Hate to admit this, but this is probably one of the best Walmarts I've ever been too and the other one is down the street in Bonner Springs lol! I mean who hasn't been to a Walmart? I have been to one in at least 22 states, but the cleanliness, layout and organization at this particular location is truly unmatched! You know how every Walmart layout is different and sometimes it can be overwhelming or just impossible to find basic things? Not here, the signs are big and the areas are clearly marked so you know by looking up where to get the things you need. Also, the selection for skincare in this Walmart is top tier! I clearly need to take more pictures and find out who the general manager is so they can be recommended for partner of products for all Walmarts because when I go into any other Walmarts I have this expectation. I am still trying to decide if I even liked Walmart at all until I came to this one LOL! But seriously hats off to all the employees and management that all do their job very well to make this happen. read more

I do not know how this store has this rating. The only reason we go there is location. Part of the issues we have run into are: Mobility scooters being gone only to find high school kids racing them through the isles. Trying to use the men's handicapped facility only to go on and staff is in there watching porn doing who knows what. Tring to call customer service while in the store to ask a question only to watch them just pick up the reciever and hang it up. Asking one of the employees in their vest a question only to have them shake their head and walk off. The list goes on and on. I do like this walmart! Service: it is a walmart you know what you can expect or get from them. Parking: As all other walmart big parking lot! Even though all walmarts are similar, but I do like how layback and less crowded this location is. Totally is more for the community. There are some walmarts you feel disgusted when you just step in. But not this one!!! They are good! read more

If I could give this Walmart 0 stars I would. As I'm leaving the store the courtesy greater stopped me with my receipt. Wouldn't let me leave the store and tried to grab my cart and my arm while I'm holding my two year old daughter in my arms. I went through self check out and used their "wand" tool to scan some of my larger items. The wand was defective and didn't pick up the barcode on a case of soda. I was treated this way all because of one item didn't scan correctly. But instead of talking to me nicely and trying to come up with a solution their employee put her hands on me. I will never return to this Walmart again! Such unprofessional behavior. read more

As I was walking down lane 7 to check out my 2 chicken and bacon wraps, I was stopped by an odd-looking woman. She wasn't odd as in ugly, odd as in weirdly hot. She looked at me with a joyful-looking smile and said in the most angle voice "can you come with me to aisle 19 please." I was too shocked by her beauty to respond so I nodded my head and followed her. She had the most elegant walk. It looked like she was an angel guiding me to heaven. since I was walking somewhat behind her I couldn't help but look at her beach wave blond hair and how it shifted back and forth with her petite feet. She glanced back at me and caught me looking at her. "My name is Maria by the way" she uttered in a flirtatious way. Maria. God damn Marie. A gorgeous soul of this earth that I want to touch, but is just too far away. Oh, Marie. As we are getting closer to aisle 19 I start to hear what sounded like an old creakily witch yelling. But for some reason, It was familiar. I and goddess Marie got to aisle 18 when she swept me against the small packages of gravy on the aisle and got up to my ear and spoke these words that haunt me to this day "whatever happens in there, just know, I'm in love with you." she kissed my cheek and motioned me to go on. I stepped out of the aisle and blow Maire a kiss. She smiled and walked away. Feeling the best I ever felt, I walked to aisle 19 like a badass gangster in a badass movie. But when I saw what was there, I almost screamed. It was an old creakily witch. It was my god damn ex-wife. who took my 3 kids away from me. "YOU, YOUR BEHIND ON CHILD SUPPORT AND NOW I CAN'T GET MY CHILDREN THEIR LUNCHABLES YOU MONSTER!" The old witch cracked at me. "YOUR CHILDREN HUH NO THEY ARE MY GOD DAMN KIDS YOU OLD HAG" I crackled back at her. "HOW DARE YOU USE THAT WORD IN FRONT OF MY KIDS YOU BOZO-LOOKING MUPET." I was trying to wrap my brain around what she said. While I was thinking, the Walmart popos came and tried to calm her down. "HA GOOD LUCK TRYING TO CALM DOWN THAT BITCH I TRIED FOR 7 YEARS AND SHE NEVER DID." The cops ignored me. I started to walk away, hoping to see Marie because I don't want to see that witch and...well the kids...yea I don't wanna see them too. As I was walking away, the witch yelled "COME BACK HERE MARC YOU NEED TO PAY ME GOD DAM CHILD SUPPORT!" "SHUT UP MICHELLE SHUT THE HELL UP." after that, I just wanted to get out so I turned around to leave, and there she was, Marie. Oh, My sweet Marie. I would give you the moon if I could. You god damn beautiful Marie. She smiled and opened her arms for a hug. As I walk towards my lover Marie, the witch yelled "OH SO THAT'S YOUR NEW WHORE HUH.". She pulled out a gun and I tried to jump in front of Marie, It was too late. She shot my Marie. The cops took down Michelle, and I ran to Marie. She was bleeding very badly. As I held her in my arms she said those words, those god damn words, "whatever happens in there, just know I'm in love with you.". She closed her eyes. For good. As I cried over her cold body, I police came and took her away. I was just left there, with 3 kids I don't even know that well. I took the kids and brought them to my place. The witch is now spending 47 years in jail and the kids are finally mine...unfortunately. But every night as I closed my eyes to sleep, I see her face, as she whispers the words "I'm in love with you" So just because of that Marie, this place gets 5 stars, even though she is dead. But Marie, oh Marie, I still think of you. read more

Best Walmart ever. The most organized and clean Walmart I've ever been to. Even the staff is friendly. To go to a Walmart and actually get good customer service is so rare, but it happens at this one! I'm so glad I live down the street from it so I never have to go to another Walmart if I don't want to. read more

This Walmart is great if you don't care for the crowds, or cramped parking lots at busier Walmarts. But Dang! They're missing soooo many items that the other Walmarts have. We've only been here for 6 months and they don't have: Arrow tips, Rachael Ray oven mitts,certain floor mats, An Optometrist for my prescription, La Victoria Medium hot sauce (La Victoria anything), Crystal Hot Sauce, Tabasco Jalapeño sauce, dehumidifiers in the winter and early spring. And every time I go there, the list of things they DON'T have, just keeps getting longer! I always end-up going to the Olathe, or Shawnee Mission Pkwy Walmart, or Target, which is an out-of-the-way inconvenience. I understand that they're new, but I hope they get with it quick now, especially since it looks like it's getting more and more crowded everyday. read more

Great customer service for a Wal-Mart store!!! I was pleasantly greeted and even walked to the aisle I needed. There was no waiting in line for a checkout, and the store spelled pleasant and was very clean and well kempt! read more

Okay, it's no secret that I'm not a fan of Wally World, but this location might be the exception. It may be due to it still being fairly new, but it's not crazy like most other locations. It's easy to park and it's not chaotic inside. The place is clean and well organized. Like another Yelper wrote, sometimes you have to go to a Walmart. When I do, this will be the location. I just hope they don't go downhill like so many other locations. read more

This is my neighborhood walmart. Been going there for over a year. Never had a problem with the service. The store is always clean.
