However, the 7 day return policy is not flexible enough. When it comes to progressives, you need a few days to adjust to them. If there's a problem, one needs time to return to the store, find out that the prescription might be wrong, reschedule another ophthalmologist appt, and then return again with a new prescription. For people who work, it is not possible to miss so much work--or get another doctor's appointment so quickly--and return to fix the glasses. I spent a few hundred dollars for unwearable glasses because I work full-time and could not get back into the store with a new prescription within 7 days. I had to wait another year before I could address this due to insurance coverage. I recommend DHEC for standard glasses and the outstanding staff, but if you need progressives that might need some adjustments over time, you might want to consider a place with a more lenient policy.

At the follow-up visit, my contacts were switched to another brand, and the office staff managed the switch for me. Prior to my appointment, I asked that they obtain a trial pair of colored contact lenses, and they agreed with no problem. I've been wearing glasses since I was 14 and contacts since 18. My previous optometrist retired and I struggled to find a new doctor. I'm glad that I found Dr. Brillante.

I could see that perfectly but I can't read the massive overhead signs on the interstate, street signs on residential roads, or the signs of businesses (ya know, the HUGE ones on the front of stores). I moved out of state, so you can't help me and quite frankly, I don't want you to. I'm just VERY upset because I have to wait until June because of their incompetence. I'm giving 2 stars purely for the dog(s) that hang out there and the doctor IS nice. Maybe go here if you have a low index prescription, but high indexes might wanna stay clear.

And then acted nonchalant about it. Their unacceptable solution was to offer me a 30% discount on new frames from their existing inventory. Upselling was their response. A call from the manager would have been nicer. Following that experience, I went to Le Stanne Opticiens near Buckhead, who - get this - directly contacted the designer to find out if there was any way they could hook me up with an old pair of my favorite frames. Unfortunately, they couldn't. 7 years ago when Eye Q Optometry in San Francisco broke the same model of frames when changing out the lenses, they replaced the frames, free of charge. I've worn eyeglasses since I was 3 and Le Stanne and Eye Q Optometry demonstrate the high caliber of customer service I've come to expect. Colony Square Eye Care has a lot to learn.

This is a clear violation of Fedral Law-The Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act (FCLCA) and the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Contact Lens Rule are the federal regulations that mandate this. I will be filing formal complaints with ALL governing authorities against the Business and specific personel to include my examing Dr. Dr. Ashka Patel who co conspired together with their contact lens"specialist". Lastly, there were no documented resluts of the exam test results uploaded to my patient portal despite my request via email to Dr. Ashka Patel. Alltogerther they took my money, waisted my time and delivered nothing.
