also only have one door open but no signs saying the other door is closed. Saw many old people trying to get to the pharmacy and having to walk all the way to the other one to walk all the way back down to the pharmacy. Not a good look especially when it's hot outside. I am not a fan of this Walmart. Over the years, I have made three or four trips to this store during my lunch break to pick up miscellaneous items. On the plus side, the store itself is functional and has always stocked the items I needed. It's also not as busy as other Walmarts, particularly the one further south on Cobb Parkway. However, the clientele here can be downright sketchy. On two different occasions, I have been approached by people in the parking lot asking for money. One time, it was a woman holding a baby. She told me a sob story about how her car broke down in the parking lot and she needed money to repair her car. The whole situation just seemed fishy. I must admit I did give her some money, but to this day, I'm not sure if she was sincere. I'm willing to bet she wasn't. Another time, someone followed me as I made my way out of the store and into my car. As I approached my car, he started saying things to me to try and get my attention. Honestly, I didn't know if he was talking to me or not. As soon as I shut my door, the guy comes up to my driver side window and says some things to me which I am unable to fully comprehend. I assumed he was asking me for money. I nodded my head "no" and proceeded to shift gears and back out of my spot. He then got belligerent and raised his voice at me. No idea what happened there. This Walmart is big and spacious. It has a grocery section and small shops at the front like a nail salon and a fast food joint (McDonald's perhaps? I can't remember.). Around lunchtime, check-out is usually speedy, which is nice. So the store itself is OK (for a Walmart). Its also had a makeover done within the last 5 years or so. I wish I could give no stars. They really should just close if they can't handle dealing with customers. No one answers the phones. People hang up on you. I called the pharmacy just to get a manager and her response was "I can page someone but I know they won't come to the phone" and hangs up. You would be better off driving the distance to another location. The gas would be Worth it. read more

As far as Walmart goes...this one it's better than almost all other Walmart's I have been in. The employees here are helpful but just a heads up, when they say they close at 11 they mean they close at 11 PM. There are no ifs ands or buts about it you better be up there with your stuff in line to check out with a smile on your face because they do not play. They will shut the registers down and you will have to wait till the next day to purchase your items. I really can't blame them and I'm one of those people that pushes the envelope at times....well I pushed it to the last minute there not long ago and had to go home empty handed with no one to blame but myself! I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience at this location (210 Cobb Pkwy, Marietta). I was at the store shopping for my nearly 70 year old mom. I despise going to Walmart, but she needed groceries and other essentials for her house. I had a cart with my items in it and approached the self check out. Which had many registers to choose from. While in store, I went ahead and picked up a few items for myself. As I began scanning items (it was about 3 already scanned). A younger employee walks up to me and rudely says, Ma'am I'm going to need you to go to a register where an associate can check you out." I proceed to tell her that I was fine in self check out. There were many other empty self check-out register within my vicinity. She then tells me that I have too many items for self check out. So when I asked about the self check out item policy (because there clearly wasn't any signs posted that there was a limit of items. She tells me that it must be 25 items or less. I then saw another employee walk up with a cart full of items, but she wasn't approached. I asked if she was aware of a 25 item minimum, which she replied no. I pointed there were no signs of this and I was going to continue scanning my mom's items. She then replies in rude and unprofessional tone, "Well, you can try!" As I tried to continue with scanning items, there was a sign on the display screen, that read "Associate login needed." I realized she'd disabled the register so that I couldn't use it. When I asked for her name and questioned if/why she'd done it, I was ignored and told to stop talking to her. She turned her badge around so that I couldn't see her name. While on the phone with my 70 year old mother who heard all of this, I asked for a manager immediately, she laughed along with other associates. While trying to embarrass me. It took a while before someone came over, so I walked to Customer Service myself to request a manager. Apparently the associate didn't know that I was walking behind her as I approached the Customer Service area and she then referred to my as a Dumb A**. When I asked her did she just call me that, she looked unfazed, but didn't repeat it again. Once a manager (Donna) did come to speak with me, she apologized (more like a less empathetic apology). I told her everything. She went on to tell me the associates name was Nay (I'm sure that's not her full real/full name). She stated it was a new rule they were trying to implement. But hadn't gotten around to putting up any signs. When I requested the phone number for corporate, I was given a toll number. I was told they would fill-up with me within 1-3 business days. I received a call a few days later and it seems they'd sent my complaint to the wrong store on Cobb Pkwy. I finally received a call maybe a day or 2 afterwards from a lead at the store. She stated the only thing she could offer was a $15 gift card for my inconvenience. I can tell you that this indeed was a slap in the face. Do not come here. The only reason is a last resort of other places are closed, since they are open 24/7. Just abysmal all around. I have not had help on one occasion and I've been here at least a dozen times. The lines are consistently, horrifically long and they never keep enough self checkout lines open. In fact, they crash frequently when they are open and you'll be hard-pressed to find one open after 11 p.m. (That's when there's usually only one register open in the entire store, no matter how busy it is) The selection is pretty poor as well. Many empty shelves and items in the wrong place. What a big mess. Produce prices aren't as competitive as I've seen at other locations either. The few interactions I've had with employees here have also been negative. One time I wasn't allowed to use a manufacturer coupon for no reason, other than it wouldn't scan. She wouldn't even read the coupon itself. Don't bother with this store. I'm stuck sometimes since it's only a few blocks from home and the store is always open. read more

I went to Walmart September the 15th 2022 to purchase some strawberries that was on sale for 2:38 I picked up the 238 strawberries went to the register and it charged me $4.14. I was like wow. Took them back the lady took them off the computer. I went back to take a picture of the strawberries to find out those strawberries right there were 396. I put those back and I got the ones that said 2:38 went up there she and I scanned them they run up for 396. That's a scam Walmart and you are going to jail for that. Everybody around the world is talking about how you're doing these prices is one price when you pick it up but it's another price when you get to the cash register. I have pictures I have a video. So the clerk she had to change the price to make it the price it's supposed to be. I heard people will buy milk and got up everybody fuck I can buy a cow for that much. stopped by here last night (about 11pm) since there was nothing open. we needed a few things.. such as snacks and last minute arts&crafts related things since it was a "super center", it was 24 hrs, which was a good. this is not really a convenient location for us but since we were already on cobb pkwy.. we figured why not? the choice was not a very good one... this has got to be the most unorganized walmart I have ever seen. everything was mumble jumble in the aisles. there were random clearance spots.. and then there were clearance items scattered around normal priced items. wtf? how confusing. the clearance stuff were usually under red colored signs.. but then they also had red signs that said "low prices".. just wow. in the aisles, employees left boxes all over the place. I know you're probably restocking but.. at least place the boxes in a organized manner, instead of scattering it everywhere. they also made it inconvenient to walk safely through the aisles. now as for the check out lines... the same problem every walmart has..still applies. they have like 30 ppl in line, but only have 2 cashiers/registers opened. yet, they can afford to have like 20+ ppl restocking throughout the store. Well, this is your standard Wal-Mart... But usually gets a bit crowded, moreso than most other ones. I suppose it is because the parking lot has a lot associated with it, and traffic can get a bit congested. I know it is a weird gripe, but I have never been able to get anything but a gimpy buggy here...
