WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE came yesterday and did ALOT of shopping not only did multiple Walmart shoppers/employees(online orders) cut me off in the isles when I was checking out I went to grab my bags to leave and she was loading up the next person so I didn't have a chance to grab everything. When I got home I realized items were missing. I made multiple attempts to call the store and no answer. I had the pharmacy transfer me to customer service and still no answer. Pretty sad I lost out on money here but I'll deal with it. Walmart you need to do better read more

My brother couldn't understand how I'd never in my life been to a Walmart. Hey! It wasn't on my To Visit list ;) I'll admit I've probably been super reluctant to shop at a Walmart, don't ask me why - I'm not even sure the reason (Ok, yes I am!) but we found ourselves here to pick up some stuff for the yard and let me tell you... I couldn't make it even a few feet into the store before spotting the Pioneer Woman line. OMG!!!!!! In LOVE!!!! This is the cutest line ever!!!! I want everything!!!! I picked up some super cute pieces. They also had a TON of Easter basket supplies which was really nice to see. I suppose I am now open minded to the idea that I'll probably be visiting Walmart again :) The checking your receipt and items upon departure was totally giving Costco vibes. read more

Ordered 80 cards 12/18 - no envelopes! Said to "come back" ..... returned 12/21 still no envelopes. How do you sell cards without them? WHY fulfill orders and take $50 from me to have to go buy envelopes!?! Finally manager on duty says to refund so we can go buy envelopes- then the cashier wants to take back the cards?? I went to Walmart today to get new tires and an oil change and the auto center was closed down with the doors locked, no sign to specify being closed. The sign said they opened at 7:00, I was there close to 9:00. I tried calling the main number for Walmart and the phone rang and rang and then someone picked up the phone and disconnected it. This Wal-mart is by far the cleanest, as it is one of the newest. However, there are some big pros/cons coming here. Pros - 1. Clean. As mentioned above, it is really clean. One of the cleanest Walmarts I have been to. 2. Staff - I have actually had staff ask me if I need help with anything. I have never encountered that in any Walmart that I have been to. It is not every time of course, but it is still nice to be asked once in a while. 3. Refrigerator items - They use large glass refrigerated doors when stocking these type of items. I am sure it is to save on energy costs, but it makes this Walmart look really appealing as well. 4. Lockers - This walmart has a large pickup area. Cons - 1. Produce - I sometimes have a hard time finding produce here. It can be out of stock, and has been on several occasions. Luckily, I have a sprouts near by. 2. Crowds - This Walmart can be crowded at certain times of the day. I do try to go to off hours. I do most of my normal grocery shopping here....mainly because of the location and the prices. If you need produce and you live in the area, I advise you to go to Sprouts, where it is fresher and usually cheaper. read more

Time's are very uncertain right now but I cannot thank this store for taking every step necessary to sanitize all carts and keep the store super clean! I'm so Impressed with them. Today I happen to drop my debit card while shopping and a very nice lady working I produce turned it in. And then Kim(who I believe was a manager) gave it to me and opened a lane so she could Help me check out. I always thank every team member for everything they are doing right now during the pandemic and I'm even more grateful for the integrity of the team! Great work guys!! read more

This location and the one off of FM 423 & Stonebrook are by far The BEST looking Walmart's Super Centers period! They have stepped up their game. They have a huge selection on inventory and the thing that really stands out is their shiny floor, not like any other Wal-Mart! Service was on point, the cashiers are all holding signs to notify shoppers that they have check out lanes open and can check them out. Hopefully they continue to carry this top notch friendly customer service at all times and not just for the first few weeks. I can honestly say that this location is fantastic! read more

I waited and waited and waited for 'in home' grocery delivery. After my 'window' closed I called the main number only to find they had 'attempted' delivery which they did not. I was home all afternoon waiting and they never showed. I checked my Ring app only to find they sat in front of my house and never got out of the van! Turns out my husband and grandson were outside changing a lightbulb while they sat in their van! Talk about frustrating! When the lightbulb was changed my husband noticed the Walmart van had left! How can you say you 'attempted' delivery when you never got out of your delivery vehicle. I'm a pretty patient and understanding person but that lazy employee needs to be reassigned or fired. He/she should not be delivering groceries! Have never had a big problem with curbside or regular delivery (the occasional fruit or veggie that didn't look so good) maybe because those people are allowed to accept tips whereas 'In Home' through Walmart are not! read more

