I really like this store but what bothered me yesterday was the people working in the garden center not wearing masks. They had a guard at the front door enforcing the rule for customers. If nobody is around then sure, take it off for a break. read more

If you go to the deli, be prepared to explain decimal and fraction equivalents. Not only have I experienced this myself, but I've seen other customers that had to correct the deli associate when they didn't know the decimal equivalent of 1/4 or 1/3 of a lb. read more

So we have "special" COVID-19 hours, so that staff can stock and clean. However, they stock, clean, and shop during the limited hours that they're open. I recently walked in one morning to the cooler section blocked off to do the floors. You expect that when you shop over night, but not when the store is on some old school hours for special cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking. If they're closed at night for this purpose, then should it be cleaned and stocked when the store opens. So frustrating that we make all these changes during this time to pack people in your store use one set of doors for entrance and exit and then don't do what's advertised. read more

I left Walmart Wesley Chapel on Sunday evening about 9 pm and locked my purse and keys in the car with the car running. Bryan the customer service manager and two of your employees who were at the self serve section were amazingly helpful. They used their own phones to call AAA - a young lady at 9:13 and a gentleman at 10:15 to try to get the service man to attend this old lady. Love shopping here. Never that busy and it's organized and prices are the lowest. Best time to go is late at night or very very early if it's a 24 hourstore but if not I prefer to go when they open. read more

We were here Black Friday and there was this little skinny older checkout lady on checkout # 7. The rotating thing that the plastic bags are housed on would barely turn. Horrible horrible horrible . I am in management and I would never run my business nor would my employers ever allow their business to be handled so poorly . I understand chain stores but this is ridiculous . I came to the store on a Monday evening at 7:30 at night to find 2 registers open backed up into the clothes and self check out going into the produce section. i also mention I went to get my child school supplies one week after school has started to find nothing on the shelves of what she needed ummm some kids get their supply list once school start can't believe this store . I sit here in one of 2 registers they have open where I have been for the past 30 mins as I right this review and the people behind me have now been told the cashier is closing her line so they have waited in this line and now have to wait once again . I think the manager of this store needs to taught how to manage again and his team members need to be shown how to really make a successful business . This is a disgrace I spend more then enough money here weekly just like I'm sure so many others do Walmart can afford to invest because this is a horrible way to run a big corporation . It's new, it's clean, it's organized, and it has 10 plus registers open! But, it's still a Walmart. Sigh. I am impressed with the efficiency and ease of finding items and checking out, but associates are hard to find throughout the store, which is typical. The ceiling seems a little lower, yet it's kind of dark in there. There are a few different entrances, but the customer service counter is not centered, it's more to the far left entrance. There's a Subway inside, as well as a salon. Bathrooms are clean, yet some stalls do not lock after being open for about a week. Layout is what you'd expect with lots of variety. Not too bad for a Walmart, but we will see if that changes as more people realize it's there! read more

Finally a Walmart that has adequate parking. I live n Zephyrhills but that store is so out dated n parking n winter is nonexistent. Only problem with this store is it's so BIG. It's a work out to get from one side to the other. Friendly n helpful employees. read more

In store 9:30 this morning with a $8 misc order. Out of 24 checkouts only number 14 was open with 6 customers and shopping carts in line. No express checkouts we're open. If customer service didn't check me out my order would have been left on the counter. Doubt if I will ever return. The first time I drove by I didn't even go in when I noticed the cop car outside, then after a while I realized it's always there. The store is new, yet looks dreary and dark. After getting what I needed and paid, I got my change and left. I realized when I got to my car that I was given a torn $10 bill. No big deal, I thought that I would just use it the next time I come in. As that time came today, they made a huge deal about it and wouldn't even accept it. The secret isn't out yet ....place is still brand new & no crowds on weekdays. This is the first Walmart I have ever been to that does not have mile long check out lines, screaming children, fist fights and merchandise thrown everywhere .......YET! Again, as I stated above -- this place is brand new and the secret is not out just yet. As with all Walmart's -- give it a few months and it will slide down like the rest of their stores. I was hoping that this store (since it is still brand new) might have their managers with a little more enthusiasm to assist their customers with products that they do not carry. I was on a mission to find some Texas Pete Pepper Sauce to put on my black eyed peas and collards. Seriously searched for over 30 minutes for this product. Finally found a manager who looked for a few minutes and passed the buck to another manager who called yet another manager named Maida (who is over the grocery department) who approached me shaking her head no. Huh? Why are you shaking your head no? You have no idea what I am even going to ask you. So eager to say NO NO NO before you have even heard my request. Easy, simple request -- "Could you please ask your buyer if he or she can order some Texas Pete Pepper sauce so I do not have to make the rounds in Wesley Chapel hitting different grocery stores"? Maida had to think about this for a few seconds. "Cannot make any promises but will see what I can do. Will call you on Wednesday the 3rd of September". Guess what? I am still waiting for that call. Seems Walmart might have a shiny new facility but their employees still have the lackluster in providing 100% customer satisfaction. read more

Good store. Well maintained. Seems to be well run. Clean and well stocked. Not a filthy Walmart. Very well maintained.

The Walmart is nice and all, but is ruined by the CSM managers who think they can talk to customers poorly, and expect us to return. Have found bugs in the food from the deli, and the "hot food" they serve in the deli is old, dry, and slightly above room temperature. It is sad to see a new Walmart ultimately digging their own graves through poor service, poor food, and terrible managers. read more

I would like to give this Walmart 5 stars but because of rude unmotivated employees, I cannot. I go here regularly and normally don't have any problems but the other day I was shopping and had a cart full of food, went up to the self checkout like I normally would and the machine I went up to wasn't working properly. The weight sensor wasn't working so every thing I scanned, I would have to click "I don't want to bag this item" which was taking a lot longer than it was supposed to and it kept saying assistance needed. Well I started getting annoyed after about the 5th time so I got the lady's attention and explained the problem and asked if I could move to a different machine. Now I don't remember her exact words but she basically said the problem I was having was normal and all the machine would act the same way and she walked away. Well I looked around and saw that no one else was having the problem I was, so I tried scanning a couple more items and had the same problem and the assistance needed came up and stayed up, I looked for the lady and she was helping someone else. I wanted for her to finish and when she walked by, she glanced at me, saw the screen that was up and just kept on walking. She obviously was being lazy and didn't want to do her job and help me so I simply walked out not buying anything. I just went to publix and gave them my business instead(: read more
