The good: you can shop online for home delivery or at store pickup to hopefully save yourself time and frustration. You know what to expect shopping as a Walmart customer. Overall 2.5 stars. The bad: the motorized shopping carts have consistently been an ongoing issue. There only seem to be a couple of these carts per store. I went to locate one and was surprised that one was inside the front of the store. It was not plugged into an electrical outlet and had a "ready to use" tag on it. I went to sit on it, and the power level tanked from 100% immediately down to 15%! Walmart please do better. This is unacceptable practice. One can go into any Costco and easily locate several motorized carts. The Ugly: consistently they are out of stock on items ordered for store pickup as well as delivery to your home. This is a frustrating waste of time. Then you find yourself scrambling running to another store trying to find the unavailable items you first wanted fulfilled by Walmart. The Better: the gentleman that delivered our groceries to our car this afternoon was prompt, courteous, and respectful of our property. read more

I just tried to get refills on my prescriptions and the stupid system took my first # but when I tried to enter the 2nd # the computer voice kept saying I had to talk to the pharmacy but it was closed. There is nothing special about these prescriptions that I have gotten before. I tried to go online but the new system wants some code I do not have. I now plan to start looking for another pharmacy. I'm not sure why they changed these systems that worked fine in the past but I am happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

I have never been a fan of shopping at Walmart, but recently, with everything being so high priced, I have found myself going there to save significant money on items, particularly non grocery items, i.e. the food processor I needed. My sister shops there for meat, canned goods, and everything but produce. She is always happy with what she purchases and the drive up and go service. What is really cool about the Walmart drive up and go service is they started it a few years before the Covid-19 pandemic shut everything down. A brilliant move and kind of industry leading. I appreciate the drive up and go service since, at the moment, my mobility is challenged until I get my osteoarthritic hip repaired. In fact, l love the drive up service at every store now. Walmart has started a thing where they do not give you bags for your groceries at drive and go. I'm not sure how I feel about that because I need to get used to bringing my bags and if I forget I don't like foodstuff that might be cold, wet, or leaky, sitting on my car seat or trunk mat. On the other hand, I am all about trying to save the planet. I have not been inside of a walmart in probably five years. So this review really is about the drive up and go. First of all, Jeff is amazing at the pick up department. Can he be the assistant manager? JEFF came up to me after I patiently waited for Lloyd or Larissa to show up. Lloyd kept me waiting for 10 minutes outside in the heat. Larissa passed by me twice at the door way without a glance my way. 5 cars took spots to pick up their orders after I was standing outside the pick up door. I was instructed by LLoyd that I needed to step back from the door. Lloyd did not come outside to ask what I needed. Instead, another 2 cars pulled up in spots. So, I had to wait behind another 2 cars because Lloyd and Larissa refused to come out of the Walmart pick up doors. Some or most old minority people can not afford a mobile phone. The only reason I knocked on the pick up door is because I do not have a phone. I have done this multiple times. However today, Larissa made it look like I was trying to steal something. It only took Jeff 30 seconds to take down my name as "arrived" for pick up order. Lloyd did not even take down my name or ask me, " how he could help?" Instead, Lloyd "shooed" me out the door like he was gonna call the cops. If Walmart employees refuse to see or help minorities without a phone, then let me know via response. read more

Just walked into exchamge a pool we bought yesterday for a bigger pool and was essentially accused of trying to steal the the new pool by not one not two not 3 but 4 separate associates The only one that actually was very nice was the woman that was called to finally help me after roughly 10 mins of belittling by 4 associates standing around doing absolutely nothing except antagonizing me whenever the manager on duty is should be ashamed having such embarrassing people working for them I guarantee I will also be speaking to the manager. Under no circumstances would I take my car to the Walmart tire center. My sister used them a few days ago because she wanted to save a few bucks, but it was an epically bad decision. They replaced all 4 tires on our Toyota, but told her she had to come back after driving 50 miles so they could tighten the lug nuts. (I've never had to do this after tire replacements before, so that seemed sub-optimal.) Then the very next day the tire sensor light in the car came on, so she took the car straight back there. They said the tires were low on air, so they filled them and sent her on her way. Today the tire light came on AGAIN so we returned to Walmart for the third time. It turned out that the service packs (related to the tire valves) weren't adjusted properly so all 4 tires were dangerously low on air. Plus all 4 tires were improperly balanced, so they had to remove all 4 tires, rebalance them, and fix the service packs! So the upshot is that they flubbed the job in the first place, misdiagnosed the problem when we returned the first time, and only fixed the underlying cause today. What a waste of our time. If you value your time and having quality work done on your car, DO NOT take your car here. read more

