Mostly self check out. Always a problem with checking out and it takes forever for anyone to come over to help you. All of their eye drops are locked up - ridiculous! Took forever to find someone to come and unlock the cabinet. The girl finally came and unlocked the cabinet and has to take the eye drops to a specific check out location The service here is unbelievable and lousy! GOT RACIALLY PROFILED AT THIS WALMART BY RAQUEL AND THE LOSS PREVENTION TEAM, I went in with my 5 year old to buy her snacks for school and I took a while bc I get anxiety when shopping, I start reading the labels and overthinking. Anyways, I pay for everything after the worker accidentally routed me to a self check out with cash only options. I head out and big white lady name Raquel was at the door and across from her was an older gentleman checking receipts. I hand Raquel my receipt as the other customers hand the gentleman theirs, and Raquel starts counting all my items which are bagged and in my cart, and starts asking me where on the receipt the "lunchables" were along with everything in my cart. IVE NEVER STOLEN, much less from Walmart and with my kid next to me! She then proceeds to talk into her speaker saying "SHES GOOD", I don't know if I was targeted because I'm a young mom or if its because my mixed race kid has corn rolls braided in her hair but I work hard for everything I own, I pay my taxes and am a law abiding citizen. My friend was told to see the receipt but she couldn't get the receipt right away and another employer approaches her and rips the item away from her bags, causing all items to fall and the young employees to giggle as if it's high school. This Walmart went to SHIT. It use to be good but not anymore. I had created an online order to deliver groceries to my moms house because of covid and she's OLD!! This is a nice Walmart. I personally think that it's well maintained and some of that employees are courteous. Not all just some. My review is not so much for the Walmart since I have no complaints about that store. My review is for the McDonald's inside the Walmart. Service was sloooooow! The bleached hair lady at the counter had an attitude. I think she was a manager not sure! All I know she kept pushing our order back and giving others their order before us. Mind you those other customers came in after us. Our order was only 4 drinks and one order of pancakes! When we asked the lady for our coffee she didn't answer nicely. If you guys have something locked up you should have someone available near by walked about 15 aisles and did not see 1 employee. I've never actually wanted to put the effort into writing a bad review ever in my life until this morning. I went in for one thing, flea control for my dog. When I got to the aisle that had what I needed, the product I wanted to purchase was inside of a locked cabinet. I asked about 3 associates for assistance to open the cabinet and they each told me to press a little red button next to the cabinet that's supposed to notify someone to come and help, which I had already done like 10 times but I was standing there for like 20 minutes, finally someone comes and they don't even have the correct key, so I waited more and after like 30 minutes of standing and waiting someone finally came and opened it. Customers shouldn't have to stand in an aisle for a half an hour for one thing, especially if there's a bunch of workers there. As you walk into Walmart there is a nail salon that advertises manicure pedicure $27. Sounds good BUT BE WARE!! When they are finished they say $55 dollars. They say because they used "powder" what is that suppose to mean. I called first to make an appointment for manicure pedicure. They said they use jell what is that??? The one star review is for the wireless department as well as the customer service/return area. I purchased a t-mobile activation code from them. Initially, a helpful wireless customer service representative sold me an activation code for the prepaid t-mobile plan and told me call t-mobile in order to activate my service. A young hispanic girl rang up my order. when i called t-mobile to try and activate my phone, they informed me that the cashier at walmart did not correctly ring up my item. Therefore, the activation code is still in the inventory at Walmart so I would have to return to walmart to have them scan it again. This walmart is half an hour from my home but i reluctantly returned. The wireless department was not supposed to close until 8pm. We arrived at around 6pm on December 3rd 2013, and to my dismay, the wireless portion of walmart had already closed!! So i went to the customer service/returns area and told them my issue and asked them to scan the Sim card/activation pack again and the customer service manager ALEX said that he re scanned it and i should be able to activate it. I had a hunch that he had no idea what he was talking about and I was correct. I called the T-mobile customer service representative and she informed me that she could not activate it because walmart STILL had not rung it up correctly and she could not activate it. She told me she would even SPEAK to the people at walmart because I did everything correctly and the people at Walmart didnt do it correctly. The T-mobile representative told me that the people at walmart should return my item since not being able to activate my phone was an error on THEIR part. After waiting about a half hour in the excruciatingly LONG return line, I spoke to a RUDEASS young hispanic girl who refused to allow me to exchange or return the item. She placed the blame on ME, the customer, saying that I did not activate it correctly or insinuating to her manager that I was lying to her. This girl was very rude, unprofessional, and had a threatening tone. She should not be anywhere near the customer service industry. They told me to return AGAIN tomorrow to speak to the customer service representative who sold it to me in the wireless department. she said that they weren't supposed to close so early, but they did. SO NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE HALF AN HOUR TO THIS WALMART AGAIN TOMORROW. UMM i checked on the website before i left and the wireless department was not supposed to close until 8pm and i arrived at 6pm. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service and definitely not worth the trouble. read more

