The flavors this week were somewhat hit or miss; the raspberry cream cookie was creamy with fresh raspberry jam on top; wow. Closest to homemade jam that you'll find in a restaurant. The lemon poppyseed was also a standout. Both the poppyseed and lemon were just the right amount of flavoring. The Texas sheet cake didn't have any standout flavors, quite forgettable. The sea salt toffee (something like this) had good toffee chunks but the base dough itself was quite bland. For the price, I would have expected just a little more perfection for this cookie shop. read more

The store is located in Oro Valley but they deliver. My dear son had a dozen cookies delivered to me for my birthday. OMG. The size of the cookies was a surprise as they are really large. I made the mistake later of googling the calories (600). The unfortunate thing is that once you take a bite, you will want the whole cookie. The flavor of the cookies changes weekly except the pink sugar is always available. Mine included the pink sugar. Pumpkin, apple, chocolate chip, and one with mint frosting. They all had frosting that was particularly tasty. Some had a soft kinda cake-like consistency while others were more like a regular cookie. Definitely a wonderful treat. It is worth checking the menu before you go or order due to the fact the menu changes weekly but you couldn't go wrong in the pink sugar. In a way it's too bad they change flavors so often if you find favorites. I particularly liked the pumpkin and apple myself. Given the calories, you might want to walk there but will probably find it worth it. read more

We decided to try Crumbl last Saturday evening as we had friends in town from the Midwest. It was our first visit and it was crowded which may be why the service was so so......When we stepped up to order we were a little confused as the menu seemed to have more options than the cookies display; so we told the woman taking orders it was our first visit and all she said was oh and then asked us what we wanted. We probably should have pushed it and asked questions but we didn't. I guess my expectation was to get excellent service since the price per cookie is over $4. The cookies were delicious and the packaging impressive. My rating for the cookies is a 5 and the service about a 2; if I could give a 3.5 rating I would. Everyone loves fresh, warm cookies, right? Right! My partner and I arrived at 7pm on a Saturday night, and they were sold out of two of the flavors we wanted to try: hot chocolate and milk chocolate chip (hence 4 vs 5 stars). Even though flavors rotate weekly, I expect we'll have the opportunity to try at least the chocolate chip next time since that's pretty ubiquitous in cookie shops. So, we ordered one each of the remaining flavors: snickerdoodle, red velvet, buttermilk pancake, and classic sugar. All were nice and warm except the classic sugar, which was frosted and chilled. First, they are better (and closer) than Insomnia. The snickerdoodle is a mild, soft vanilla cookie with a light cinnamon coating. The red velvet white chip cookie is loaded with melty white chocolate chips surrounded by the Dutch chocolate-laden dough. This was my favorite. The buttermilk pancake surprised us in that it tastes just like a warm buttermilk pancake...down to the "syrup" on top. Finally, the frosted, chilled sugar cookie is classic. The cookie is soft, and the frosting thick and smooth. This was my partner's favorite. The cookies are rich and sweet, but kudos to Crumbl for posting nutritional information on their website. You know what you're getting! We happily shared our cookies with others at home. Unless you really loooovvveee sugar, a single large cookie easily may be enjoyed by 2 people. Mini cookies are available, though I didn't see many of those going out the door on Saturday. We went in store to order (they had doors wide open), but they also offer curbside and delivery. The store is clean, and the team--while very busy--was welcoming. Crumbl will be a delectable occasional treat for us. read more

For cookie lovers this is a must try! I've had their cookies as a gift and I loved it! Cookies are not too sweet, the frosting is very light and does not overpower the flavor of the cookie itself.
