Honestly, I do not shop at Walmart. But this Walmart... a real show stopper! We. have been here now four or five since the move and every time we go I never have a complaint (and I complain a lot lol)! They have a heath facility in there with full service eye doctors, pediatricians, physicians, check ups, etc. We visited the area and they even gave us a free hearing and eye exam! The lines are not tremendously long when you need to check out, it's not packed, and it super clean, you can actually find things! Customer service is very kind and respectful. It needs to be made a rule or law that pets are not allowed in grocery carts. It's disgusting to me that I see dogs in grocery cards where I have to put my fresh fruits and vegetables. I never see this at Publix. This is a serious health concern and problem that needs to be addressed. read more

I visited the Walmart supercenter in Wesley Chapel, Florida on 9/8/2024 at 9:30 am. The store was moderately busy and I purchased a few items. However, to my amazement they only had 6 self checkout registers open and there were over 40 people in line for the self checkout and there only 4 regular check outs lines open with 10 or more customers in each line. It took me over 30 minutes to check out and leave. It amazes me that they can have 20 to 30 plus Walmart employee shoppers roaming about the store shopping for their on line customers and no one to assist the actual in-store shoppers. After returning home, I attempted to to call the store to speak to the Store manager. After my third attempt (Over 15 minutes for the first 2 call of just ringing and then being disconnected) someone finally answered and I ask for the store manager and they said that they would transfer me. I remained on hold for another 30 minutes before I gave up. I will have to say that this store is the most poorly managed store I have ever visited. I still would like to speak to either the store manager or a district/regional manager to discuss the poor management of the check out portion of the store. Walmart should go to Costco and learn from their checkout process. I have never had to wait in line checkout line for more than 5 minutes. Walmart should just end their in-store shopping and only cater to their online shopping as it seems like they focus most of their resources on these purchases. We historically spent $300 to $400 a week at this store (a result of Bidenomics) and Walmart has lost my patronage due to your lack of customer service. This is the result of Walmart's upper management's (Store/DIstrict/Regional managers) lack of focus on customer service. Purchased large outdoor furniture set, waited 15 min for help and called customer service 2x from my phone, no answer and hung up on. Had to push the box all the way to self checkout (not a small box and no carts would hold it) because nobody works here. Finally after getting the front I see the manager who I had to scream in order to get her attention. She tells me they might be able to help and leaves I just push it the rest of the way to self checkout, while people are staring at me in disbelief. Check out and push it to the main door, the only guy to help is the doorman who then gets yelled by the manger for walking 20ft from the door to help me put it in my truck. They never have mediums or larges here in clothing because everyone buys them up and they don't restock or anticipate that quota I guess. Employees aren't really willing to go in the back and check for them, because they work at Walmart and already feel too pressed with their workload as is it seems. Not the most unfriendly staff, but only a few go above and beyond to try and help you. Wish I could give this place my money and shop here, but every time I come it's the same thing. This walmart is the closest to my house so I go here when I absolutely need to. This Walmart is always extremely busy but they never have more than a handful of registers open. Every experience I have ever had with employees here has been awful. There has never been a friendly face in sight and they all have an attitude. Just today when we stopped an employee stormed through the double doors from the back room and almost hit my mom. They didn't say anything, just scowled at us. Nice. There is almost always a problem at the register that sends you to customer service (like something ringing up the wrong price). The line is always insanely long. I have waited over an hour 2 days in a row to get my grocery pick-up. All the while I see at least 5-10 Walmart staff sitting around by the door not doing anything and a bunch of cars waiting. This is by far the worst Walmart pickup location I've ever been to. These people deserve every part of their minimum wage job that they have. The cart situation here is out of control. Every time I have to go to this Walmart, there are carts ALL over the parking lot and the cart corral spots are just completely overflowing. Also, the checkout people are so SO SOOOO slow. I bag my own stuff to encourage them to move faster... because the growing line of other customers ready to pay and wanting to leave doesn't motivate them. I usually don't write reviews; however, I am so disappointed and outraged that this is the only thing I can do to let everyone know. I placed a Walmart+ home delivery order on Monday, the order was delayed and after not receiving it for an entire day it was cancelled by Walmart. Since I needed the groceries, I placed the same order again, the delivery was scheduled for the afternoon, however, I was notified that the order was delayed again, I was told it would be two hours delayed. Unfortunately, 24 hours later I am still waiting on the delayed order, Walmart charged my account twice, for the order they cancelled and for the replacement order that I still don't have. I was told by my bank that it would take 3-4 business days to clear the hold on my account. So, they took about $300 out of my account, Walmart is working with my money, I still don't have my groceries and the worst part is NONE at the store associates are answering the phone. I have been calling for days, I think I made over 100 calls and none of them have been answered by any of the Walmart associates. This is the lowest low for Walmart and I will be happy to cancel my Walmart+ membership and request full refund. In all honesty, when ordering groceries, one should not be charged until the order has been delivered to the customer. My next step is to walk into the store and see the store manager, if he or she shows no interest than I will be escalating to corporate. read more

The 2 star is just for the business as a whole. I am continually disappointed in the service and the associates lack of knowledge. I really think having to wait on line to check out because there are never enough checkers and then to add insult to injury you get to wait on yet another long line if there is an error on your receipt and you must go to customer service. Customer Service is definitely the wrong name for this Hell. You wait on line for the privilege of having your money returned that they over charged you in the first place. Two associates will try and deliver CUSTOMER SERVICE to a line of about 50 people with returns and over charges. This is my favorite Walmart. I feel it's clean and well organized. I purchase clothing, shoes etc for my kids and I love the deals that I find. For example, I just got two pairs of really awesome, expensive looking shoes for my son and they were on clearance! I paid $22 for two pairs of shoes, this is just unheard of. I spend at least a few hundred dollars a week at Walmart and will not after tonight! We went there and had major lines and only had self checkout available! Mind you this is about 6:30pm when people are there because they're getting out of work. With that we had to put our things in bags then on the unsanitary floor to ring out other things from our cart! We had over $200 worth and it was a ridiculous nightmare!!!! Never again! Bathrooms BOTH out of order had to leave my cart and go to another store close by to use their bathroom being pregnant it's hard to "just hold it" like I was told by an associate. Unbelievable first Walmart I walk in to and employees literally say hello and ask everywhere if they can help you find anything. The lines are not long and they use ALL of the lines.
