Very upset with Walmart. Came from Gilroy to visit family decided to order the family chicken box(50pcs). When trying to place my order the worker refused to take my order because she said she already had 2 50pcs order for today and ran outta chicken. i told her that is crazy because my sister in-law used to work for this Walmart and that's what they say when they don't want to place your order she got quite and hung up on me. I attempted to reach the store manager but the lady at costumer service said she needed to locate him which I was on hold for 40min. I was thinking did she really try locate him. read more

This place just like most Walmarts these days is a joke. There's never anyone around when you need help, and when you do find someone they never know a damn thing. Lines are always backed up. It seems like the few hard working intelligent people they have working here are being slaved in the back and the lazy meatballs are left on the floor. I checked in on Walmart App shopped for about 45 minutes And I still waited 30 minutes to get help at the online pickup. I think it would be less frustrating having to wait if I didn't have 2 associates lollygagging by the entrance/Exit with no care in the world. I asked if either one could help and they both replied they had to watch the door. By the way this is not the first time this has happened. Unfortunately there seems like no change in sight for this place. I appreciate the few hard working people that thanks to their hard work keep this $#!t hole afloat. I have to say that I usually dont like going to Walmart because most tend to be messy and very crowded. But this one has to be my favorite one so far. It was very clean and everything seemed to be fully stocked. We were offered help in the electronics section right away which was nice. The check out was fast too!!! which is very rare at a Walmart... Im glad that I could do everything in one stop....groceries and also be able to buy a movie and other stuff for the house. I will no longer purchase bigger ticket items from Wal-Mart. It's really to bad that this is the only place to shop next to SaveMart in town for the price. Customer service is a cluster, they really don't know what they are doing. I purchased a carpet shampoo vacuum online with the extended warranty. After 2 months it broke and I submitted a claim to the extended warranty group through the Walmart email sent to me with my order confirmation. They responded saying it was still under the store return policy and take it back to the store. In the store with my receipt, I was initially rejected due to not having the vacuum manual. My husband was able to find the manual and I went back to the counter. Now the issue is the serial number on the box doesn't match the one on the vacuum. The what I assume is acting manager comes over, punches the serial numbers into a computer behind the desk, whispers to the clerk and walks off. Five minutes later another manager type comes over and the ordeal starts all over again. Five employees and 45 minutes later they are pushing it back on the extended warranty group. Clearly they aren't aware of their 90 day return policy? I explain for the 5th time I have already contacted Asurion to start a claim and the lady tells me, No! It's Walmart care and opens the warranty form where it clearly shows WWW.ASURION.COM/WALMART Now I realize what I am dealing with and find it comical that the initial issue of the serial number not matching isn't an issue, but since I ordered on 4/10 and they can't count 90 days is. I left that store and have since returned the item to a different Wal-Mart no questions asked. read more

When I got home I was missing an item from the bag. I called and explained the situation. The item was in my receipt, but he was not in the bag that I took home. They were real friendly and invited me back in to pick up a new item. She said "we found it, just bring the receipt". So I came back and went to the customer service desk. After a quick explanation, the lady there started looking away like I was trying to steal from her. She didn't even look me in the eye and said she couldn't help me. Store was nice and clean but I'm giving it a 1 star because a cashier was rude. I was at a self check out line with 3 items but notice one bag was too heavy to pick up and scan. I asked her if she can scan it for me, from my previous experience if an item is too heavy, they can use a scanning gun. She said ,"No! You pick it up and scan. If not move to a different line!" REVIEW FOR BAKERY: I ordered my cake at least a week in advance for a Spiderman and villain all in one cake. Ithey insured that they had the figurines and the cake was good to go. A week passes and I got called a half hour before pick up that they didn't have the figurines. I got there 10 minutes before pickup and the cake was still getting frosted. I decided that I wanted Spiderman and iron man instead, which they did and I appreciated that. But the biggest issue I found is that when I walked out of the store the cake completely collapsed because it wasn't stabilized from all the layers. so it slid and hit the box from the inside and the backside of the cake was completely smashed once I got home. Now mind you I had somebody holding the cake while I was driving making sure that it wasn't going to get messed up. They had used whipped frosting which I asked and because of that I would've thought that what they would've stabilized the layers. I tried calling the bakery but got no answer. The party had started and I had to reposition the layers of cake that slid off the bottom layers and fix the side frosting. I'm glad it was the back side of the cake or else I would have cried. I used a tall and wide Popsicle stick to drive it down the center of the cake to stop it from sliding later on in the day. And it didn't. I won't be purchasing from them anymore. This was my first and last experience with the bakery department. read more

