Don't let that discourage you. He's there to do one thing. To say that Dr. Nguyen exam was thorough and meticulous, is almost an understatement. He kept me in that chair until there was obviously no better numbers we could get. I have never had an eye examine that painstaking (and i'm 74, so I've had a few). It's obvious that he deeply cares about what he does and does the very best he can. Without any hesitation I recommend him.

James was so very kind and patient with my mom. We laughed. Hanging out with my mom is something I cherish and he made our experience that much better. He also informed me of a sale and then I saw some sunglasses that were flirting with me;). In the end, mom and I purchased 4 pairs! I also went in today because my sunglasses got pushed off center during a car accident I had a couple weeks ago. They are as good as new now. Both of these fixes were at no charge to me! There were 2 cashiers on the left side of him that watched him scramble around looking for support. Instead of helping without being asked, they stook arrive taking amongst themselves. Finally, Kevin did ask and one came over and helped at that point.

That was the day when she was able to witness one of her combative moments. Realizing how important it was to provide some assistance, she went through the intake process to assess my mom's needs. I requested a Spanish speaking lady and she immediately got to work on her research. About 2 weeks later, she had the right person for me, brought her to our home to introduce her and get her started. My mom was not eager to have a stranger come to take care of her and, needless to say, we had a very difficult first day. However, Maria showed great patience, a very caring and calm attitude, followed all my instructions, and little by little she won her over! We just finished our second week and so far I'm very happy with the results. The bond between Maria and my mom is getting stronger and we keep making progress.
