I'm pretty sure this is the worst Walmart ever. Store is small and they don't have a good variety of stock. Always kids running around screaming (doesn't happen at publix) and we even had an employee try to ask US to move out of an end cap space between two pallets (we were looking at goods) as they wanted to go through (when they easily could have just gone to one side or the other less than two feet away). This location was actually pretty clean and organized although the front of the store felt cramped. Came here for an order pickup. Pickup area clearly marked and signage up to let drivers know where to go. We checked in and they were out in no time to load the car. Very friendly staff. read more

I would give them no stars. If possible, I was treated the worst I've been treated in many years, I've been sobbing all day, and my voice is gone. I was trespassed from there because I called corporate on speakerphone inside the customer service area. They said they felt threatened because I did it on speakerphone and they said that it was causing a scene. I've been a loyal, valued, allegedly customer. I don't understand how I could be treated like that. I've lived here for 26 years, and I exit one county just to come to the other county because of how nice the people usually are in that Walmart. I can't believe how they treated me. Do you know how embarrassing it is to have 4 cop cars called to tell you that your trespassed from a store when that's not even warranted??!The man in customer service lied to me about his name, because he knew I was calling corporate, he turned his name tag around. I had to get his real name, which was Ron from another employee. My close friend Anthony. Who also works there (as a greeter) ... I'm gonna miss them, they were like family. I'm gonna miss Kathy Sahami who is in the pharmacy manager position, I'm gonna miss Marcel I'm gonna miss Charlie. These people were like family to me, and now I'm not even allowed to go into this store. I am a woman of God, I go to church twice a week, and I try everyday to do the right thing, I never deserved how I was just treated today, and I really hope nobody else is treated that way too... I have used Walmart+ for years now and never had an experience as bad as I had Mothers Day weekend. My car had broken down so I had no way of getting to the store to get the groceries I needed so I placed an order online for delivery. Apparently they were having issues with the online ordering that had gone down. I only received one text notification that said the order was delayed no other reason beyond that. I wasn't able to cancel the order it said until hours later when that option finally became available to me. I called the customer service number and the nice lady I spoke with called into the store and had me joined in on the line with her. The man who answered who didn't give a name was very rude and was yelling at the woman over the phone. Kept saying she should know that there was an issue and then hung up on her. Very rude and disrespectful, I will never shop at this location and certainly not use the online services!!! Wish I could have given this NO STARS, worst customer service won't be shopping there again. read more

This is the most poorly-stocked Walmart I have ever been to in both Pinellas and Hillsboro County. The last time I went there, they had no equate brand whey protein isolate at all. Not one single flavor. They were completely out of great value white bread, as well as wheat bread. No great value coffee. There were a few other things as well. She smeared her obviously greasy hand ove it and said I'd have to clean the grease off. Power trip obviously. ALL WALMARTS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL: The layout of this particular location differs greatly from most other ones. If you're on a road trip and you're running in here to grab a few things, you may find the layout a little confusing. With this stated, I highly recommend downloading the Walmart app before you get to the store. This will especially help you locate groceries in this particular store... a potentially daunting task when you are in any unfamiliar grocer. MY EXPERIENCE: I showed up here around 8:30 p.m. and found everything I needed in a store that was very organized and clean. I spoke with an employee on the bake goods area who reffered to herself "Nett" and found her to be pleasant and very helpful. BEST EMPLOYEE EVER: My last visit here was a long time ago when a stellar Walmart manager named Tommy W. worked here (he also worked at locations in Oldsmar, Hudson and Dunedin's Neighborhood Market - I believe he once menrionwd that his wife also worked here). Sadly, I have lost touch with him due to my shipboard career taking me all over the globe and a recent relocation across the country... but, I know wherever he is, quality management abounds. Yup I did it, the 3rd Wal-Mart I have visited in my life. Don't go getting judge on me, I have nothing against Wal-Mart & they have some great products & prices. My problem originates with the fact there is never a slow time to go, so time consuming. Second is parking! What a nightmare, just park far away & try not to get killed entering store. Then talk to the rain God's to hold off till you make it safely back to your vehicle. Next is the cart pile ups in lanes, especially frozen & refrigerated...can I take a number. Last but certainly not least, extremely long check out lines. Even if they have self checkouts, your frozen food won't make it home. A nightmare, I wish I could find just 1 well run store & I would make the drive, at least I'm moving. What's a girl to do? When your patience level is low & your love of your ankles is high, only make that trip when you must! read more

