On several occasions we have had a horrible experience! My husband and I are in our late 20s and the staff recebtly has treated us with no respect! One instance we were refused to purchase beer by the store manager (we are both in our late 20s and had my toddler son with us and IDs). Today, the same manager actually called security to check my husband's car for underage individuals while yet again purchasing alcohol with valid ID. Not only is it embarrassing but a waste of our, and the security guard's, time. We are very frequent shoppers and I feel we've been having more and more issues. Do not use site to store at this store. Drive to Livermore. The customer service here is garbage. The CSM, Danish, is uncaring and has a terrible attitude. How on Earth does it take them almost 3 hours to grab a ladder from the back of the store, put a sticker on it, and walk it to the front? Tracy Walmart looks a lot better since it's been remodeled. The frozen food section has better selection than it did before. Prices are pretty cheap throughout the store but I really don't like coming here. The parking lot is always DIRTY with trash and I can't stand the people that solicit outside ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. It's very annoying to always be asked to sign something or asked for money. Walmart needs to step their game up and get rid of these people so customers will enjoy shopping there more. Auto Department, absolutely the worst place ever!!!.. I call to ask a question about a car battery and one of the idiots so called "technicians" put me on hold and went looking for somebody else because he didn't know the answer to my question so I waited for 10 minutes but nobody else came back. I swear, they find the rudest people to work there. When you go in person they also make you wait in line forever because the a...hole at the desk is taking his time talking on the phone to to another customer and completely ignoring the people waiting in line. Well, overall this WalMart is good. I especially like Joan who greets you at the front door. She's so friendly. They can fix this place up, they can put a food store in here, but nothing, and I mean NOTHING will ever make this place a place I will shop at. The first thing you notice is when you walk in, and the chorus of children crying and bad music blaring. The store is just dirty, and the staff is rude. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. I was looking at some bras debating which one to get. One of the employee came up to me and said "Why don't you stop looking at it and try it on already. " Seriously that is none of her business and as an employee, she should not be talking to a customer like that. I was so piss I threw every down and walked away. Two mins later I was in the other aisle looking for my friend, when I over heard her talking to another employee gossiping about the customers and complaining about her job very loadly. What ever you do! DO NOT purchase tires from Walmart. First of all their customer service is beyond poor! Second of all they do not honor manufacturers warrantees! I came to them with a separated tire and they would not fix it! They said I had to go to the manufacturer to get it replaced. The tire is a Goodyear tire. I than went to Goodyear who told me that this tire is only made specifically for Walmart and that they should honor that warrantee. Walmart in Tracy REFUSED! To honor the manufacturers warrantee! The worst shopping and costumer service I have ever experienced. I just hung up after being on hold for over 40 minutes. When I arrived I went straight to someone who could help me. His badge said co-mgr, and he stared at me with a blank look after telling him I was still on hold. I told him what I was looking for and he said I could go to the sporting goods. I said back to him, of course I can I'm here now. He then fave me another blank look and said sorry. Another time, a checker left her register to go on break, just left. It was crazy! Some major improvements are taking place at this Walmart, which was really in need of a remodel. The new grocery department will be a big plus, and it looks like they are widening the aisles and reducing the amount of clutter. Absolutely the worst place ever! I swear they find the rudest people to work there. They all seriously must hate their jobs and life. They have 20 check stands and only 1 or 2 are open. Lines are all over the place and nobody seems to care. The photo department/ return center/online pick-up is a joke. Half the time nobody is working and the other half you are waiting for the two people that are working to help the 20 people in line. They move at a snails pace and could care less that people have been waiting for 45 minutes. This new thing of showing your receipt as you walk out the door is a complete joke! First, they can't make you stop and second if you want people to stand in a line to show their receipt at the door you better move faster at the check stands so they don't have to wait twice. I actually like this walmart more then some others and would have given them another star except when I was in line one night a young girl came back in and said that she never got her tooth brush.
