We had an unfortunate experience with our 8 year old son trying on special contacts at this…read morelocation. We were not thoroughly briefed before the appointment that staff would not be allowed to assist him with the contacts, and that parents weren't supposed to be in the room while he was trying them on. This was a traumatic experience for our son (the contact got stuck in his eye and the doctor had to use a small plunger to pull it out after I begged them to) but especially traumatic as parents watching our child struggle while the staff did...nothing. I hate leaving negative reviews but parents need to be told EXACTLY what to expect so this situation doesn't happen again. No, we will not use this business again nor can we recommend it.

She loaned us an awesome pair from her own line, completely free of charge, until we got the replacement frame. When we came back to pick up the new frames, Kay surprised us with her generosity and kindness by letting my daughter keep the loaner frames since they looked so good on her!