Tried getting an oil change & mechanic said I need an appointment; there was no one in line. The lady at the counter shook her head & went into the service bay. She came back out, shaking her head and said that they are such jerks. She asked if I still wanted to get an oil change or make an appointment. Honestly, the worst store I've ever dealt with. I've given them so many chances after getting walmart plus+. I don't have the luxury to be able to shop in person but holy cow, the fact that they've chosen to exclude me from deliveries even though I pay for it is crazy. All because their employees don't read. I live in an area that requires a gate code and a door code, nothing different from a lobby lol. I've been as clear as I can be in my instructions but they're so lazy they don't read it. So now due to that laziness, they don't even try to deliver my items. This walmart sucks a**. I picked up an online order at the store. The lady who loaded my truck up put a gallon of milk right inside my door. When I got home and opened the door, the milk came flying out. It hit the pavement and broke open. The milk spashed all over my pants and my suede boots. Needless to say, I was pissed. There is no excuse for this. The lady had a crap ton of bags to use. She didn't even tell me she put the milk inside of the door without being in a bag. Such incompetence. And the fact that the guy I ask for help tells me to look for some other dude in the area. Like, walk me to where I need to go, or give me an exact place to go. Don't tell me to look for some other guy. Then, the guy says I have to pay for it immediately at check stand 5. I'm like, okay, whatever. I follow him to check stand 5 and the guy is walking so fast I can barely keep up, and I'm fast. I purchase the body spray and what few items I have, and I have to PAY for a bag to carry around my shit, because there were no baskets in sight. If I could give this store 0 stars I absolutely would. It is the law in BOTH Washington & Kitsap county to wear a mask while indoors. Other than a sign on a door there was no re-enforcement whatsoever. We have been literally dodging maskless customers left and right who are hacking with awful sounding coughs. Also, while some employees are masked a good percentage of them aren't wearing the masks correctly, wearing masks that obviously are too big leaving them hanging below their nose and only at vest covering PART of their mouths, so absolutely pointless for their designed purpose. In addition to this we've been waiting in an extremely long line to check out for over 15 minutes and we're not even close to being to the front, the lines weaving into the clothing, groceries isles and beyond and they are either extremely understaffed or unwilling to call for more checkers. In addition to that we were unable to locate employees as we traversed the isles trying to locate things. Look, I understand some people have medical issues with masks and others just plain don't want to wear one but IF YOU ARE SICK EITHER DON'T GO OUT OR WEAR A DAMN MASK. Walmart employees here need better training and if they are uncomfortable with enforcing the mask law they need to hire someone who is whose job is to enforce it. read more

I had a car battery that had one more year on the warranty. The battery was charged too 100% then without being hooked up to the battery terminals the battery went to 30% overnight. wouldn't start the car when the cables were attached. so took it back to Walmart Paulsbo. A young girl in automotive put a tester on it and told me it was good. I'm 66 yrs old and been working as a certified mechanic for 40 yrs. I know a bad battery when I have one. They would not warranty it. it only had one more year on the warranty, so it would not have been much. They chose to not make good on anything so I took it to O'Rielly's and they tested it to find it was only 10 volts under load. Definitely a bad battery! Had a bad experience after using the self checkout with my family. My family and I were out shopping and enjoying ourselves until after we were done using the self checkouts. The lady ( this is on 1/27/2024 at 5:30pm ) that is at the door ( employee) watched us walk from the self checkout behind 8 other people that used the self checkout as well, stopped us just because of my finance skin color and embarrassed her because of it, so my finance had ask, is it because of my skin color that you stopped us? And that lady chuckled at that and didn't even bother to try to fix the issue. Walmart, you are not Costco, if you cannot trust anyone to use the self checkout, then bring back employees to do the checkouts, stop being cheap. I will no longer support Walmart. Was shopping here when I saw a large dog, all by itself, just wander down the aisle. I found several employees and told them there was a loose dog in the store. One of the employees responded, "Oh don't worry about him, he's here all the time, I'm sure his owner is around here somewhere." It was honestly disturbing that the staff were okay with a big dog just wandering around the store. After using curbside pickup for almost 2 years now I really like it and they are doing a really good job. Sometimes there are slip ups but that is to be expected. After using 2 other stores this is by far the best one. I've stopped using one store all together and am just about to stop using the other one. Even pick up has something wrong with it. Even when you say no substitutes they do anyway. Or they forget to put the item in my trunk even though it's been paid for. I get refunds for that but it take forever and then I don't have what I needed for dinner. read more