Why do Walmart stores make it so easy to give it a negative review? Restroom are horrible staff are on crews control with blinders. I don't recall at all when the last time I had any good experience at a Walmart. I think most of the public has been desensitized to the horrible customer service with low standards. Obviously as long as there is savings and convince we will continue to shop here an continue to enable the subparstandard of mediocrity. What topped of the crappy service was all the self checking kiosk/registers were all credit cards only. WHY???? on both ends all registers were credit only. Took 15 min to check out instead of 2 to 4 min. The young kid at the register had no concept of professionalism. Whoever was training him of supervising him was try to give him some pointers. The unexperience cashier could just except the training and responded unprofessional laughing and cursing. He also needs to learn how to maintain a register as far as learning how not to run out of change. Take it for what it is Walmart. Listen and correct your issues. Training and hiring quality people will dramatically help your customer service issues read more

Wish I could give a zero star. Don't go here for auto care at all. First off they didn't install my battery correct so for the last 4 days I've had to jump start my car just to get it right. I called the store to speak with a manager and was out on hold about 3 times and then once I called pharmacy they told me they are closing at 1:30 so they aren't going to find a manager/supervisor to speak to so they transferred me to someone random and then she was still rude about me calling the pharmacy. Currently have been on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor or manager for 15 minutes. Honestly Walmart for auto care is obviously dumb for anyone to go to but it was a quick resort for a battery. Apparently you can't receive an email address to speak to anyone there so now I'm left trying to get my battery fixed for a car that's barely starting. Only upset because we are in PROSPER so id assume they would be knowledgeable or do things the right way in this area.. obviously wrong. read more

I spoke with the gal over the phone about a set of four tires available. She said yes, and said to come the next day. First come first serve so I came 7 AM as early as I could. I show up and she tells me they can't do tires today because their lock is stuck. What kind of dumb excuse is that? Anyways, complete waste of anyone's time. I just moved to the area and was shopping to put a couple of things in my apartment, I bumped into a Samsung TV that was priced at $258 there were about 3 to 4 TVs in the section at this price. when I arrive to the register I was told the price of the TV was $340 I asked to speak with a manager, as the pricing was clearly wrong, and showed them photographs of it. All they said was that they didn't have time to change the prices. I walked back after I made my purchases and decided to leave the TV. The price on the TV had not been changed. This is a perfect example of horrible customer service call as the customer I was forced to pay for the companies mistake and the lazy staff. read more

Be prepared to spend 35 minutes waiting for a register to buy 3 things. This place is ridiculous. Never any registers open so they force you to go through self checkout which doubles the checkout time. I keep trying to give it another chance but it's always the same story. Never again. read more

I experienced one of the nastiest un-kept restroom today. I went to an employee and showed her the picture and she said that she wasn't surprised. She went on to say that it could be worse... at her job at fiesta Texas the bathrooms were much worse. Guarantee she did not pass the information forward. This place is why I shop at Target. Twice they dropped the ball on pickup orders. 1st time several items were cancelled because they were "out of stock". But when I went in person to the store later the same day...every item was actually fully stocked. That should have been a huge red flag not to shop here again. The next day I ordered an electronics item, it too was cancelled...this time no explanation. When I called to find out why...no one answers the phone! Several calls, no answer. Worst Walmart EVER! Save yourself the time and go to Target. Went yesterday 7-20-21 @ 6:30. Tons of empty shelves, app said item was in stock; of course it wasn't. I asked a little lady employee where the Warner bras were and she said she only worked the underwear aisle REALLY, all day you work ONE aisle?!?! This is a new Walmart, the only thing I can say is, it is clean inside the store. The last time I went, the carts inside all had trash in them, they were broken with missing wheels. The container for cleaning sheets was empty. I had to pull carts apart to get to a working cart, empty the trash out of it myself and used my own hand sanitizer spray to clean the cart handle. An employee watched me and did nothing to help. The woman who checked me out didn't say a word to me. She made it pretty clear that I should feel lucky she was checking me out. Wow! Not for the store itself but hopefully this one star will help with what I have to say. Earlier this evening, at this location I was approached in the produce section by a mysterious woman (Indian descent). She starts questioning me about a tattoo on the back of my neck and my age. My first thought was why are you that close to me to see what my tattoo says. The tattoo is very small. Next, she asked me if I lived in the area and if I had children. I gave one word answers only. Ive been told I look between late teens to early 20s although I'm much older. She then tell me she's from India and that she works in tech and ask me what I do for a living. At this point I'm uncomfortable and refuse to answer and should've walked away. She then says it was nice to meet me and walk away. I literally went to follow her and I didn't see her anywhere else in the store.. Please women protect yourselves and be aware of your surroundings. I was caught off guard and have been trying to digest this since it happened. I honestly feel like this was a recruitment of some sort and will be following up with Walmart to prevent anything from potentially happening to someone else. read more

