I wanted to buy a playground ball for my son, so I went here. The only one I found was deflated and laying on the floor, so I picked it up and asked a worker if they had anymore of these. She took me to where they normally are kept but they rack was empty. So she went to another lady who I'm guessing was that dept supervisor and I could hear this lady complaining about having to look for one. The first lady told me that they had some in the back and she went to get me one. She came back empty handed and said they were on a pallet that she couldn't get down because the forklift was busy unloading a delivery truck. She then told me that if I came back the next day they would be on the shelf, OK. So I went back the next day. They weren't on the shelf yet. I didn't see the woman who helped me, but I did see the complainy supervisor. I asked her about the playground balls and she told me they hadn't gotten them out yet and that I should go to another store. I couldn't believe it, I've never had a store employee be so unwilling to help, and the funny thing is she wasn't even doing anything. Customer service is the worst. Merchandise supervisor John says his register is closed but then takes the next customer in line who just walked up and is waiting behind me. Then amazingly enough, does the same thing again. I really should have said something but since my kids were with me I chalked it up to a lesson on unfairness and patience. About an hour ago my boyfriend and I went to walmart off Moreno Beach Dr. in Moreno Valley. Once we were ready to check out, we went to stand #10 where Tamara the walmart employee was work. She had the worse attitude I have ever experienced. She was slamming our groceries on the counter for some reason. She literally did it with every single items. My boyfriend and I kept looking at each other like what's going on. Once she slammed the eggs that's when I had it. I asked kindly and quietly why do you keep slamming our groceries? She gave me the nastiest look and full of attitude she put her hand up towards my face and continue to ignored me. I asked again excuse me what is the problem here I am asking a question and she continue to ignored me. After that I called for a manager. When the manager came I told her that Tamara was being rude and she kept slamming our food. Tamara continue to say I was argumentative with her. She wouldn't even let the manager get a word in. My boyfriend asked her nicely Tamara seriously what's the problem? She only said you can talk to my manager. I proceeded to speak to the store manager and he was very apologetic and said he will take care it and talk to her? Is unfortunate but I truly feel she was being racist. We spend hundreds of dollars at walmart monthly, and I refuse to be treated like we are beneath her or she is better in some way. Tamara needs to be fired or at least suspend because it's obvious she has been treating people with this horrible attitude and has been getting away with it, well not this time. If she does not get some sort of consequence for such unacceptable behavior, than she at least needs to be retrained or put to work in the back where she does not need to deal with the public. Against my advice, my girlfriend brought her car here for an oil change. We have been here over two hours with only 2 cars ahead of us and her car was finished over 20 mins ago, but nobody has brought in the keys to ring us up, and of course nobody is at the register to ask for help. I moved near this Walmart during the holiday season. I figured that the extremely long lines were due to the season. Now, 9 months later, I realize that management simply has no concern with how long their customers wait. The average line is 8-15 customers long. The average amount of lines open is 5 at any given time. I've yet to see them open more lines to sccomodate the crowd. Such a shame :( read more

The electronics department of this store is a perfect example of why Amazon is so successful. If being ignored is your thing, this is the place. I actually stood in an isle and blocked the way of one of their employees in order to get her attention. I wanted a simple HDMI cable, which happen to be lock behind a glass door. She acted like it was the most inconvenient thing to have to wait on me. She sighed, rolled her eyes and stomped over the cabinet, but did not open the cabinet. "Do you want it?", she said. Ummm. yes, its why I came here. "Which one?" I pointed to one. She unlocked the glass door, slid it open just barely enough to slip her hand in and pull it out. Then quickly closed the door again. When I reached for the cable, she me told I had to pay for it first. I asked her if she thought I was going to steal a $7 cable? She said its the company policy. Ok, then their policy sucks. I'm over 70 yeas old. I have never stolen anything in all my life, but, if I were going to steal something, it would not be a $7 cable. And, I believe that if she put in just a little effort, I would not be able to do a 70 year old sprint for the door without being caught. Anyway, next time I will shop at Amazon. If I could rate this Place Zero stars I would I honestly have had terrible experiences here lines are always so so slow and there is never enough lines open its a never ending story and its Ridiculous. To top it off there not very organized the Walmart I recommend is the other one off Day st much nicer and organized and always have plenty of lines open. I have called corporate number to complain please yelpers if you experience same thing as Me please call 1800-925-6278 to inform them the issue so for us who live closer to this Walmart can get this issue resolved . thanks everyone . Went there to get a brake light changed, I Was quoted and told about an hour or less. An hour and 10 min go by , wasn't done. The cashier goes to check it out , comes back in and says the "mechanic" can't figure out how to get the brake light open. He comes in and says it requires a "special" tool and that I had to take it to a dealership. Well .... I took it to my mechanic and IT ONLY REQUIRED A FLAT HEAD SCREWDRIVER !!!! Doesn't Walmart sell those ?!? Oh and the "mechanic" had barely started working on my car when I asked about it and he was chit chatting and laughing with another associate while sitting in my trunk area and fidgeting with the screw. Very unprofessional! I called corporate about it already. I hope they do something about their service in the Auto Center. read more

