Good Lord, just close at night like the rest of them. Doesn't do a customer any good to complete their shopping only to find that the self checkouts are undergoing maintenance (and not one regular checkout open!). It's not enough that I don't want to scan my own items and do the work someone used to get paid to do, and was trained to do. It's not like all the employees STANDING AROUND WITH WALKIE TALKIES fastened to their waist know how to operate a traditional register. Btw, the girl with the walkie talkie whose name starts with "Er" seemed annoyed and not liking her job. Had a small issue with my order not transitioning to "Ready" but with the Covid-19 restrictions, I don't fault the staff for struggling to keep up with receiving items for pickup and marking them ready. Why is the soap and hair products lock up and you have to go to a certain registrar to pay for very inconvenient.

This Walmart is huge! The staff was friendly to me when I went. I was a bit overwhelmed but not a bad experience.

Worst customer service ! They need to keep their in stock items matching what shows online ! I did an online phone order at another store that said item in stock and got a call 3 hours later saying they were out !! So now I'm calling this location and been on hold for 20 mins and I call back and tell the lady if she can look it up for me and she told me no that she can't leave her post and that she will page again !! A friend needed to get some synthetic oil for his truck. He won't buy it anywhere other than Wal-Mart, because it's much less expensive there than anywhere else. So, he asked me to go with him, and unfortunately I did. I now swear that I will NEVER, EVER, EVER set foot in this Wal-Mart EVER AGAIN. We park in the lot and start walking toward the store. As we are walking, some tricked out low-rider with spinny rims and an earth shaking stereo comes screaming into the parking lot. No biggie, this is California and I am used to it. The "greeter" from inside Wal-Mart comes outside Wal-Mart yelling at the top of her lungs "HEY BABY WHATCHU DOIN TONIGHT BOO?!?!?!" and flashing gang signs!!!! Seriously WTH?!?! So, I walk into the store and immediately realize that I forgot my cell phone in my car. So, I walk back out and as I am at the car, the greeter is back outside waving the gang signs and screaming at the 2 guys in the car! Again, seriously?!?!? By the time I get back in the store, the greeter is back at her post inside the store. She ignores me and everyone else walking past her while she is texting away on her cell phone. Now, I am not normally one to complain about too many people. But this is just one of those times that I really had to. Are gang signs really necessary? Do NOT go here at night. Second time I've been to this so called super center and it's a shame that the shelves were bare. I went for the second time to purchase dog food and shelves were bare. Supervisor was no help she offered no solution and would not get anyone to go back into the warehouse to see if any was available. Okay, I hate this place. I can't even imagine why so many people go here, but here's the rundown. Basically, every time I come here, there are just ridiculous lines, self service and all. I've waited in line from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. I don't know if they just don't have enough workers or what, because it's ridiculous. Not to mention, there is always something wrong with the cashiers. They're either giving me attitude or just indifferent towards their job, like I'm wrong for just wanting speedy service, especially when Target is literally a five minute walk away. I mean, come on. One of my favorite Wal-Marts because it's the newest one I know and it's also opened 24 hours. It opened last year and it still looks clean. Not as messy as the cross town Wal Mart at Canyon Springs Parkway. And of course, there's cheap stuff there! I was initially told it would take 2 hours to get my oil changed. I said fine and the attendant looked disappointed. I waited 20 minutes to get my vehicle written up and then asked why it was taking so long. The attendant seemed more interested in convincing me to go elsewhere. He told me the wait would now be three hours. I said fine again and asked if I could get the vehicle written up so I could go shopping while I waited. Another Walmart SuperCenter...what can I say? You can find almost anything here and it will probably be cheaper. Merchandise quality is good. Every section in the store is decent even their auto shop. One time I took my car for an oil change and they noticed a leak from my oil pan. They told me about it when they did not need to. Disorganized, lack of products, people eating the products while shopping, and there is a lack of professionalism. Most people are wearing their PJ's regardless what time you visit the store. Our cashier was cursing at the register and was obnoxious about our food selection, as if her opinion was requested. I cant do much of a review on this Walmart because I was not here that long just stopped in for bathrooms and to get a couple of things for the ride home. This Walmart is the about the same as any Walmart that you enter. Items are located in different areas than I am used to in my city. But they carry basically the same items as any other Walmart. So I went there last night/this morning because it's open 24 hours. It was not crowded by customers but it was crowded with boxes of merchandise all over blocking the aisles. The workers give you the evil eye if you dare go down the aisle they're working on, that's if you are able to get through with all the mess. They also have the radio on with music that I would listen to in my car, but not play in front of customers. We only grabbed a few items and when we got in the only line that was open we were second to a lady with some coupons. Her and the cashier went back and forth about which were good and which weren't. A long line formed and the cashier called for back up on 4 different occasions until somebody finally came up to help. We waited almost 25 minutes! I braved this Walmart for the Black Friday sale to get an X box. I have to say, I was scared witless going there by myself. I have heard horror stories about Black Friday sales and this was my first time going. I have to give this store props. They were very organized and firm but friendly with customers. My girlfriend ordered items for her job online to be picked up in the store. Big mistake. A notification was emailed to her letting her know the item is in, and it would "expire" in a week on the 19th. 2 days later, the 14th, we get a call saying the package has expired. What?? We tell them there must be a mistake. They confirm they still have the package and we say we will be in tomorrow to pick it up. Tomorrow comes and we arrive at Walmart, wait for a couple people in front of us to confirm their order via the touchscreen, and then input my girlfriends name to let the stock employee know we are here. We reach the counter and the employee hands us a package which looks way too small to be what my girlfriend ordered. She rips it open for us and it's some random tshirt (she had ordered craft items for work) and we say that isn't our package. "Are you sure?" She says as if we somehow mistook a 10lb bag of flour for a tshirt. We say yes. "This package is for Michelle. Are you Michelle? did you put your name in wrong?". My girlfriends name is not Michelle and I watched her input her name, which is also written *correctly* on her online pickup email. The employee goes into the back for about 20 minutes, then runs past us out the door into the store. 30 minutes of standing there with no word on what the matter is and we are finally told she gave our package to the person that was in front of us in line. The employee gets a hold of the guy who took the package and now we have to go back tomorrow. Get your shit together Walmart. read more

Horrible customer service. We went to get a TV it took an hour to find out if they had it. Then it took another 20 minutes to bring it up. Then when we asked for carry out everybody scattered. And their back hurts. Today was my first time using the online pick up. I must say with this being Walmart I was expecting to be let down, however I was pleasantly surprised the whole process from ordering to paying to picking up was just awesome. One of the best experiences I've had with Walmart. I'm usually so frustrated with Walmart from not having items stocked to only having 2 cashiers open to having boxes in the isle and today I was able to avoid all of that by ordering online I ordered cleaning and laundry supplies as a trial so I will see how the grocery pick up will be soon. I was able to order online select a time I wanted for pick up and I receive an email about 3 minutes after selected time that my items were ready, when I got to Walmart the have the signs to guide you to the designated area and the apps has you select the spot you're in and the color of your car, even the associate Robert was nice and friendly and totally different experience from being just a regular shopper on the inside! I don't think I will see what the inside of Walmart looks like from now on I'm going to be shopping online! read more

I am so disappointed in this store!! I ordered online for store pickup only to receive an email to pick up items, drive there....item not ready!!! I cancelled the entire order. I just my account and find walmart has taken the money out for all cancelled order!!! I called customer service to get some one reading a script in horrible English...she can refund two of the four items, I have to wait up to fourteen days for another refund and I have to go to the store for a refund on a keyboard I never picked up!