I went to this Walmart today and purchased a cruiser bicycle. It was on the top shelf and required an associate's assistance to bring it down. Luckily, I was quick to find CJ. He was very helpful and had a great attitude. I truly appreciate his assistance as he was busy stocking other aisles but stopped to help me. So BIG shout out to CJ for all his help today. Thank you! Self checkout was very quick and even had an associate wiping down registers after each use. I thought that was great. Even though I didn't require a shopping cart I did notice they were cleaning those down as well. Glad to see all the effort being made in this crazy time. read more

Bad curbside experience. Returned diapers sold to me. This is unbelievable. The box was obviously opened. The inner package was opened. One of the diapers was even loose in the box. The employee was walking from car to car trying to auction off my items. Finally I flagged him down to let him know they were mine. What is the point of checking in on the app with a space number if this is how it ends up. Took way too long. Other cars came after me and were gone long before me. I really hate that Walmart can't better align to the simplest forms of customer service and respect. I intentionally went shopping this evening to avoid the crowds and sun. I had two carts full of merchandise and needed tons more of electronics over $3000 in devices and supplies for my company. I looked up the products online and they showed a ten were available. I was approached immediately with confrontation from management not support or kindness. Eventually, they located the wrong product which ended up being $14 more for a total of $42, according to the website. The management unwillingness to accommodate me after I spent 90 minutes waiting on them to get keys they couldn't find, until they broke open a cabinet led to me leaving all $3000 worth of products and order it all on Amazon. I deserve to be treated better for the money I spend. read more

Tried to call 5+ times to figure out if return center was open. They never answered the phones. Went at 10 (they close at 11) to return and was told I couldn't because they were short staffed although there were five employees standing there chatting. Answer your phones or publicize your customer service hours. read more

We received a coupon for free grocery delivery so decided to give it a try. The only positive I can say is that it was free, we definitely won't be going through that craziness again. Our grocery delivery time was 6-7p. At 7:15p I tried calling the store to determine if they were going to deliver tonight (I needed the groceries to start the week). The first call, I was transferred to the department that handles the grocery pick-up and delivery. It rang for five minutes and I gave up and hung up. I called a second time, after it ringing for sometime, someone in electronics answered and supposedly transferred me to a store manager. After ten minutes of being on hold, I hung up. I called a third time. Someone answered but the call was either disconnected or I was hung up on. I called a fourth time and waited on hold again for ten minutes, then got fed up, got in my car (still on hold), drove to the store, and asked to talk to a manager. Thirty minutes of being on hold, four calls, and still can't talk to anyone about where my groceries are and what the status is of my order. It's ridiculous that this is a fairly new store and it already has such poor communication internally and it causes the customer service to lack. My annoyance was less on the groceries being late but more that I couldn't get anyone on the phone that could provide any information. 50 minutes after our delivery time slot, the groceries finally arrived at our house. The poor delivery driver was very apologetic but he was not even with Walmart. He said he waited 45 minutes on Walmart to get the order together. read more

I heard one of the l guess what you would call Managers telling one of the cashiers which is the sweetest young lady at this Wamart and always respectful and dresses appropriately about her shirt not being 3 inches below the jacket sleve, but still it's okay for other's too wear blue hair and eye lashes as long as my fingers. Not impressed Walmart continues to fail at employing quality staff! Holding higher expectations for this newer location I was extremely disappointed! After reaching out to one associate I saw near the fabric section for assistance to cut fabric he told me I would need to find a supervisor upfront with a yellow vest for assistance. I walked to the front located a woman in a yellow vest and requested assistance in fabric to be told no one can help. She said she could ask a manager but she is busy in back . Being 10:30 at night there is no one in the store so the busy comment is confusing. Walmart being a 24 hour store, 24 hour service should be offered. Dear Walmart your staff is turn away sales due to being lazy! This new location has not set a bar or differentiate quality of service Walmart continues to struggle with quality employees!