I took my car there for an oil change and until then It never leaked now it wont stop leaking. I was told when I took it back that it just needed to be cleaned up so I brought it back home. IT STILL LEAKS they stripped the nuts. Now it's on them! read more

1 person helping in the pickup line for gift/holiday pickups. Line is wrapped around a whole department while I watch other employees standing around talking... Myself and a lot of others in line have already paid and HAVE to wait in this ridiculous line to get already paid for merchandise. This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to I never experienced such horrible customer service as a disabled person every time I come here the people in the front really don't care they never have electric carts or wheelchairs for disabled this time while being here the man at the front checking receipts I asked him if he had any carts he said no I asked if he can ask the other side being it's hard for me to crutch I have a broken leg he told me there was none and immediately shit me down so then a women walked up fully capable of walking asked for a electric cart he went outside looking for her didn't find one I saw I'm phone down to the employee at the other door and he sent the women down there and she got a cart I was so upset I cried at the simple fact he was willing to go so far out his way for a women fully capable of walking and I had to sit 45 min to an hour for that same women to finish shopping to get a cart cause they didn't have any and the sad part is I can't walk even if. I stopped going here. I would much rather spend more money at Winco foods because I know they have the product on the shelf. So many times I come for my hair products only for the shelf too be empty. I understand they are busy but if you see you are selling out than order more. Train your ordering personnel to learn how to order. Than when i asked when will they be getting more they replied we just ordered some and it takes up to 2-3 weeks. WHAT! I was furious! Sometimes I wonder if the freight crew that stocks the shelves actually work. Everytime I come I see employees standing around talking rather than working. Come on Wal-Mart you have been in the business for so long get with the program and get it right for once. Today I went in to try to exhange a George foreman indoor outdoor grill that I gotten as a Christmas gift and a part broke so I needed a new one and of course I had the receipt of proof of purchase but the store needed a box to verify that it was the correct item, and of course I through the box away cause I didn't think I would have any issues with it so the store wanted me to go find a new one and according to the app they had some in stock and gave a location and but course non on the sales floor or a location and not a Single associate to be found. Finally I came across a lady that was a janitor and she tried her best to get someone, she radioed for a guy named George the same guy at customer service who made me look like I was trying to pull refund fraud, but he never showed up as well. Finally I had to call Walmart corporate to get some help, but a long story short they exchange the grill but I was in the store for over two hours when I should of been in and out of there. Walmart is getting lazy and has the mentality of we don't care about are customers anymore! The main I do Limited shopping at Walmart and try to give my grocery Business to local grocers! Horrible customer service!! They usually only have one or two cashiers and even though the lines are huge, they never open additional cash registers. This morning, there was one lane open and I had 3 people ahead of me and 5 behind me. I finally left after waiting for 20 minutes in line with NO movement in the line. The person was price matching and opening a credit card, and the cashier was SO slow. While this was going on a manager walked by several times, along with other Walmart staff. Ummm....think maybe someone else should open up a register? Whatever happened to providing good customer service? I realize Walmart does not pay their employees fairly and so I suppose, they just don't care. I left and went down the street to Target where they had 3 registers open and were quickly getting people through the lines with a smile on their face. I don't know where to start. I went to this Walmart with my wife. The customer service was very poor. Cahier Ashlee had her under wear hanging out the whole time. They did not know how to process my return. Assistant manager charisma always has a bad attitude. I had a bad store experience and was told to come back and I would be taken care of. I was told several lies by assistant manager Gina and a Guy named Charles bisson who worked there for ten years and did not know how to process a return. Anyways you get the point. This Walmart makes other walmarts look bad. Also don't call the Co manager for help they will rudely hang up on you. Very dirty bathrooms and unprofessional. I live in the area and shopped at this store for a while. I rather drive 20 miles out of the way to another Walmart then have Walmart workers use foul language in front of my three year old daughter.