Of the 100 plus WM's I've visited the WM in Patterson is the absolute worse WM I've seen. Crappy management, undfriendly employees. and total disregard to the customers. Customer service is great NAH! I shop out of town because this store is unbelievable. The returns line is long and the lady is extremely slow . Also watch out sometimes for some promotional stuff , you need to tell the cashier what the price is and it's on sale because she will ring your item in the wrong prices . read more

I had an experience with two that were standing around chatting so I stop to ask about a product that would not let me scan, this happen two different times. All she said I don't know. I went to the site of the product to see way it kept rejecting it. Come to find out it was a recall item and they still had it on the shelf and had not removed it. I recently attempted to order through your grocery app and there was a glitch that didn't allow me to get my order in before 1pm today. I sent a text to the team asking to pickup & was told by Rhonda Carnine that was not an option regardless of your system issues. She stated that glitches had been happening and the order system is closed. I asked for the store manager, Jessica Hagerty, who was not available. Instead, I spoke with Enrique the assistant store manager (who refused to give his last name stating that Walmart policy says they do not have to share last names). In my first conversation with Enrique, he argued relentlessly stating that if I missed the cut off, that's it. I explained it was your app to which he replied saying he didn't know if I were telling the truth. I told him I have been doing business with Walmart for years and have never had this issue. I also told him that Walmart corporation values its customers and strives to take care of their loyal customers. After nearly 10 minutes he apologized and said he would fulfill my order personally. A few minutes later Enrique called me stating that I have broken Walmart policy multiple times and therefore would not be fulfilling my order due to that. I am beyond shocked to be accused of this: 1. I do not work for Walmart so to break policy is ridiculous 2. I have never disrespected, cursed, or done anything to the pickup team 3. I have been a pickup customer for over 2 years without incident. I also shop at Walmart's all across Northern California without incident. 4. I purchase from Walmart for business and personal and have never been blocked, revoked, or ban I asked him to specify what policy I could've broken- of course he had nothing to state. Walmart Patterson has been flexible when I have asked for a later pickup- I have always been honest and up front when I can't pickup & need an extension or would like an earlier pickup. But I'd never fabricate a story on your app not working. If your team accommodates me, how is this ME going against your policy? Your team has told me "no" plenty of times and I accepted the answer. However, I won't accept responsibility for your app or be treated so poorly. I have never complained to corporate when I've had multiple issues on my end. I've had to do multiple returns from receiving old/molded produce from your pickup team. They've given me opened herbs which wasn't visible until I got home. They've picked irregularly large/heavy produce numerous times that has increased my order cost. They've substituted items when I've checked multiple times not to. Then when picking up my order, I've waited more than 10 minutes at times to get service. I've also had other car pickup orders fulfilled before mine because they don't have a proper system to know who arrived first for pickup. I've also had team members with terrible attitudes load my car. However, I didn't complain or cause a ruckus. I've never complained to the local store manager or customer service. How I have caused issues is unfathomable. To be accused of bad behavior, lied to, and berated by Enrique is unacceptable. As a man he shouldn't speak to a woman or any person the way he spoke to me. More importantly, as a leader, this is even more so unacceptable. The way Enrique spoke to me was so disgusting to the point where I had to raise my voice to get a word in. Enrique stated that he didn't care what corporate thought and encouraged me to go complain- that's exactly what I'm doing. I recorded our conversation and it is filth. How could Walmart employ an unemotionally intelligent person to lead? Is this the new standard at Walmart? Your ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER hung up in a customers face. I have spent thousands of dollars with your company and this is how I am treated? I would like this addressed immediately as I am deeply bothered by this. I am more than happy to provide a copy of the recording of your employee berating me and hanging up in my face. read more