This is the cockroaches of all Walmarts. The store is super tiny and doesn't have the stock that some of the other stores have. Inside is a giant cluster fuck. Especially by the front door. And if this particular store doesn't sell a product that another Walmart does, they absolutely won't take it back. Are you serious? It still came from walmart just not this particular store. And with it having such awful stock, chances are, you aren't going to be able to bring anything back to this Walmart that you got from another Walmart. Also, they are out of stock of a lot of stuff all the time, lots of empty spots on shelves. I've never seen polite staff here either. I have seen homeless people sitting out front, however. Or employees smoking 5 feet from the door creating a wonderful cloud of smoke for everybody to walk through ...I wish they would tear this place down and build a target. read more

Never any open registers. Lines always super long, Most of the time things are out of stock. Never do delivery because they will substitute your stuff with literally whatever. It won't even make sense or be close. read more

We have a two-way tie for hell on earth. Between this location and the one at Hanley & Waters Ave. in Tampa, I'm not sure which one is worse. This one here might have the edge though because it's where the Holiday, FL riff-raff descend to buy their Gators sweatpants and Flo-Grown hats. Also, the store is disorganized and in disarray. Ever go to a Ross after a huge sale? That's how the aisles here look 24/7. Hit the Alderman location down the street instead. The few extra miles might cost you some gas money, but with that comes peace of mind. read more

I've never seen a "super center" that is this small. It lacks a cohesive plus size clothing center - heck what used to be their plus wear is mostly clearance now. They do have a decent electronics department, if you have an Iphone. A fairly OK selection of Health & Beauty. But this is mostly a Walmart if you need to quick stop. There's a real super center 20 minutes away on SR54 or JUST up the road on Alderman. read more

For a small Super Center, it was actually very well maintained and had a very good selection to choose from.

Very nice staff overall. Several of the salespeople helped me; I was in a scooter and couldn't fit the pedestal fan that one of the salesmen recommended so one of the ladies carried it to the front register for me. When I got to the register, however, even after reminding the checkout guy that I had several manufacturers coupons that are attached to the items (by sticker or cardboard around the top), he didn't ring up any of them. I didn't realize this until I got home. I had so much to get back to my car that I was very thankful for the family who helped me not only unload it onto the conveyor belt but load it all back up in a spare cart for me and help me to the car with it. A beautiful friendly mother of three who helped me after I complimented her on her sparkly hijab and talked with the kids a bit about their school. Overall I had a very good impression of this Walmart. Clean and friendly. read more

The worst is the customer service, especially the Customer Service section and Management. Just try to return something and receive the 3rd degree with every excuse not to take something back. went to walmart to buy some material as I am making shorts. they have a sewing .. material.. crafts section at this particular store. I picked out the material and looked for an employee.. found a gal and she said she didnt cut material but would find someone who did. Heard one being paged over head.. waited. . ten minutes.. the next person came along and I asked him if he was the one that cut material.. he said no. but he would get someone. .He wasnt sure someone was in the store that knew.. I waited.. while they paged over head.. again .. ten minutes. .no one came. walked by the dressing room and asked the gal there if she knew who cut material. .of course she didnt.. so I put the material back and l left. My thoughts., if you sell the stuff why wouldnt you have someone to help the patrons out. why was there no one one the store that knew how to cut material. Kind of sad.. A very small "Supercenter" that is in what used to be the areas smallest Kmart. They have nothing that one would come to expect from a Walmart Supercenter and what they do have is crammed into to small a space. Where do I even start. Let me say this, you have to take a shower after you shopped there. The isles are narrow, so you required to bump into twenty people down to finally get to where you need to go. The shopping carts are in such an inconvenient place, that you can not even pull out the cart because you have a massive traffic jam and the damn carts stick! The place looks like it was never cleaned. Probably do not even care. The clothes, lets say this, either you have to be a size 0 or a size 28, there is no in between. Recently used the Walmart grocery pickup. It went very well, employee was nice and kind, he literally brought everything out I ordered and put everything in my car, took less than 10minutes and I didn't even have to get out the car. Will defiantly be using this service again, especially after I long hard day at work ! read more
