Walmart Plus membership sucks. So many orders cancelled. Told items are out of stock. I have had orders with over 30 items and told none of the items were in stock and no substitutions available. I have been given delivery times and ask to wait 2 hours past that time for delivery, then told the order has been canceled. No one answers the calls to the store to speak to supervisors or managers. All we needed was a wedding day greeting card that has just the right words in it. Having a wedding to go to in Moreno Valley is a great road trip coming from The OC. This Walmart is terrible. I purchased a car battery with 5 yr warranty but happens to be the wrong one so I brought it back. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery I needed. The cashier and a mid level manager cannot find records of my purchase in their system (they even asked me where I walked in from, like I stole the damn battery) then they want to give me gift card for the return that obviously I can't use anywhere else but Walmart so how do I get another battery??? 30 to 40 minutes later another manager arrived and he found my purchase so finally, I got my refund. What can I say? I've been to nicer and more friendlier Walmart stores. Actually happy to see they up their game on Vegan items but their produce isle is pretty sad. I'm giving this rating based on the fish section at Walmart. Upon looking at the various tanks, I noticed a dead fish in every tank. The lowest tank was full of mildew and I could tell it was unkept by the mass of dead guppies floating at the top of the tank. On another occasion I went to buy liquor with my son's girlfriend, The clerk was not friendly had a scowl on her face did not greet us or smile. When we got to the register she said my son's girlfriend needed to show her ID because she chose it even though I was paying for it. She wasn't even the cashier. I work at Walmart and honestly everything is the way it is because of the ridiculous time allowed on work given. We all fake it and if you do not you will be punished or coached, therefore creating the lack of quality in everything at Walmart . As long as you finish your freight you will be left alone. Nothing else matters to management. Not customer service, or anything else you can think of. Everything wrong with Walmart in done on purpose to maximize management's bonus in whatever area they can. Associates are punished if these areas or departments with high bonus yield are not upheld with the highest of standards. This is why some parts of Walmart look like crap and other parts don't. If you are ever at Walmart, do not bug the poor blue vest associates. Vested associates are treated to the lowest standard and are not respected and are given no responsibility beyond helping management's bonus upkeep. If you need something done like needing something unlocked or absolute help, find anyone carrying a walkie talkie. They do not wear Walmart vest but must carry a walkie talkie which is easy to spot They have all the power and cannot ignore you. When you ask a vest associate for help, all he/she is trained to do is find the key/walkie talkie holder, which are the people with all the power. Walmart only trust management with keys and yes they will take their sweet, sweet time. The reason there is a button is so when you push it, you can hear the person with a walkie talkie coming. If you do not hear a walkie talkie with a annoying announcement going off, most likely you will not be helped anytime soon. All of management hide behind the vest associates and make them do their evil bidding so if you are ever waiting for anything you most likely are waiting on Mangement not the vested associates. This place is really poorly run. In the last two weeks, I have made two trips over to Walmart on Moreno Beach Blvd., only to find their systems were down. The first time after loading up with goods to purchse, none of the registers were working. I had gone over to pick up a prescription, but that service was down too. The second time I went to customer service, the registers were up, but customer service could not take returns because their system was down. I actually just wanted to buy and extended warranty, but that wasn't available. This can only be accomplished in person if you decide later to purchase one. So instead of making yet another waster trip, I tried calling. Neither Moreno Beach, or Canyon Springs will answer their phone. I guess Walmart has tried the point that they just don't care any more. read more

This review is for BOTH the online order pickup and the auto service center ** CAUTION**( long review ahead ) So I ordered my bf some tires online for his birthday, no issue. Since he needed the tires installed and some maintenance on his car we decided to just have the auto center do the work as we've never had issues there before. Now If you've never been to a Walmart auto center then I will tell you it is first come first serve and the wait can take HOURS. No big deal, we knew that so that's why we always go before 7am to get there nice and early like we did on 12/6. So we're the 2nd car to be serviced and we tell the guys what we need and all was good right? WRONG! First, they couldn't "find" our online order even though we showed them the email and confirmation, next we were told our order isn't "ready" AND THEN we were told that oh they made a mistake and they found the order but the tires that were sent to the store were the wrong size! So not only did that take up half of our wait time but no one wanted to help us correct the situation whatsoever at first. I asked about the $130 I spent and said so am I getting refunded or can I put that towards 2 tires you have in stock and get refunded the difference ?? This girl had the audacity to tell me I had to take care of all of that myself by calling Walmart.com and customer service and blah blah blah. I said hell no that's not happening. Luckily, "Dj" the supervisor came over to help us and she stated she would take care of everything and overall she did but I'm still waiting on that refund so I hope my money is coming soon DJ! Anyways the experience turned better once she stepped in and the service center was nice enough to give us a discount on some of the services. Sounds like everything worked out okay huh? Wellllllll let me bring you to Saturday 12/7; we get in the car with our two BRAND NEW tires attached to the car and we get down the street and well what do you know? A TIRE IS FLAT!!!!!! I was beyond livid because this was new tire that had been driven less than 10 miles since it was installed. So after we get towed back to Walmart I tell the service guy this is a new tire we just got it installed yesterday and I think it's absolute bullshit that this happened and idc how many people are waiting I think my car should be next because I literally spend 3 1/2 hours here yesterday for another fuck up! Welp. I ended up waiting anyways because I had no where to go without a car haha. It took them 2 hours just to have my car up there for 5 min and realize the tire stem was loose.