This is by far THE WORST Walmart on the planet. They have like 25 cashier check stands, but only have about 2 open at a time. No matter what time you come in, this place is always busy. The staff is by far the worst! I went in to check out their ammo selection. They had a ton of ammo UNDER the check stand in plane sight. I asked the guy why it was down there, and he tells me its on hold for someone. I told the guy that I was told you couldn't put ammo on hold and he replies by saying it was for an employee. So basically if your an employee, you get first crack at very hard to find ammo and the limits don't apply to you. I actually said this to the guy and he rolled his eyes at me and walked away while I was in mid sentence. Typical Walmart employee attitude! The rest of the store looks like a war zone! If you fell asleep and woke up in this store, you would honestly think you were in a third world country. Except that most third world countries are much cleaner and friendlier than this! Avoid this crap hole like the plague. Note to the Walmart Executives: Burn this store down, fire every employee and manager and start over! I use to freaken hated this Walmart so much before it closed down and reopened in 2015. I use to avoid at all cost ever stepping into this Walmart before but now I like going there. It's way nicer and more organized than other Walmarts. The lines are always ridiculously long but I like the stuff I find at this store for a cheap price. I like that it has self checkout, even when the lines are long it moves way faster than the other cashier lines. The only items you can't pay at self checkout are some furniture, alcohol,WIC , some electronics, and the vape/tobacco products. Pick up items are horrible to go and get. It takes so long and sometimes they don't even tell you when your stuff has arrived and cancel it. One thing that I wouldn't recommend doing here is the WIC unless you know which cashier knows their stuff because some are clueless and their assistants are even more slow. I do like that I always see one or two persons in every aisle always organizing the shelfs and it's so convenient when I have a question about something store or item related. There is a McDonalds in this Walmart which is cool and I like that it has a family restroom:) P.s the Shopkick points are always lit here. read more

I bought a laptop aug 2022, and it never really worked. I went into labor a few days after so i couldn't return within the warranty. I called multiple times to have something resolved they referred me to hp for manufacturing warranty. Finally, i spoke to someone from HP, the laptop had been sold to someone January 2022 and registered the laptop to their name so I was not able to retrieve the warranty unless i had proof of purchase. (I do). I spoke to someone at walmart they said only someone at hp can help me. I ended up taking it to get checked out and they basically told me that this Walmart had sold the computer to someone, which was a windows 10 computer, and it was replaced with a windows 11 Hdd and they returned it. So basically they sold me a used computer at full price and it wasn't even the correct computer. The guy who repaired my computer gave me the old hdd which was for a different computer which is why it wasnt working. Don't buy electronics here. Be careful, they didnt even check the product before reselling it. Thile employees weren't very much help and Walmart customer service also wasnt much help either. read more

But my Mom on the other hand, is not, she is totally Wal mart, more so because she still has to buy toilet paper for my brothers who apparently don't want to leave... but I guess I can't blame them... I absolutely am not a fan of this place. For some reason, this place is ALWAYS packed. Parking is a bitch and it feels like every time I do go there, they have their crates in the middle of the aisles. I once couldn't get sunblock because of them. I even asked one of the reps to see if she can reach it, and her skinny ass couldn't. Shame. You know its bad when the reps have more of an attitude that you do when the one customer goes in a 20 items or less line with well over 60 items and you having just 1 (I only know because the gal at the register rang in 20 items at a time. I thought that was hilarious.) The only time I come to Wal mart is to buy dog food. I must say, their prices are unbeatable when it comes to that. read more

