I do not like going to this location. The staff is unprofessional at best. My most recent trip was on 9/4/25. Walked through the doors and was headed towawards the grocery section. Saw 3 workers walking down the main isle towards me, all on their phones and using language that is not fit for the work place. They didnt move out of the way for us so we had to step aside into the clothing racks to get out of their way. The isles always seem to be full of merchandise to put away and the staff that works to put it all away dont want to help customers. Also, when you can hear emplyess yelling profanities to eachother in the store, that is a huge sign of poor managemet at this location. The only thing that this store provides besides cheap prices is an example of how a store shoudnt operate. read more

I haven't been to a Walmart that is this big in my life and I mean it felt like I was a tiny human in this store. Plenty of isles filled with a lot of things. I would say I enjoy the choices and the options of the toy selection and also the home and bath section. This place hands down are almost like a one-stop shop. The only thing I can say about this super-center is why are the checkout lines so long. It seems to take a longer time if you have ever been to a Walmart than any other store by comparison. I know most items seem cheaper and lower at the cost but to me, the wait seems a little insane and ridiculous during the holidays. read more

I had a time shopping with my friend (amiga) I had many items I was looking to purchase! however, when I got to the checkout they didn't take Apple Pay. let's be so frank right now it's the big 2025 what do you mean you don't have Apple Pay like someone please explain that to me, no touch to pay, tap to pay, nothing like that. WIsh I could give this 0 stars. Be careful if you are a walmart+ member - ordered home delivery groceries and did not receive my $17 worth of ground beef. When I requested a refund I had to chat with someone online. They had to "research" the problem and said "it says delivered, there is nothing more i can do" - and still have not gotten my money back. While I was shopping in Brookfield for my pet food I still wanted to hit a Walmart but the one I drive to was somewhat of a drive so I looked to see if there was something close by but I drew a blank, Yelp showed one about 1.5 miles away and on my way home so I stopped by. Funny because I have driven past it's location for years and never noticed it so it can't be more than a couple years old and seemed newer and nicer than the one I go to. This Walmart is a little different than the one that I go to because the bakery section seemed just a little better than I'm used to with specialty breads or I just never noticed. The fresh produce section was bigger and nicer than mine which I noticed as I walked in. The meat dept also seemed a little better and this I know because I have never seen a $23 a pound Bison steak or ground Bison in mine and Skirt steak also stood out that I have never seen in mine. The grass feed NY strip steak is also something I don't see in my Walmart, $3.50 off was not bad because it had two days left on the sell by date. After stumbling on this Walmart and noticing that it's nicer than the one that I currently shop at, I'm going to start shopping at this one and looking cleaner doesn't hurt either, this is actually the first Walmart that I kinda liked because it stood out and I noticed right away with my first walk through. read more

I went to cash two checks there in May 2021, the stimulus checks. One for $600 and one for $1,200. So, the stupid bi+ch cashier in customer service tries telling me that they can only cash the $600 check and that the other one had this "weird extra number that she has never seen before". Real snotty, Hispanic chick that probably thought she was an 8 but barely a 4 in reality who just hated her job and it showed. I said "so what? you're not gonna cash it. Don't bother with curbside pickup, might as well go in and get it yourself. The employees out there are sweet but they just don't have the help they need. Waited almost 30 minutes outside for my stuff along with other frustrated customers. The employees aren't friendly in the store, always nasty. They block the aisles with their carts full of stuff and get mad when you need to get through. I only go here when I absolutely have no other option. read more

Produce absolutely horrible. Your remodeling and you've made your aisle so narrow that to Kurt can't even go past each other. Then you put in the self checkouts know when something goes wrong. Your employees don't have enough rains or know how to input something manually to complete a purchase and a rude on top of it. This Walmart location is super bright and super clean. I was able to get in and out of line very quickly and it was easy to find what I was looking for. I did need to get help finding one or two items and the staff was really helpful in getting me to the lawn section to get the grass seed. I expect to be coming back here many times. read more

Very well managed Walmart. Associates are professional and courteous. All products are put away nicely, and little is out of order. Their deli and produce areas are well stocked and everything looks fresh and appealing. Just walking around the store, you can see the care that this manager instills and his associates. Cleanliness is number one. I wish more Walmarts were run this well. read more

During the current coronavirus pandemic, Walmart management and staff, including Subway staff, need courses in disease control and disinfection practices! Why aren't Subway employees required to wear face masks? They talk to customers and to each other during the time it takes to assemble sandwiches and other items. So, without masks, it's probable that their respiratory droplets land on the food. I'd think twice before consuming anything from this location! Carts are another hot spot. The task of cleaning them is left to shoppers, who must pick up a bottle and then spray the disinfecting solution onto the cart. Then, using both hands, shoppers must tear off a portion of paper toweling from a roll that stands on a table with the spray bottles. While the cart may now be clean, shoppers have been forced to touch a spray bottle and a roll of toweling that countless other shoppers have touched previously, thus contaminating their hands in the process. For everyone's health and safety, how about requiring ALL staff members to wear face masks? How about providing wrapped disinfecting wipes for customers to clean their carts? Better yet, how about designating one or two staff members whose sole responsibility is to disinfect carts after each use? read more

