Sign that says "we will happily exchange or refund"

    A. WHOLE. DUMP‼ This place is a joke! Please tell me How I came to exchange diapers I got from my baby shower and they're telling me they can't exchange because they no longer do exchanges. Here is the sign at their customer service desk that CLEARLY states... "we will happily exchange or refund with no receipt within 90 days." I did not ask for a refund. I just merely needed to change diaper sizes and do an even exchange. The manager Jada and team lead Ayo were rude and unaccommodating, and obviously hate what they do. Clearly this store gives 0 regard for the customers and their satisfaction. HOW can you tell me repeatedly you can't exchange when there's a sign posted that says you can. If I had the time, I would call the police because treating people like this because you don't want to do your job should be a crime!

I was racially profiled by two black female employees at this Walmart location. I went to Walmart today because I was interested in buying new body care products. For context I create UGC content on tiktok where I review new body care items. I took pictures and videos of a few new Bodycology products. I put the items in my shopping cart. I noticed it was two black women with Walmart vests began walking up and down the aisles where I was standing. And they began starring me up and down. I ignored it. I have never stolen, I have career for a large tech company in Atlanta where I earn over six figures and I do not need to steal body spray. But it's soo disheartening when other black women racially profile you as if you are a shoplifter. I have created TikTok videos of my shopping trips that have garnered over a half million views. I have even had Bodycology comment on my post thanking me for sharing my product reviews! It's just soo disgusting that these black female Walmart employees tried to assume I was shop lifting and followed me around the store! They need to find a better paying job honestly because they both looked over 40 years old!!! Anywho follow my TikTok account CleanGirlyEra

Happy New Year Yelpers!! My first review of 2019 will be this fine institution. My husband and I are visiting the sis and we're going to need some sustenance. So we went here to purchase some necessities. We got some pork chops for brefix, less than $10. My sister got their water for $0.39/gal. I also got my hair product and all for a good price. I dont know why this spot gets bad reviews. Although I'm pretty sure, my good experience might not be as good as what others would perceive. It's all about individual perception. I'd definitely come purchase my items here again. No drama found. Thank you so much for reading my review. I hope this helps with your decision making experience. Enjoy your awesome yelptastic day!

I've been to this Wal-Mart several times over the years to pick up items for the house and sometimes for work. Never had any problems and or a bad experience. I actually think the employees here are more friendly than most of the Wal-mart around. Associates will just randomly say hi to you and ask you how you're doing out of nowhere. It didn't just happen to me once but almost every time I've been in here. The place is a very busy and popular place so expect the parking lot to be fairly full most of the time. But luckily they always have many cashiers working at any given time so you don't have to wait too long to check out. Not a bad place at all to shop...

I am updating my review two stars for at this location is order pick up. It's concierge service from Walmart!! You pull in a designated spot and call a number and they bring the order out to you!how awesome is that? So I called the number and I thought I was talking to my best friend Ms. Brenda. She is amazing! Her and her team came and loaded my vehicle and then there was a spill for one of the products. Ms Brenda went and had another one brought to me and then even told me to contact her if there were any damage. This service topped Amazon I have to say so I am a huge huge fan but since I live a little farther.. i am HUGHLY recommending it. I may even drive a little farther for it as all locations don't have this service yet. Go Walmart!!!! Improved your rating two stars!

This isn't a standard Wal-Mart, this is a horrible Wal-Mart. It takes something really special for Wal-Mart to earn one star and this one had it in buckets. Shelves that were not stocked properly, narrow aisles, zero wagons in the store (the parking lot corrals were all full), and even though every register was open (the Sunday before the first day of school), the lines were at least 8 deep. It took 25 minutes for me to reach the cashier and complete my very small purchase. All of this doesn't have anything to do with my fellow shoppers who were exactly what I would expect at an urban Wal-Mart and I will not go any deeper into that. Just an all around bad experience and I will avoid this one.

Has most products in stock and always clean and neat! All the workers I met were friendly and helpful and knew their jobs...even the car department. Nydreah and Lord in electronics was super helpful with getting me the right camera for my blog!!

Out of all the WalMart I have been to, this has the quickest check out ever.

This has to be one of the worst Walmart's to have to goto. Good location, but is always busy and customer service is not the greatest.

Seriously, the rudest employees I have dealt with. I would waste the gas and go out of my way to find any other Walmart.

I must say this place is the fastest and most efficient when it comes to the customer service and processing refunds.

