I'm not comfortable giving Walmart #1777 1/2 a star. Been a loyal costumer and never had any major issues, until Sunday 02/14/2021, and Monday 02/15/2021. Both days my order was processed charged delivery time confirmed, received multiple notifications and emails from Walmart saying my order was processed but delayed and already on its way to my house. Well I never got the groceries never got notifications about anything being cancelled. so both days I waited and waited.. still zero delivery and my card was billed including drivers tip. Suddenly after 3+ hrs of delays my order is randomly cancelled. I just don't understand how it gets cancelled if it was billed, picked up, and on the way to my house..!?!? So Walmart processed my order billed me for it plus drivers tip scheduled a delivery date and time confirmation for delivery on its way but delayed. Hence it just got cancelled while on the way. I'm confused,??!!!!! Can someone please give me an update explaining this nonsense. read more

I am at this wal mart at least 3 times a week. Before the self check out was there... you waited a long time to check out... I have been having good luck with self check out. Prices are good and selection of items keeps improving. Deli does a good job. I am seeing more gluten free items as well. Check out tires in automotive. They did a good job for me back in November. Good for one stop shopping! read more

This place is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. They have the worst customer service EVER. I have worked retail before so I always try to put myself in the employees perspective. The employees at this location will look at you right in the eye and ignore you. First I come and I one of the employees if I am still able to do an online pick up, which she stated yes they will be an associate right with you. I wait at the pick up center and no one comes by. I am looking at the screen and it states that the pick up hours are until 8:00 but if it is outside the hours an associate will be right with you, so I wait. The self checkout employee states that the pick up kiosk is closed. I advised her that i es aware of that, but the other associate and the screen at the pick up kiosk Stated someone will be right with me. After waiting, no one approaches so I left the area. I'm thinking ok easy mistake no big deal. So I'm searching for some gloves that i had to get my son and a winter hat. I looking everywhere and i can't find it. I pass by an associate and mention if she knew and she did not even acknowledge me. I thought to myself what did I expect every time I come here the same thing happens(which if it wasn't for the fact that this is the only location that carries some things i would not come to this location). I am finally able to find the things I needed and i grab something from the electronics so I wait in line behind two other customers at the electronics register. When is finally my turn the associate leaves the register without saying a word to me and walks away. At this point I'm furious I literally had a total of five small items in my cart. The least he could have said to me was I will be right with you. As I am walking away another Walmart associate goes towards the register and he goes back to the register to talk to her ( unbelievable ). Seriously, Do not shop here if you want a good experience. If I could give it a zero I would, I have an online order that I will be returning and getting through amazon. read more

horrible customer service. i recommend any other walmart ever. i went over to the vision center just to grab a cart i saw in there and the old fat lady at the desk told me i couldn't take it. so i asked why and she said she needed it for later so i said 'okay whatever' and i left to get a cart and as i was leaving i heard her mutter under her breath 'jesus' in a negative tone like i was an inconvenience to her. so when i past her with the cart i got i gave her the finger and she did it back to me. what kind of employees is this place hiring. they are awful and they have a very bad work attitude. also i would fire her for the worst customer service. this place sucks. ass. read more

Used Walmart Pharmacy for 1st time today. Had the UNFORTUNATE experience of being "helped" by a woman named Carol - about 60 yrs old, spiky blonde hair &a shiny bedazzled lanyard/necklace holding her Walmart nametag. Stood in line listening to her be rude, short, and condescending to the older couple in front - when my turn came shee forced me to SHOUT my name/address (a violation of my HIPPA rights) QUIT YOUR JOB Carol - customer service isn't for you. I went to the Auto Center on 2/25. Right from the start Richard was very helpful and friendly. He gave me his opinion on which tires to get for my van and I took his advice. After a little while I had a feeling it was taking a little longer than it should be to put 4 tires on with new valve stems. I asked Richard what was going on and he immediately went in the back to figure it out. Apparently my lugnuts were either seized or over-torqued and they weren't coming off. (I just had it inspected at another service station in the area 2 days prior and had just picked it up less than 24 hours ago.) The mechanic, Claudio, spent so much time trying to get the lugnuts off to no avail. I called the service station that did the inspection and was talking to them about the issue. The service manager, Derek, even talked to them. The other service station told me to bring my van back in and they would work on the lugnuts. I bought the 2 tires that Claudio was unable to put on my van and put them in the van. I left Walmart. Took my van back to the other service station and they proceeded to work on my van for numerous hours just to get the lugnuts off. In the end they ended up having to break 2 lugnuts and 2 studs. Originally the service station said they wouldn't put the tires on because I didn't purchase them from their station, but they decided to throw them on without my permission. So when I found this out, I called up to Walmart to talk to Derek (Richard had given me both his and Derek's hours for the week, because I wanted to deal with someone familiar with the issue.) I told Derek that the other service station put the tires on without my permission and they didn't put new valve stems on. (The whole reason for new tires is the valve stems were leaking. Kind of defeats the purpose of getting new tires if you don't replace the leaky valve stems.) He told me to bring it up as he would be getting done lunch shortly after the time my husband would be home from work, and he would gladly have them remounted and with new valves. (I definitely was not going to leave the valves on and I surely wasn't going to trust the work of the other station.) So I took 2 kids and headed up from Pottstown. The wait was a little long as there was a rush, but once they got my van in the back it was only a matter of about 20 minutes from start to finish. Claudio got the 2 tires off the van. He took them off the rim and put the new valve stems on and my tires were back on my vehicle. Richard, Derek and Claudio went above and beyond when it came to my vehicle. I will never get tires from another place other than this particular Walmart Auto Center again. Many thanks to Richard, Derek and Claudio! read more
