Do not order anything online, they are the worst when it comes to finding your item. I spent hours checking fed ex and trying to locate the item, my experience was terrible. Worst customer service. No one can check if a product is in stock. Went from asking employee on the floor, who sent me to register. Then customer service the lady at customer service said she couldn't look up an item. She then sent me back by the registers to an employee lady with a scanner which was no help with her little scanner. A guy employee was with her which they agree he was going to help me which ended up talking to another employee and just left us waiting in the middle of the store. I just gave up after reading the reviews not even contacting the Manager will help. This place is a disaster. There are a lot of jokes about Walmart, particularly the somewhat- for want of a better word, "informal"- shoppers there. But once you get past the folks walking around in pajamas, body art, and showing too much cleavage- both male and female- you'll realize that this store has consistently lower prices than other stores. The supermarket has a more than adequate produce department, and a wide variety of frozen, canned and refrigerated items, even specialty items I didn't expect. English pub-style malt vinegar and many European and Asian favorites, for example. Their line of Great Value products is indistinguishable from name brands. Their natural peanut butter, for example, is better than Skippy, and their ice creams, particularly coffee and cherry, are the best I've ever had. Who'd have thought? It's not the neatest, certainly due to under-staffing, and I could do without the usual fundraisers and panhandlers outside, but all in all, I have to highly recommend the Walmart in Tracy, CA. read more

Well, I hate coming here in the first place. I usually only come here buy their dry-fit tees. But today, I needed an oil change without an appointment. I arrived just as they opened the shop. I was immediately informed that it would be over an hour for a oil change because they're short handed. WTH, I'm the first one in line? Well, almost two hours later, I'm still waiting. As I am waiting, a Hispanic male customer enters the automotive customer service area as asked for assistance from the male associate working behind the counter. Although the customer has an accent, it was intelligible. The Walmart associate immediately says, I don't understand you...and gets on the phone to request a Spanish speaking associate. I was really pissed...pissed because the Walmart employee didn't even make an attempt to ask any qualifying questions, he didn't make any attempt to ask anything....he just blew the guy off. This Walmart employees name is Don. He's a lazy, poorly groomed, with poor hygiene, poorly trained employee that doesn't understand effective communication at all with any of the customers I watch him interact with over the course of an hour and fifty minutes! I particularly love this store because of familiarity with products location, Brands and the friendly customer service clerks that I have experienced within the past 10 years. The employee was rude and explained I shouldn't of printed them there if I was getting more then 50. I aid sorry explained I didn't know and I thought the streak issues was due to cleaning maintenance. So they re printed them again in the back the second time came out fine I left. Later on in July I went back had the June and July professional photo shoot photos reprinted I need more and ran out this time I had 110 printed I made sure I did the one hour photo and I waited in the store for a hour as they printed I pick d them up went through then before purchasing and there were streaks in them at this point I was pissed. I did everything they told me to do printed it off the right machine due to the quantity and it was still messed up had streaks in them. They re printed them all again same thing streaked. Then I complained they told me they would reprint them and I can pick them up later I had to leave couldn't stay due to kids were anxious and tired of waiting I asked if I could send my husband. Then my husband went to pick them up later he brought them home and they were all fine but one picture was missing. I wouldn't of been so mad if this was a one of but after all the mess ups that one missing picture was a big deal but with two kids and a husband to feed I wasn't about to go down there again. So I let it go. After all this I'm so mad at myself for going back a fourth time but I forgave and I believe in second chances or four chances. So this time August I came in 3 days in a row fist time all machines were being used second time some machines had maintenance signs on them and the others would not let my phone hook up to the machine. Came in the third day in a row the woman who helped me the second time I ever had the photos printed here was working on one of the machines and I was finally able to hook up on another one. I went to print about 7( pics this time from the correct 1 hour machine like I'm supposed to. ) after picking out the pictures and editing them all I finally pushed the print button. Then the lady next to me asked about my picture how many I told her and I said I had two photo sessions I printed aT the same time she said do you have the release form for me since they were professionally taken. I said excuse me they are my pictures. She sat there and argued with me and said she will not give me my pictures she said I didn't own them and was very rude. It took everything in my not to go off or get the manager I told her she has helped print my pics in the passed and never asked me for this proof before. I said yes you did she said no I didn't. So this continues for a couple of minutes and I had to walk all the way out side to call my photographer since Walmart's a dead zone no service and the photographer apologized for Walmart and said they are the worst to get copies printed. They said they would be more then happy to provide me with the proof but that would require me to go all the way to Manteca since the lady at Walmart claimed she needed a document. The proof on my phone was not enough. I'm just so upset with this particular employee she claims she never helped me before and she has with professional pictures she said she would never have made my copies with out proof of me providing to her that they were released. My child asked why she had lied my child was with me every time and knew she had helped us previously. So needless to say I have learned my lesson sadly to say it took me so long to give up. So that part was my fault. That lady's customer service was horrible and the quality of there machines is worse will not be back !!! read more