This Walmart is always a disappointment. Unfortunately it is close! Today 7/9/22 @approx 3:15 2 o my credit cards were declined, 2 diff banks!! I told them that's impossible, is there a problem with their system , since the last time I visited no one could use a credit card!! Well this time I did not have enough cash on me. So I left saying have fun putting my purchases back on the shelf! I should also say I found no one helpful and pretty much acting like a deer in headlights insisting it was my issue!! When I left I went to nearest ATM got cash, no problem, then went to another store shopped all over again, paid with my cc... NO PROBLEM!!! Have you fixed your system yet? Should I worry about being hacked?! And you owe me about $100 for wasting my time and an apology for just plain being rude!! 7/20/22 Went back checkout #8, there is an isdue with your cc machine because my chip did not work, but at least the slider did!! Fix it!!! And way too many bare shelves! Absolutely no baking sugar! White or brown!! No one knew why! Hey manager why don't you at least put a a not up that says sorry! Delivery problems due to....just make up a reason to apologize for the inconvenience, since you don't tell ant worker and the 4 that I asked did the deer in headlight thing and never noticed the entire aisle had nothing on the shelves!!! I am extremely disappointed in Walmart! There would be no stars if I could. I bought these apple sauce pouches for my child, and found there was mold in the one he was eating. I checked the other pouches and two other ones inside the box had a puncture hole in them! Clearly not a rip or a tear in the seam, a literal puncture! I went to the store on Wednesday thinking they were open at 6am. Normally go on Tuesdays but you have to wait in line to get in. When I pulled up saw cars parked up front, thought not to bad maybe can get in with out waiting or not to long of a wait. To my surprise they were closed. They only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am. Who belonged to all the cars. Their staff takes all the front row parking. I was in shock. It's worth the drive to go to a different Walmart employees at this Walmart seem miserable. The Walmart on highway 100 didn't have the pie that I previously bought and liked so much that I was willing to drive to the other Walmart on Moreland and greenfield. I was informed by a helpful employee that they had them in stock at the Walmart on Moreland and greenfield. After asking several employees if they had it again after driving fairly far just to get this pie none of the employees could even answer my question or willing to even help. After visiting this Walmart and being completely disappointed with this store I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER WALMART AGAIN!! IT started in the parking lot. I visited this store about a month ago, to be greeted on the sidewalk right outside of the store by panhandlers, And if that wasn't bad enough, employees were on break and using illegal drugs right outside the front doors! I should have reported it to the manager that day, but I needed to be somewhere and I figured just by the treatment and lack of Customer service I received while in the store, that no one would give a crap!! Thank you Walmart for being a equal employment opportunity employer-by choice. I shop at this Walmart & have noticed that they hire employees with disabilities. Many studies have shown that people with disabilities take less absent days, and that they are more likely to stay on the job longer than non-disabled workers. As far as cart sanitation, as brought up by another Yelp reviewer, I have seen the cart associates sanitizing the carts with a spraying machine before they are put back in the corral. The spray bottles & toweling are there for anyone who wishes to wipe the cart themselves. I believe Walmart does care about their community as evidenced by their hiring practices. I have stopped shopping at Target because they do not hire people with disabilities. Shame on them! Every time I have shopped at this Walmart, the employees are friendly & do try to help. Unfortunately everyone has a bad day & not every employee knows the answer to every question. Please give them a break. They are just trying to do their job! read more

If I could give one star I would, I had come across something I saw inside Walmart. One of the managers stalking two black females because of suspicious activity, the two women were approached by a Walmart employee that was uncomfortable with the manager following the customers and let them know they were being followed. How dare this manager profile these two ladies when nothing was stolen out of the $500 worth of products they purchased with a debit card. They were refused service at check out and were made to check them selfs out at check out. I come to this Walmart a lot and honestly I've always seen that manager around and can't believe my own Walmart acts this way. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend this Walmart. There was one cashier at 7pm with LOTS of customers to check out. That's ridiculous. The store was full of employees but at the registers it was a ghost town. At peak busy time you need at least 3 cashiers. Plus the one girl they had working the cash register was sooooo slow! I waited 25 minutes with a full cart of groceries before they had someone open another register. You better believe I ran to her the second she opened. Absolutely disgraceful! On monday 11/06/2017, Alice in the pharmacy department dismissed me for who knows what reason after i asked her if walmart carried any ant parasitic medicines. i spoke plain english, did not stutter or anything, her first and only response was, "oh i don't know you'll have to talk to that guy," in a rude and rushed manner, referring me to someone else, i looked at her thinking, well thanks for nothing, the guy that helped me next at least was polite. advice for Alice, if you don't like dealing with people, do not be in customer service.
