I would give then ozero stars if I could but you have to give atleast one star. I brought my 09 mazda to the store to get a patch in a tire. The guy in service broke the valve stem. The valve system was one of the ones with a tire pressure sensers. When I ask them if they would pay to replace the valve stem that they broke the manager got rude with me. Walmart is Walmart. Never enough registers open and long lines. This Walmart is no different. The school supplies section gets crazy in August so grab your items first. I'm a teacher and always on the hunt for cheap supplies. Sometimes they have it and sometimes they don't. It sells out pretty quickly. I bought a cute bike here too. Meh. Nothing too exciting about this Walmart. And, someone dumped a 6 week old puppy in the parking lot and she spent the day hanging out with the greeter. Had we not happened to be at Walmart at the right time and place, who knows what would have happened to the puppy. The greeter said she had been there for quite awhile just hanging out. Needless to say, she's been our sweet Lola Pearl ever since, which was about 2 1/2 years ago. read more

Not the worst Walmart ivr been to, but not great either. Employees need to take some pride in their jobs.

Try not to go into this Walmart if I don't have to. Selection is not great, store is harder to navigate. Security is a concern with small children. Crowded and just not as clean. Typically go to the Walmart on cibolo valley drive. read more

This is an awesome Walmart. This area is out in the country for the most part; so you can get your feed for your livestock and chickens...a definate plus for us! The garden area always has fresh plants; with a 30 day return policy - yes; 30 day return policy...it dies; bring it back in with your receipt and they replace it - how bad @$$ is that!? (especially for you newbie gardeners! you have nothing to lose!!! doesn't matter if it's your fault or not) The grocery is alright - they have a deli and a hot chefs case..(nothing neat in the chefs case; it is walmart after all...no offense guys) Store is brand new - so the amenities are great. Customer service is MUCH better than the store @ Naco/1604 - they give new meaning to "customer service" at that location by having none! read more

Beware of the bait and switch! This particular stores on line ad says Bud Light, 36 pack, $21.97 so we make the special trip since that is a killer deal only to be told by not one but two employees that they don't even carry the 36 pack. They suggested I order it online but Walmart doesn't deliver beer to your door.... Totally illegal to advertise something you don't even carry just to entice me in the door. Love the store, but the advertising policy has me changing my shopping habits to HEB. read more

Just moved to the area recently, and this Walmart is one of the better ones I've been to. Of course, when I went in for snacks tonight, they didn't have the sought-after seasonal munchies I was looking for (Count Chocula cereal and various pumpkin-flavored treats), nor did they have frozen calamari available, but imagine my surprise that they had Pocky in stock! What Walmart ever has Pocky? Unfortunately Walmart doesn't seem to care about the proper handling of popular foreign snacks, as when I got home I found that all 3 boxes of Pocky I had purchased were completely melted into an unrecognizable solid chocolate lump. This is still about as decent as I can expect a Walmart to be. Aside from the extreme disappointment of melted Pocky, my shopping experience was over all pretty average and unremarkable--which is really saying a lot for a Walmart shopping trip. From my interactions with the employees I don't think Walmart has crushed every single soul in their workforce here yet (please don't, Walmart, I like employees with mostly-intact souls!), but I think I'll take my chances at the Walmart on 1604 the next time I want snack food. read more

I am so frustrated with this store They advertise they are 24 hours. However the pharmacy jewelry counter the dressing room and more close at 10 pm or earlier. I had a prescription that I could not get filled. I was also extremely disappointed that I could not try on clothes. Had to walk away leaving a cart full of clothes behind. Their claim was that the fitting rooms close at 10 p.m. for security reasons. Does not seem logical to me. What is the difference between someone trying clothes on at 10 a.m. or 10 p.m.? Why be a 24-hour store when half the departments in the store close at 10 p.m. or earlier? On my way out I spoke with three different people who are also frustrated about the Department's being closed. I think someone really needs to consider what they're doing here. They are losing business and since I met as I said three people with similar complaints on the way out it is obviously an issue. read more

Ok, so I'm in the area for the weekend and of course who can go more than 2 days without walking into a Walmart when its the only store open at 11pm? Its not a new Walmart so I was impressed how clean it was. It was late so not too many kids. Since there was not a lot of foot traffic I guess that is why I found my size in work pants. Very hard to find a size 13 or 15 that fits and is priced low. Love it. read more

This walmart is just like any other walmart and it is actually a bit on the cleaner side compared to others I have visited. Whenever I need to make a trip to walmart this is usually the location of my choice primarily because it's the closest one to my house. The service is... Eh. I've had good experiences and bad experiences. Some managers go out their way to help you out while others are lazy and don't care about helping you. There was a specific time I asked for a price on an item and the manager who was stocking the shelves told me she didn't know but that there was a scanner somewhere near by in one of the aisles. So yeah, that's the kind of service they have but it's not different from any other walmart I have been to. There are certain employees that will always help me and there's some that are just miserable working there and are rude to everyone they encounter. The signs on prices aren't always correct. There have been times where I grab an item that has a specific price and once I get to the register it rings up different. The lines are usually huge. Even the 15 items or less lines. Which is why I typically try to use the self checkout lines and sometimes even then it takes a good 5 minutes. read more
