Estos pasillos de Walmart siempre me traen buenos recuerdos.

Walmart: A while ago I had rated this place with fewer stars, but lately they have made quite nice changes and so have the staff. I like to go to this Walmart because it is very close to my house and my experiences are mostly good. I don't give it 4 because the treatment I had from the staff was quite unpleasant, because they got upset with me because I wanted them to help me with some information ℹ.

Always clean and well stocked the produce section is always filled and I find everything I need plus it has a great view of the mountains. Customer service friendly

My blanket shoes and pants and some shirts

I was just leaving Walmart I went to load my blankets and clothes and a pair of shoes I had just bought and 2 police officers stopped me at my car as I'm loading them up and told me to stop what I'm done then they went through my receipt even though there's plenty of other people doing the same thing and I said I hate the stereotyping at this store and they always stop just me when other people are leaving with more stuff then me and obviously I paid for everything and after they figure out after drilling me about what the items were and pricing on them they told me maybe I should come back to this location I told them to F off and went on about my day I'm a hard worker I'm a welder and fabracator and yes I had holes in my pants and was a little dirty but even if I was stealing it was clothes and a blanket and a pair of shoes is the middle of winter and these clowns have nothing better to do

    Messy floor

Interesting I gave the stars posted the photos, but then didn't finish writing not sure what to say-- the pictures pretty much say it all, beside I had no words SMH‼-- now However in the time since I ousted my stars it has been interesting as I have bummed in to friends or acquaintances and friends of family--so interesting that they have just returned from this same store and knowingly stared just verbally unloading their disgust of their local Walmart-- that being said they are all people who have within the past 3/5 years have moved into this area and thus have experienced far better Walmarts. This entire store has clearly had no concept of pride in their work, customer care or assistance.

I went to this Walmart to see if they had what I needed after coming up short at two other Walmarts I went to. They did have what I wanted so now do I stand in line or go through Self check out? I decided to go through the self checkout. Surprisingly it went really smooth with no troubles.

My Wednesday haul was worth over $150, and I ended paying about $32 for a lot of Amazon's and Target things misc items. They also have an online store where you can bid. Some of their staff is rude, and an older woman asked what I had in my purse at checkout. It was my really small side shoulder purse, and she noticed my envelope 1st aid kit. I asked why she was looking for my purse. As she was insinuating, i was stealing. She also kept asking people not to open boxes that were already previously opened. Some other staff, however, are nice and willing to help.

I tried looking out the ingredients while I was in the store but the store barcode sticker was on top of it. Fast forward to today. It was the only time that I was able to stop by this week from work and I go in and the lady that was helping me look like she was new. I said hi I'd like to return this it hasn't been used. I realized that the ingredients in it were harmful and I don't want this product. I would like a refund she says well I have to check with my manager because it's a cosmetic product and it looks open. I was like okay, go ahead and check with your manager. This is how I purchase the product. I did not have a plastic wrap on it or anything. Whoever came to assist was rude and she said yeah this definitely was open and you can tell by the amount of oil in the bottle, because it's not filled to the top. She also mentioned because I didn't return the item in one or two days that they can't do a return. Clearly, this person does not know what any amount of fluid ounces looks like because the products not even two fluid ounces so wouldn't even take up the whole bottle. So I did not get a refund or a store credit or anything from this purchase. Because they said I used it based on the amount of oil that was in the container. I think this is absolutely ridiculous that I had spent six or seven dollars on this product and don't want to use because it's harmful to my health, but they're gonna say it's used because that's what they think versus actually knowing. And I get that people lie and return stuff all the time , but the product wasn't used so that just made it more infuriating to me that they were rude and they couldn't help me. Not going to TJ Maxx ever again. I was never mentioned when checking out that cosmetic products cannot be returned or that they had to be returned in a couple day span.

Got up to the checkstands only to realize that just the self-checks were open. I don't have an issue with self-checks as a convenience option, but I'm unwilling to patronize a business that's unwilling to make a basic effort to provide service. With that said, I went over to the customer service desk, where two employees were standing and staring straight ahead, not working on anything at all. We asked if they could ring us up, to which they replied they could not and pointed us toward the self checks. Kindly, the Starbucks barista was able to ring up the mug as well as our extra item. Was trying to avoid bothering her as she was the only one with customers. I'll give it two stars because the store was clean and the Starbucks barista was happy to help. Other than that, if this is the future of Target, I'd rather just shop on Amazon. All the same stuff available at my fingertips, without the drive (at $5/gal in fuel) or having to check out and bag my own items.
