This is a clean store compared to some others; the aisles and products can be a mess or missing altogether sometimes, however. Staff is friendly but sometimes hard to find or even find someone that is knowledgeable. We tend to go to this location for our needs. read more

Was at this walmart today spent 188. and my cashier was licking his fingers to open my bags, so I stood around for awhile waiting on my son and thought you know what this pisses me off, so I asked one employee how can I tell who a manager is and told her what happened she was very concerned and called over the manager Tanya who basically didn't give a crap at all, did not apologize so needless to say yes I got angry called her some choice words and she asked me to leave well honey Im on my way out anyway and will file a complaint with anyone and everyone that I can, sure I could have held back some vulgarity but under the circumstances~ hell I don't even do that at this point in time when I self check out~ come on really....Never again, I will travel to the foothills walmart and take my chances there. Wow.....traveled out of my area to specifically visit this store for a new laptop. Prices were great, and they had quite a few to choose from. Here's where it goes downhill...it took an associate about 25 minutes to even acknowledge me, and before I could even ask questions to the associate who finally asked me if I needed help, he told me that they were out of most of the computers and that they were expecting a new shipment in a couple of weeks. The pharmacy is outstanding and certainly understands and practices excellent customer service especially Yvonne.

Not really a fan of Walmarts in general but this particularly one is pretty clean compared to the 3-4 I visited down further south. For some bizarre reason, the ammo selection lacks Federal bulk pack of 22 so I had to go elsewhere for that. On the few occasions I've been here, the workers have been pretty friendly and helpful which is a pleasant surprise. Other than those comments, not much else to say. read more

The store itself is great. Large food selection in addition to the typical products. However, all of that is outweighed by the HORRIBLE cashier service. It takes at least 10 minutes to go through. It deters me immensely. There are like 20 lanes and the most I've seen open was 4! So have one person go shopping and the other stand in line. read more

Genuinely upset with the costumer service at this location. A friend(26) and I(25) went in to buy some wine and while in the wine aisle ended up starting a harmless conversation with a young man grabbing some Powerade and water for him and his girlfriend. The three of us walked to the checkout lane together. Because he was underage we were refused service even though we were not with him and did not even know his name. We attempted to explain this to the manager on duty and had no luck. Even though just a few hours before we went through the self checkout and were told that only the person physically purchasing the alcohol needed to be carded. It's really upsetting that our friendly nature ruined our night. All staff should follow the same rules at all times of the day. A three hour time difference should not make that big of a difference. If they really don't allow alcohol to be purchased even after conversing with a stranger underage, then maybe they should not sell alcoholic all. read more

The employees tend to be nice here. Honestly the only reason I have co to yes going here is due to the pharmacy. However, the store really needs improvement. They are constantly out of items. Many times there are empty shelves. One time there was a whole section in the freezer area that was completely empty. Not only that, but the produce looks rotten and bruised majority of the time. It is also priced higher than most grocers in the area. They are now restocking shelves in the middle of the rush so it is impossible to get through the aisles without frustration. The lines get long, with few registers open. There have been times when they don't even have a register open, only the self checkouts are open. That backs up then due to people having a huge shopping trip. Now they have begun asking for receipts to check through your bags before you can even leave the store. Great, I am already frustrated from a trip that yielded not even half of what I need and now you treat me like a criminal? No thanks! There are many other stores in the area wig just as good prices, better stocked shelves, higher quality and no one checking my bags and receipts like I am a criminal! I think it is time for me to find a new pharmacy so I don't have to deal with this every time I go! read more

This rating applies strictly to produce department. The produce is not fresh looking (because many times it isn't ), displays are not always identifying the produce I.e.,signage or price. Lastly, more often than not prices are well above competitors. While Wal Mart has a match the competition policy,the overall quality is such that many times I wouldn't take the produce if they gave it to me! read more

Alot of the people that work there act as if they just putting in time. Since Walmart' customer service has gone down hill I have been impressed at how Target has really started given first rate service with friendly personal. read more

I live not far from the Oro Valley (Tucson, AZ) store and use this WM frequently. Merchandise is well organized, good prices, polite and helpful employees. I nearly always find what I'm looking for. Produce much better quality that before and the bakery is very good. We buy their bread baked in the store that sells for well under $2/loaf. By WM standards this is a first-rate store and compares favorably to equivalent stores. Glad it is close by. read more