First of all let me just start with how I'm used to their customer service and how it's rare to find someone who is attentive and nice. This time I got fed up, knowing that this won't stop us from going but getting their attention on how the employees hopefully will help. I was in line waiting to be rung up waiting for the man to finish paying. When the transaction was almost finished ZOHRA the employee informed me she was closed (made me wait for 10 Min to tell me) so I moved , whatever brushed it off. We were waiting right next in line when I turned around and she was ringing Someone up so I got pissed off she first told us to move so A man in back of me and I move. Let me just add I'm Mexican and the guy in back of me is Mexican. She made us Move cause she was closed. But that she run up an Indian man made it worse. ZOHRA obviously was in the Indian descent and obviously we felt discriminated. I can't even try and make it seem as If it wasnt discrimination but everyone around us noticed. How the hell do you want people to feel comfortable and fine when your literally doing this Kind of thing. I did acknowledge how I felt towards her but I realized once she started talking back that it wasnt worth my time so I told the manager and she was completely different And made Relieved that she was going to talk to her. Poor customer service. I have been coming long enough to truly say they don't care about customer satisfaction. I call and they give me attitude so than I come in and theirs only one register and they are giving attitude too all the customers in line as if it's our fault there's a huge line. Tonight topped it off with this Asian lady yelling at everyone and giving attitude to customers who dared and ask her if the register was open. Even though this store has expanded and remodeled it still feels trashy. Aisles are a mess. The garden area has a terrible selection of plants. The dressing rooms aren't cleaned. Its a 24 X 7 Supermart (Obviously with some departments closed) pretty much trying to offer everything under the sun. Prices are very reasonable but quality is questionable. But what really concerns me about this place is their workforce they literally range from 16 year olds to 90 years old working up the aisles and the counter. The other day I saw a very old man completely bent down due to old age with his neck not even able to lift up was wearing the Walmart employee uniform and trying to push an empty cart only he knows to where which took him around 1 hr to move 20 steps. When I first saw him with his body bent over on the cart with no moment - U know what went on my mind but suddenly he lifted his neck and started pushing the cart. I am not against old people employement but in places like walmart where there is lot of people and stuffs moving around, some physical energy is definitely needed to atleast avoid operational hazard. read more

This Walmart is ridiculous. They are locking everything up. Baby formula, batteries, razors, liquor, etc. they have buttons to get an associate to come help you get these things. I understand they have high theft for these items, but EVERY time I end up having to press the button 4 times or so, and wait at least 15 minutes. I'll go find an associate and tell them I've been waiting a while, and they say "you need to press the button" I let them know I've pressed it multiple times. Today I asked three different associates. They all said they would find someone, left, and nobody ever came. read more

I just came from here and all I can say is I will drive right past it to do my shopping from now on. I feel like when you work in Customer Service you should be able to effectively service customers. I brought in a game that I had purchased yesterday, when I made it home put the game in and it wouldn't load. As I said I went in today to exchange the gave for Money/Store Credit/Another game, any would have been fine with me. Only problem is none of that was ok with them. They told me that I could only exchange it for the same game.. No problem here, well except they were sold out and had no idea when they would expect more in. Keep in mind last week it was their HOT New Release. After waiting 20 minutes for someone in Electronics to assist me I returned to the front were the returns are processed. I informed the women handling returns that the game was sold out. She then spoke with CSM Lynette (I believe that is how it was spelt) who pulled her out of ear shot to whisper that they didn't have the game. Lynette then turned to me and said "Sorry you'll have to come back when it is in." I told her it made no sense for me to continually carry it around and randomly stop by to return it in hopes the game is in. I feel like if you are selling a defective product there needs to be a better resolution then "We don't know when this game comes in, just come back later". I have worked in a customer service career for over 7 years and to me that is an absolutely unacceptable way to handle such a matter. If you sell something that doesn't work and you cant supply when you are stating is "A Law" ( Yes she gave me the sorry it isn't Walmart, it's a Copyright Law) Then there should be an exception to that rule and at least give me store credit or a different title. Relax Walmart I won't take my 60.00 precious dollars from you. Like I said unless this gets resolved I will make sure that everyone I know never shops here again, because you can't reward terrible customer service. I'm sure the Employees there won't mind having no customers because it gives them an opportunity to take their thumbs out of their mouths and put them in their backside and sit on it. I recently went to Walmart to look for a few things...curtains and curtain rods...I found what I was looking for...for a reasonable price and the selection was good as well although there were quite a few items out of stock..this also was true for the curtain rods...I wanted a peticular style and needed 3 for a few windows so they would all match...they only had 2..so I had to buy another style that I did not particlary like as much...also the walmart store in Tracy,ca is designated a 49ers store and had the majority of mercahndise available was 49ers..and I am a huge,huge Raiders fan..I found this quite depressing and insulting....I will now have to travel out out of the area to buy my Raiders merchandise read more

I cannot stand going to this Wal-mart. The store is always seems dingy and dirty. Why is it when people shop at this store, the feel the need to walk as slow as they can in the middle of the aisle? Then they stop right int the middle of the aisle blocking the flow of traffic in both directions? Then when you do find something to buy, the lines are forever long and there are hardly any cashiers working. Then as you are walking out the door, especially in the garden center, the door greeters are just chillen in a chair, leaning over a shopping cart, like its a pain to even be working there. I used to work in a WalMart store for 10 years and i know that something can be done to this store to make it more "shopper friendly". I was pretty disappointed with how I was treated this morning. I needed to return some yarn that was the wrong color then what I needed I am a nurse and I work 7 am -9 pm, there "returns" are closed. They said they could make and exception I was pleased until she changed her mind then they say oh never mind you going to have to come back a different day? I said there is no way you could return it, you just said you could. The employee laugh at me and said tough. I was appalled and then the employee turned back around to go back to chatting with another employee about how drunk she was last night. I find it quite disturbing that employees are treating customers like this and the conversations that are allowed to take place.