They lock up the cosmetics at 10 pm so it is not 24 hours, if you need something like even a $2 apricot scrub it is on lockdown until the next morning. Hire an attendant! You only pay 8-9 an hour to these people anyway. Go to Target, it is cleaner, they have everything in stock and there aren't lazy slob employees throwing you shade! My first experience with a Super Walmart. I was in utter awe when I saw produce and a deli, no less, on the left side of Walmart inside. Ice cream cakes, hams, cheeses, bananas, and even a whole aisle dedicated to ice cream/ popsicle treats...call me starstruck, but I was pinching myself. I've only heard of these superstores, but to be in one...it was pretty amazing. This place does get packed and honestly, there aren't that many cashiers up front--thus, a wait is probably in your cards, as it was for mines. The store itself is huge, seems like most of the workers are just minding their own business, and a lot of families are here especially at night time. Did I mention this store is 24 hours? They do have low prices on some items, perhaps because they have a wider selection. Parking was okay with me, probably because I came on a weekday. Who knows what'll happen on the weekend, I can only imagine. All in all, my first experience was an okay one. Will probably return again. read more

Customers that like leaving unsatisfied apparently go here! I on the other hand will only glance at this place from the outside since I drive by it on the way to work everyday. I went here to pass some time since my car was getting washed, but I was so quick to want to leave! First off, it's super busy all the time. Well what Walmart isn't? They say the economy is down and no one has jobs... everyone needs to apply at this Walmart then because they are definitely understaffed! There are 30 registers and less than half were open to help customers. There was a huge line everywhere, and I only had 5 things in my hand. I went into one line that had about 7 other people to help and she looks at me and says "I'm closed"... OK I understand that you have to get off of work but I had like FIVE things! So i walked over to another line and she was very slow in ringing me up, hence the long line that accumulated at her register. Next time I opt to pass some time in this shopping center I'm heading over to Starbucks. There are other places to go in this shopping center, and it's sad that this Walmart takes up a huge part of it. Disappointed. read more

This Wal-Mart sucks. No doubt about that. But for the most part you go into any WM, particularly this WM knowing that you are about to introduce yourself to Hell on Earth. The lower prices sort of help the situation. Plus, this is a SuperCenter which means you can get EVERYTHING at once. This helps me out since my husband is not a shopper and I do most of our shopping alone. All that being said, I know never, I repeat, NEVER to go to this WM on Saturday or Sunday (after church). It's asking for trouble. Literally, everybody and their mother, and grandmother, and cousins, and brothers and sisters are there. Plus, the grandkids. They're running amok all throughout the store. And Heaven forbid that the parent should "parent" their crazy child. But why do I go here? 1) Mostly because it's cheaper than most other places; even Target. 2) It's open 24 hours. 3) It's sort of on my way home. 4) They're back-to-school sales are ridiculous. They really only deserve one star - but they are open all the time and have a wide selection of groceries. So I gave them a mercy star. They have endless instances of mis-priced items. And items stacked over the price for something else. This is a never ending problem for a place that does not individually price items. And management does nothing about this when they are told. Also, they continually have problems with the scanner being wrong about the items its scanning. Overall - walmart is corporate hell. They are the whores of the retail world. This Super Walmart is huge and has a ton of stuff. But, its also a nightmare. Lines are super long. Way out of control. The self serve never works properly and they never had enough cashiers. Since this location was the only store which carried the item we wanted according to their website, we drove an hour to get there.... When we got there, nobody would come out to help us at the web order department for at least 20 minutes. Then we they finally came out to help us, no one could find the item we have ordered. Finally they tell us that they no longer carry that item in the store. How could they sell and charge for they no longer carry??? We called them before we left to make sure they had the item and they have told us they did.... We even gave them the walmart item #. We have wasted gas, time and energy. I live on a tight budget and Walmart is my go to place for most of my needs. This Walmart is clean and pretty organized. They are doing a better job at keeping products stocked. The staff is pretty friendly, especially considering the customer service that I've gotten at other locations. This store is pretty calm,but it does get packed at random times during the week and on the weekends. I defenitely drive out of my way to come to this location. read more

Everytime I walk into this Walmart I feel like I'm in a bad dream and I'm surrounded by zombies - all shapes and sizes. The only reason why I come here is because its 24 hours, it has a bakery and food market and to get my contact lenses. I only come here if I absolutely have to. They are hardly ever stocked on the things I come here for and it is incredibly unorganized. They obviously don't make good use of loss prevention associates because I have seen so many times boxes that are ripped opened with the merchandise taken out of it. Even shoe boxes for little girls with no shoes in them. The biggest reasons I come here is for my prescription medication and health supplements (the one place that is actually kept pretty tidy.) I try to check out at the pharmacy to avoid the massive lines up front because of them having only a handful of registers open. read more
