Restroom was clean, functional and modern. Long lines on weekends is expected. I saw the self-checkout line diminished quickly as more cashiers became available. Employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable. I noticed that summer clothes were on clearance (earlier than in Texas). I much prefer to shop locally in boutiques because the selection is so much more my aesthetic. However, I've been on a 6 month journey to find the perfect flower girl dresses and hadn't had much luck... until now. Before checking online at Dillard's, I had settled on getting custom dresses made from Etsy. While I found it rather annoying that we would have to go through the whole measurement jazz and wait over a month or so before the dresses came in, I couldn't find any other flower girl dress options that I liked that were fashionable, not so flower girl-y, in Fall hues (gold/champagne/ivory), and not super expensive. Then, yesterday I decided to do a random online search with Dillard's as a last resort and BINGO! There it was. The most gorgeous little girl's champagne/gold brocade fit and flare dress for--get this-- $55! They didn't have the sizes that I needed online, so I called the store and the woman was more than happy to look on the sales floor and she found them and placed them on hold. I ran up there about an hour later and the dresses were as cute in person as they were online. I really appreciate website photography that is true to real life! On top of everything, they gave me 10% off because some beads (that can easily be fixed by my mother) were loose on the top of the dresses. So, when my mom and I drove to Dillard's to pick the dresses up, we were shocked that, while on our way to the girl's section, we saw a lot of cute outfits. Okay, Dillard's! While we didn't buy any of them, I did snag a Kate Spade office desk set on sale for 50% off. What a steal! You know what, I used to hate Dillard's. But, now I know that if I'm in need of a special occasion item and I can't find it anywhere else, check here before giving up!

In open spaces they had lots of kids activity and relaxing spots. Whole area was kept clean and constantly monitored, excellent service all around. There were several escalators, elevators and restrooms throughout the shopping center. Plenty of parking spots were available all around, pavements could use some improvement. As we walked around for a bit, I found many of my favorite stores like Lululemon, Dick's, Lego, H&M and an Apple Store too. It was a good mix of popular and expensive brands. They had Macy's and Dillard's departmental stores. Several of the restaurants included CFK, Chick fil a, Chipotle, The Cheesecake Factory, Texas De Brazil, Magliano's and lots more. Initially we went just to just visit Cold Stone, but we ended up spending couple of hours at this shopping center. I also found the rare Capital One cafe. We spent time shopping in Dick's as well. Just about every major brand you can think of is here, making it easy to spend several hours shopping if that's your thing. The only downside is the layout. Instead of being designed so you can start at one end and work your way through the entire center--or follow a convenient loop--the stores are spread across multiple sections. We noticed a lot of people parking, visiting a few stores, then getting back in their cars to drive to another section and repeat the process. It doesn't make for the most efficient shopping experience. We happened to visit during a stretch of 100°+ temperatures, so walking from one section to another simply wasn't practical. We visited the stores we wanted to see, then called it a day. In cooler weather, it would be much easier to spend several hours exploring everything the outlets have to offer. Overall, the selection is outstanding. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, or specialty stores, chances are you'll find what you're looking for. Just plan ahead, wear comfortable shoes, and if you're visiting during the summer, be prepared to use your car to get between sections.

Oh Stony Point, how far you've fallen…read more I don't know if it's COVID or what has brought about the mass exodus from this outdoor shopping center but it's a shell of what it used to be. 10 years or so ago - I was so impressed with all the stores here. Some of them the only high end ones until you get to DC. Tiffany's, Restoration Hardware, Anthropologie, Sur la Table, body stores, Bebe, Saks 5th Ave and tons more. Tiffany's and RH remain. As well as Saks and a few others holding on like Pandora and Brighton, but that's it. A vast majority of the shops have closed as well as the restaurants. I remember when this was a bustling shopping center with children playing in the main area and people walking their pets. It was a ghost town today. I hope it can be revived.