So let's get the introductory stuff out of the way: this Walgreens is located at the corner of Roswell Rd (Marietta part) GA-120 and East Piedmont Rd. They're one of the only Walgreens in the 30062 zip code, and snooty East Cobbers tend to not like "crossing the tracks" AKA dare cross into 30066 despite the fact that there are several other, probably better Walgreens within 5-6 miles away. Their parking lot is a war zone where choosing to park right in front of the Walgreens puts your car and your life at danger, because of the Karens and Beckys hauling (rear) out of the neighboring Starbucks drive thru in their Lexus SUVs to leave, and incoming traffic tends to ignore the marks on the asphalt and tend to drive over the handicapped spaces and wheelchair access because it's easier for them. Inside, if you've been in one Walgreens, you've been to all of them, and this one is no exception in that it's kept very clean, and in all fairness, the people that work outside of the pharmacy are polite and friendly enough, but it's not often that I'm going to a Walgreens for anything other than a prescription, unless there's some free photos I redeemed from slickdeals to pick up. But let's talk about the pharmacy: I don't think there's ever been an instance where I've gone to this specific pharmacy, and actually gotten in and out the door without some sort of screw up or aggravation. Have three prescriptions? You'll only get two. Have one prescription? You'll get a partial and be told to come back for the other half on Monday. Doctor prescribe you an antibiotic? The pharmacy will say they weren't contacted by your clinic, and you'll leave empty handed. Without fail, this Walgreens' pharmacy will always leave you feeling pissed off and/or disappointed. Typically, I tend to not bother reviewing big businesses, but this has gone on past long enough to where I feel like people should be warned before deciding to make this their primary pharmacy. I certainly know that I have numerous other options nearby that I can switch to, and will switch to after the latest disappointment. If you want 2/$3 Cokes or discounted generic over-the-counter drugs with your Walgreens card, this Walgreens is perfectly adequate for your needs. But if you need anything from a pharmacy, I highly recommend you seek to take your pharmaceutical needs elsewhere.

The younger black gentleman and younger petite black woman are both phenomenal. They both are not only competent but also understand that they work in customer-facing roles. Accordingly, they are professional -- which includes being kind and respectful to the customer. However, there's another young black woman (on the heavier side) with the nastiest attitude. Some advice for her: when you tell the customer that you're not going to give them their Rx for whatever reason, they're going to be frustrated. Compounding their frustration? Your attitude. When your colleagues communicate a delay or issue, it never bourgeons into conflict -- can you guess why? Because they are professionals, and they act like it. This means being kind and respectful even in -- especially in -- the face of a frustrated customer. One more tip: When a customer shows up, greet them? I assume a smile is asking way too much, but certainly don't sit there scowling (in silence, no less!). Like the customer is a nuisance and a bother, showing up and expecting you to do your job. The audacity. Acknowledge the customer and let them know you're ready to assist them. If this is too much for you, get another job. Sincerely. You are unfit for a customer-facing role.

On Oct 25, I dropped my Rx off at this location. It was for my senior dog…read more The pharmacist shouted from her desk to the window during our entire exchange. It's 'just a pet' - but it's still a violation (and rude) to shout out me from the pharmacist desk all the way over to the drive thru and ask me to shout confidential information back over to you. In this case, it was my pet, but even when I asked her if I wanted to come inside the store, she snapped 'No.' Didn't get the pharmacist name. Long hair, Indian I think, or possibly Latino. She also argued with me that that they couldn't get medicine. Then argued with me - said pet name wasn't in system. I patiently and kindly explained that another CVS had ordered the Rx without an issue 30 days ago. She begrudgingly said she would try to order it. Rx arrived the very next business day. My pickup visit, Oct 29 was a complete 180. When I came to pick it up, the first associate I encountered was rude. Didn't get her name, but she was Caucasian with long dark gray hair, looks like actress Mayim Bialik. I said hello and I asked her how she was doing. Apologized for coming in so close to closing time and she didn't even acknowledge my greeting. Just asked me for my name and DOB. I gave her my dog's info. The wrong GoodRx code had been put on the medication, cost was nearly $70 instead of $24. She told me to go see her - gesturing to the other window / other associate and that I MIGHT be able to get her to rerun it before closing (in 5 minutes). Refused to explain to the other associate what was going on. Now, for the good part: The other associate was SUPER kind. Didn't get her name - African woman with hair in twists. She took her time to remove all the incorrect BINs and applied the correct one. Expressed sympathy for what my little senior dog was going through. Was pleasant and patient even though it was closing time. The pharmacist on duty (young African American woman with long braids) was working on a bunch of Rx's but still took the time to smile, greet me and tell me to have a good evening when I completed my transaction with the other associate. In fact both of them wished me a good evening and told me that they hoped my dog felt better. I would give both of them maximum 10 stars, but the gray haired associate and pharmacist from the drop off day deserve zero stars - so I settled on 7 stars. CVS should train the pharmacists on HIPAA and coach the rude pharmacist and that one rude associate on how to be empathetic. Nearly all the people coming to the pharmacy are doing so because they have some sort of illness (or their loved ones do). How about showing a little grace? Especially if the customer is trying to be kind and patient.

It found my prescription and noted to wait for assistance - to hand me my prescription. The 2 people working just kept having their private conversation in public and not helping. Literally looked at me and put heads back down to do nothing. CVS also has rewards you can use toward purchases. It no longer covers the tax?? I had $5 in rewards to use. A $3 item with reward applied came up to $.06. When I asked the person behind the counter about the math not mathing, I got a blank stare. I'm moving my prescriptions to Walgreens across the street.