Walmart store in Lebanon, NH.....Not one employee at a register at 5pm....the only thing open was the self check out with a line going half way down the store. There online policy clearly states that they are supposed to honor there online price at the self checkout.....They don't....Either the employee was lazy, untrained, or simply mean...they refused to honor there own policy that's clearly defined online...this one interaction has lost the company a lot of money. On top of the direct sale they lost, they lost my future business because of their unethical business practices. Ripping people off isn't the way to keep customers. The product was available from another company at the price we wanted so we will be giving more business to them. As a business owner, I have to jump through hoops to keep my customers happy. To see a company treat there customers so poorly is really sad to see. Walmart should re-think there buisness practices. This walmart is superb, it has a nice souvenir section upon entering the store. There are some great sales and prices through out the store, and employees are friendly. Store could use a little tighting up, but what store don't at this time of the year. Have been here twice due to me replacing appliances and dishes I threw away from my family members home, and the selection here is wonderful. Parking and location is great, everything here is in the mountains and on a hill. Parking, building and access to, are well secured and lit. read more

Store doesn't take Apple Pay or other NFC payments. When shopping for a new iPhone for my mom, the salesperson had a nasty cold and had to handle our phone for a long time to lookup the trade in value, which was way below competitors. Checkout was delayed because customer in front of me had to have something checked, but cashier did nothing to deal with me... Like void the customer in front of me (who only had one item) and then ring me up, or move me to another cashier. The Subway restaurant within the store does take NFC/Apple Pay and was really good overall as far as Subways go. If it wasn't for the Subway and relative low prices, I'd give the store a 1 star. read more

So - Being from Bainbridge, I simply MUST say I am not a fan of the Sprawl-Mart philosophy. That said - Wal-Mart is simply convenient. I live on an amazing island that is such a microcosm of culture, events, persona and shopping. The island goods are convenient, and one will pay for that convenience. One will have to drive to Poulsbo or take the ferry to Seattle to buy what you need. Many of us shop on line if we have the time. Its more affordable and its just handy to have it come to your door. I recently discovered that Wal-Mart has a deal to were you can order it on line and have it delivered to the Wal-Mart store for free. Ship to Store its called. How clever. Even though I can't imagine the Poulsbo Wal-Mart not having something. I have heard its the largest on the west coast - and the newest. I must say that the store is immaculately clean, but the fluorescent lights will burn your eyelids right off. I bet you can see it from space, it's that bright. I was at my mom's - she lives just north of Wal-Mart on the Hood Canal - and decided to stop on my way home to pick up my Ship to Store delivery. So clever. I had bought a game for friends and then found out is was cheaper on line. That kinda pissed me off. That is why I took a star off. Not only cheaper - but half the price. So I picked up my Ship to Store (so clever) game in the back service area, walked it to the front service area - and returned it with my twice as expensive receipt! dumbasses. saved me 20 bucks - and it was just the principle that made me do it. The store is huge! very very clean. It simply just has everything under the sun. The prices are pretty good. I have seen some of the same stuff cheaper. I still like Target better - but it is another 15 minutes further from my house. One thing that makes Wal-Mart stand out - eye candy. There are 2 navy bases very close. You are all like walking along thinking you are just going to pop in and buy a pen or a birthday card for your gramps and all of a sudden you realize that you can buy chips! Not just one bag of chips but EVERY BAG OF CHIPS! That's not all! You can do this all while getting your oil changed! While you're there you can go ahead and pick up a quality COBY TV!! What's that?!?! A live fish? A Calking gun? Flower Pots? This store has everything you need! Best of all! Every bit of it is made in AMERICA! Not that other America that I know practically nothing about, but NORTH AMERICA! That's how they keep the prices so low, good ol' American hard work is how! Did I mention this building is Khaki colored? That's way better because it blends in with the trees! The employees here are super helpful as well. They know me by name when I come in here and are always suggesting things that they know I would love! They are all like "You like toothbrushes?" and I LOVE TOOTHBRUSHES! So personable. Plus their blue vests make everyone look so dashing here. Straight up class. They never seem to judge me when I come in at 2 in the morning wearing my dress sweatpants and looking for a car battery, crocs, fried chicken, a pet hamster, 4 cucumbers, Mary Kate and Ashely underwear, and a Diet Cola. However whenever I go here I always seem to get the same cart with a sticky wheel. So minus one star. read more

I can to pick up two light bulbs that I ordered online. I got a notification that it would be ready for pick up after 7pm the same day. I went to pick it up at 8:30pm and waited for 30 minutes before someone, who was on break, could help me find someone who wasn't on break to help me.
