    On GMC pickup window.

Exeter Township PA has the best Walmart auto service without question. Disgusted with the poor Optima battery life, purchases elsewhere, I drove the bad battery straight to Walmart, for a 5 year FULL warranty battery, for my bucket truck. Like my wife's Buick, with the battery under the back seat, and my GMC pickup last year, a Walmart tech tested the battery (stone dead), replaced the battery, took the old battery out of my pickup and gave me the core credit on checkout. It's hard to beat that kind of competent, helpful service.

Just turn the car around, head down the street for about a mile or 2 and go to Target.

22 cash registers; A maximum of 2 ever open. After a couple of years shopping here, I stopped and I haven't regretted it.

I give this Walmart -5. 50 registers and only 1 open. I avoid Walmart at all cost. And only try to shop at Target.

Furnishings and household decor are arranged to resemble my own living spaces at home. Everything is sorted and arranged into departments - and the store is huge. Frequently stop in because they are always getting in new items. Plus, it is a convenient place to donate our own things that we are ready to part with but still have more life in them.

It's a huge part of my life and thrifting is an inch I always need to scratch. Found this thrift shop while heading to Pottstown. At first glance it doesn't appear to be much but once inside you're transformed to a very nicely decorated and organized retail space - at least in the first few rooms. As you stroll thru the building the organization and display become less and less enticing into you reach the back which is literally like an unheated warehouse with stuff everywhere, somewhat organized. I did enjoy myself digging thru and discovering cool things but was deterred by the pricing which was more in line with an antique store than a thrift store. However quality for the most part (with the exception of those back rooms) was decent. In one of the rooms were handpainted portraits on large canvases, tons of them of different everyday, ordinary people. I enjoyed looking thru them to see if it was anyone I knew. Literally there was tons of them! Upstairs you'll find clothing and shoes, which felt like raiding a nursing home closet but not in a cool vintage way. Very matronly and not of current styles. Also clothing was very limited, probably primarily because of lack of space as the upstairs is a loft like area. There is a room for boutique items - with prices to match, only the brands were mall brands and nothing special. It is hard to maneuver in those rooms, and especially to social distance. I didn't feel comfortable up there at all. They did have some good stuff, but again nothing I was willing to pay that much for so I ultimately left empty handed. I will say this, don't let the run down, drab exterior fool you, if you're into the hunt like me this is one place you'll want to explore.

We debated a second living area, then we thought about it, we dont' have kids, and we really aren't huge movie buffs... so maybe we should have a fun basement for when we have some friends over, or those cold winter snowy nights where sitting outside isn't a reality , and you're sick of TV. So we headed over to RR Games. I wanna preface this by saying I've driven by this store for 4 years when I worked in Douglassville. Never stopped by, but really should have. The place is insanely cool. Tons of games, pinball machines, arcade machines, pool tables, skee ball(!!!), foosball , bubble hockey, old boardwalk style (Love tester) machines, it was just cool. Tons of small decor items you can add as well. Just a very cool place. We wandered around for awhile, and were met by Gerri Lea (according to our receipt). She answered a lot of questions for us (we initially only went to look), and noticed when we had stumbled upon a floor model in the rear of the shop. She told us the original price(a quick google search revealed many online places were selling for that price), and that the reason it was marked down was it was the last one left, and we would not be able to get our choice of felt. We liked the color of felt enough that was on it to not pay for the upgrade. Here's the kicker. Usually I hate upsells. From everything starting at French fries all the way up to sports packages on cars. I hate when I find one thing, and the seller shows me better things that I could have for "only a little bit more". Not here. She showed us the included package and each upgraded package. Noting what individual prices would be buying it all separately. (Again, a quick google search revealed their prices were pretty in line), and it made sense for us to do the upgrade to get the better table cover(we have cats who would make short work of the felt), 4 cues instead of 2, the better racks, the bridge, etc. It was all stuff we would have bought piecemeal, but instead it all came with the table for a fair price! We wound up getting the ping pong conversion kit as well for the top of the table as the price was right. We will be back. We will be adding air hockey and skeeball at the end of winter , and who knows what else. Definitely come here first , and dont come just looking, because you'll be leaving with what you were looking at. One quick side note. I had my table delivered today. Delivery guys were super nice. Accommodating the fact we had pets made sure to keep the doors closed, and not open up the doors we asked them not to, in order to keep both they , and our pets safe. Table was set up in the area I asked them too, but they modified it by a few inches because of shooting angles, and made sure I was ok with it. TOtal experience was an A+ with RR Games.
