    How cool!

I'm really shocked at other reviews at this Walmart! It was such a treat to see all the goodies and a layout of this Walmart. The Walmarts in my city are usually dull color and this one was not at all even had brown inside which I was shocked. The self checkouts are huge- they have conveyor belts! I was in total shock. I really enjoyed my thorough walk around. I know for sure if I lived closed this would be my go to Walmart. The door greeters were very nice here, I was greeted as I entered and as I left. This walmart was very spaced out and had an absolutely huge parking lot.

The staff is generally polite here however the upkeep needs help there was so much over frost in the freezer it was crazy kind a look like a snow globe They do tend to have sales and occasionally I find things that are super cheap throughout the store though you do see open bottles and trash left on the shelf

First time at this store and was far away from home. I needed to return a few items from Christmas. A huge ground level parking lot is in front of the store. This is a large strip, so even though large and can locate a space it just may not be close. I did not see any debris in the lot, or walks upon entering. A staff person directed me to customer service. The line was not long on a weekday evening. The woman who assisted me was efficient and processed the return quickly. Unfortunately with no receipt they provided a gift card. I like that Target can process a return using your credit card. Since I had a gift card I went in the store to look for an item. The store seemed clean and organized enough to me. However, they did not have Horizon chocolate milk. So this would mean going to another Walmart which was a hassle. I would return to this store. More like a 3.5, but since they did not have my item rounding down.

This winter has been murder on my skin. Time to bring in the heavy artillery. (And maybe work on the wrinkles. )

I can't stand the company and what it has done to small, locally owned businesses, but sometimes I can only find what I need at Walmart. This one isn't bad compared to others and I usually get out of there pretty quickly. My cashier today was very friendly and super fast.

The WORST shopping experience I have ever had and it had absolutely nothing to do with COVID(although, product availability is limited, as expected at no fault of the store). The produce looked like zombie skin. Literally rotting. All of it. Very dirty store, nothing is in the right spot, everything is so close together that you're literally bumping into people everywhere you turn. This is the worst, most outdated Walmart I have ever been to. It's not often that I'll put my things back and drive all the way to another store to get the things I need, but this is not the place to shop.

I try to avoid this place as much as possible. The customer service is terrible. They never have any lanes open. The self checkout is how I usually try to go but they have lines now. The cashiers never greet you and seem like you are a bother. Most of the time they are talking to another worker. I took this picture this morning because I guess this is time to go at 8 in the morning no one around but only one register open. Are cutbacks getting this bad we can't open more than 6 registers in Walmart at a time.

I was excited when I first saw the Publix in Suffolk, Virginia. The store is beautiful inside. I…read morelove how they've got the subs, sushi, cheese, olives, pizzas, and all the grab-and-go foods set up right as you walk in the door--perfect if you're just coming from work and need something quick. I walked around the whole store, and while it looks nice, the prices are high. For example, Nathan's hot dogs that are usually around $5 at other stores were $9.19 at Publix. That's not in everybody's budget. I wish they had better bargains like Kroger does. All I can say is, I went in once to check it out, thought it might be a regular shopping spot for me, but it's not. I wanted to love it, and I do like it for certain things--maybe if I want a sub, pizza, or some sushi. But for everyday, weekly, or monthly shopping, it's just not for me. On the bright side, the store was very clean, and the employees were friendly (though not super helpful). The customers seemed nice too. At the end of the day, it comes down to preference and price range. I'd say it's worth trying at least once to see if it fits your needs.

I have visited this store about three times now, and I like it here!…read more Every time I visited, I was able to pick up all my needs on my list. I did not witness any employees being overly friendly, like hey, hi, how are you, type action...but that's fine! I love the ease of shopping without chatter, chatter, chatter. I'm not antisocial, but that aspect does not bother me. The pricing is good, despite the price increases globally. There is plenty of parking out front. The carts are always available. This store does not have the self checkout lines like other Food Lions have implemented, but they definitely move the lines quite swiftly. There are other nearby shops, including: a beauty store for your haircare and beauty needs, a Chinese to-go spot and I think another business is over there too. All within walking distance. I recommend you check out this store, if you are in the area. If you are not a MVP member, please sign up! I love the program and depending on how often you use it and what perks are given, you can very well received monetary rewards to use towards your next purchase. Because of my dollars in my wallet (on my MVP card), my bill came up to $25+ but I ended up paying less than $10 for my items. Save, save, save - it's easy! Just sign up and enter your # each time to go through the line - heck share your # to get the savings. No need to carry a MVP card with you everywhere if you have a phone# associated with it :) Sharing is caring :) Have fun ~ be safe ~ enjoy life :)

I could have sworn I'd written a review for this place but I guess I haven't. This Food Lion is on…read morethe small side and kind of a low-end store. This is not a store you to go when you want to cook a gourmet meal. You aren't going to find much in the way of speciality items; heck, they don't even carry orzo or sweet chili sauce! So why do I return here so much? Mainly it's because of convenience as this store is close by my house. And the staff feels like family. I rarely have a very long wait but I tend to avoid rush times (evenings and weekends after the golden morning hours). When I know I'll need higher end items, I head to Farm Fresh but I have an affinity for this Food Lion.
