Came here for some pantry pandemic staples such as rice, flour, sugar, beans, San Marzano tomatoes. Prices are so much better than your typical grocery store. When I looked at general produce such as bananas, vegetables (collard greens, kale, carrots, celery) quality was decent, not a lot or organic options though. Prices are good for dairy options such as organic milk, eggs, butter. Knocked a few stars off for customer service for their Deli section, limited variety and when I asked the associate about a stock out item, she didn't even check her computer database, just told me "nope we're out" and continued stocking the deli. Have been sitting at the locked spray paint for 20 minutes now, have pressed the call button every time, and it continuously gets turned off as if someone has answered it. Every employee talked to has said that they don't have the keys, but they refuse to find/call for someone who does. 5 more minutes have passed since an announcement was made asking an associate to unlock the spray paint. Unless your "spray paint associate" has gone on break, there's no excuse for how many times we've been handed off to another employee, or straight up denied service. why is this store so dirty and run down? The doors on the cold cases have broken handles, my aunt cut her hand on one of handles. There's water on the floor outside of all of cold areas. Homeless are using the bathrooms to wash their feet and body parts and to stuff stolen clothing into bags. Teenagers are riding the disability carts and mocking the security guards. people get food to go at the deli area and since there's no pay for it, they just steal it by getting a coke and paying for just a coke. read more

I was just checking out at the self check register when the person working the main register was talking loudly to other employees. All I heard was "shit" and "fuck" multiple times within his conversations while I was ringing up my items. Children were in the area, and there was no concern for them or other people around. I'm not a prude and use this language as well, but as an employee around children?? He appeared to be quite comfortable as if this was business as usual... Well, it's Walmart! What can I say. I enjoy coming here right after the holidays to stock up on stuff for the following year. I work in education and am thankful for savings I get but every year the availability of sale items decreases. I think they are just ordering less every year. I like the convenience of being open 24 hours, which is nice for when everything else is closed. They have a huge selection of fresh, frozen and non perishable food. Their prices on snacks is descent. They have everything from toys, to electronics, to gardening, to housewares. This place is great for last minute items. I truly only buy snacks/drinks and personal care items with the occasional after holiday sale purchase. The parking lot is huge and yet sometimes it's still a challenge to find parking. Staff isn't always happy or friendly. Lines are dreadfully long at all times of the day and it never ceases that there is always a purchase that requires everyone in line to wait for a manager to remediate. As far as the alcohol goes, they have a descent selection of beer. No craft beers though. And they will card EVERYONE in your party. If you're with kids- forget it! You won't even be able to buy alcohol. This makes no sense to me at all. You should be able to buy your own booze as a parent shopping with a kid. I must say this is only the second store that has done this. Fresh and Easy used to do this too- and resulted in me shopping there less. I totally prefer Target over Wamart any day- except after 10pm when Target is closed. Lol. read more

The worst Walmart I am forced to deal with. As a disabled patron they will mess with your grocery order, then refuse to answer their phones. So unprofessional. What kind of a professional business doesn't answer their phones at all?! None! If your customers have problems they should be able to call in and get the help they require. Playing games and forwarding every phone call to voicemail or not answering at all, is absolutely absurd and needs to be addressed by corporate. We don't get to eat dinner tonight because of the games Walmart is playing with our food order. They were more than happy to bring us our junk food order, but our actual food order they so kindly decided to hold onto and keep it from us. This isn't the first time. Joyce was the attendant at the fitting rooms and treated my mom like a criminal when she stood outside of the fitting room (because she was holding my toddlers hand and he was walking toward us) she was still INSIDE the fitting room hall area and Joyce acted like she was trying to steal or leave wearing the clothes. my moms stuff was still in the room and we had a cart full of items to still try on. Once I explained, Joyce proceeded to stare directly into my mothers changing room and watched us again as if we are criminals. The dressing rooms have always been filthy. It has nothing to do with the construction remodel they're going through right now. Walmart bakery, this particular Walmart took my order online sent me an email to confirm a cake was being made for a 94-year-old birthday party.. we needed a full sheet cake because it's for a assisted living home. At 6 AM I received a phone call saying somebody didn't come in and there would be no cake. Try to call another story is what I was told. I ordered a Christmas gift online Nov 28th. It "shipped" but never arrived. So I chatted with customer support on Walmart.com, they said the item was lost and reordered it for me at no charge. They said it would arrive Dec 20th. Once I received a tracking number, it said it wouldn't arrive till Dec 27th. So we'll have to explain to our 3yr old grandson, one of his presents will be late. It's a Wal-Mart, a big one. But this one seems to have an unusual amount of what retailers call "shrinkage". They have walled off the cosmetics section with big Plexiglass sheets, there a security cameras littering the parking lot, and on the way out you must show your receipt to have your purchases checked. This WalMart gets a doublestar for having covered parking areas. The cover is provided by some solar panels that are fueling the store, and obviously the local gangbangers like the cover too, and tag the supports of the structures. Inside the store, the gross shitshow continues. While Walmart may blather on and on about low price, the selection of random crap you may need is limited. Shelves often display torn apart merchandise, and things from the entirely wrong section. This reminds me of the swelled-up pack of salami that somebody discarded in a bbq tool display. One one hand, I appreciate that somebody acted in a way that negates any profit Walmart gets from their visit. On the other hand, I hope Walmart doesn't put it back in the salami rack. This also reminds me of things you can do to completely negate any Walmart profit from your visit. You can discard salami wherever, sure. But you know the do-it-yourself checkout that you're not trained to operate? If you can find some non-smashed produce, remember that by hitting the banana button, it's only 49c a pound. Got some item that's under a couple ounces? Whoops, it goes into your bag -- sorry, I can't tell if it scanned or not. I guess I was never trained to be a store clerk, nor paid to do the job of one. I didn't really like the instant print machines they have here though. I liked the old machines they had awhile ago better. I frequent this Walmart and had a frustrating interaction with the greeter at the front- he's a nice older man and I see him often, but today when I was leaving the store he decided to engage with me in a really gross conversation. He pointed out a profoundly disabled boy and his mother who were in front of me and had just left the store, and made a number of comments about how that little boy doesn't have a quality of life and is "better off in heaven", and how sad it is that bad people have great lives while this little boy doesn't. It was an incredibly rude conversation that I couldn't exit more quickly, especially considering that I was visibly on the phone at the time. Can't we just check receipts and talk about the weather instead of commenting on another person's disability? Kindness is worth more than its weight in gold. read more