Be warned! I ordered my groceries on line to be delivered. They were suppose to be here between 3-4. Around 6:30 I call and was told, the driver didn't show up. They order another driver, said they would be delivered soon. Waited till 10:00pm, nothing. Called again at 10:00am, was told the two previous drivers refused the order. Was never notified. Once again they called for a driver and they would be here right away. I sat waiting again until 1:30, and nothing. I called the corporate office, they said they would call Walmart. This was almost 24 hours after I was suppose to receive my order. The guy I spoke with was hard to understand, due to his accent. Wasn't very sympathetic to all the mistakes. Finally I get my groceries, about an hour later. They gave me the wrong deodorant. ‍ all of this cost me $10.00 delivery fee. Never again! read more

I did their Walmart pick up yesterday; in theory, this should be an excellent service but execution is terrible. They forgot $105.00 worth of food that I purchased. Usually I double check as they are loading but I sent my husband who did not know what I ordered and did not know about the missing items till I was putting everything away. I live 20 minutes from town and by the time my husband got home this service was closed. I called customer service, was given a $15.00 credit and was convinced to call back in the morning and receive the rest of my order. I spoke with the lead; she's a thin, tiny, high pitched voiced girl, who proceeded to act like I was a huge inconvenience, completely rude and unhelpful, acted like I was lying, refused to tell me her name then proceeded to tell me if I don't like the service not to use it, then she hung up on me. My husband called to talk to the GM, waited 35 minutes before someone picked up the phone because he had been forgotten about and was told the GM was not there. I finally talk to someone at the 1800 number that refunded me. I will never use their service again and will be talking to the District or Regional manager about this. I really can deal with a lot but the level of disrespect from a lead was unacceptable. read more

Now good luck finding a sales associate willing to help you or even speak English. The checkout lines are long and the service stinks but it saves me a 20 min drive to anywhere else. Another very bad experience at Patterson Walmart. Why must they hire unprofessional people at Walmart. I waited for at least 20 minutes in customer service. It was finally my turn and the lady who was working customer service tells me hold on his man is next. I told her no that I was next. While I was waiting in line this man comes along beside me like he was going to cut in front of me. The customer service lady said that he was waiting in the jewelry department. I told her that I've been waiting for a long time here and she knew that but she proceeded to insist to help the man that just came over to customer service. I told her that all I wanted to do was pay a Frontier bill. I opened up the envelope and she said that we don't take checks. I'm thinking WTH. So I took out my wallet to get my debit card out and she said I'm helping this man first. I kept telling her that I was here first then the jerk (sorry, he never should of budded in) proceeded to say some words. So I just got my things and left. But before this while I was waiting to be helped in line, the customer service lady was talking to another employee and that employee was using the F-word quite a bit. My 3-year old grandson was with me. Then the reason the lady before me was taking so long is because the customer service worker was waiting on, I think, a manager to help her with something. That person took a long time and didn't even apologize for taking her sweet time. She just came in laughing like nothing was wrong. I did call and talk to a store manager, Chris, and he was very nice and understanding. It will be hard but I think I'll stick to going to Tracy Walmart. read more

No matter what time it is or how many customers are in line, you will never see more than 3 checkouts available. Wait time in lines average 10 min regardless of how many people are ahead of you. In a hurry? DONT come to this location, they have 3-4 registers open at a time, not all of the self check out stands take cash, & everyone's carts are usually packed so expect to be waiting in line to pay for a VERY long time. The only reason this location gets two stars is due to the cleanliness when compared to other Wal Mart stores & the fact that Armando at the deli is extremely courteous & helpful. We need more of him out on the floor helping customers who just want to pay for their items & leave in an acceptable time frame. read more

Unfortunately the employees including the dept managers know nothing about their products, it's a little frustrating especially when it's hard to find someone to help you that doesn't act like your bothering them. Then 18-20 registers but for some reason they only put 3 cashiers to work at a time. It's faster to wait in the Self Check Out. Customers are faster at checking themselves out then the cashiers. I was against Walmart at first, but I must say after opening I really enjoy this place. Its unlike any Walmart I have ever been in. Granted they need to work on the Customer Service a little, but thats given with any new staff. Most people there try to be helpful.
