When I walked in I was met with a very nice lady named Robyn. She was welcoming, she was informative and helpful. She guided me to the glasses I could choose from while I waited for the eye doctor to see me. All the people in here are so kind, informative and easy going. I also went in today because my sunglasses got pushed off center during a car accident I had a couple weeks ago. They are as good as new now. Both of these fixes were at no charge to me! And, I, the 75 year-old customer needs to walk to a multi-story parking structure two blocks away. I asked him if the company endorsed the workers taking those four parking spaces. He said, yes, if there are spaces available. And stay for their entire shift!!! I find this hard to believe and hope that Management will read this review. These spaces are perfect to stop in easily for my short visits to the store. He asked them to actually submit the order, which they later did. 2+ more weeks later, he checked on his order, and the glasses were in (might have been good to reach out to the customer and let him know). A month later he noticed the lenses screw to the arms of the glasses weren't operating correctly, so he returned to have them adjusted. The staff at Eye Site didn't have the appropriate equipment to fix his glasses, and asked him to have them return the glasses to the manufacturer which doesn't appear to be a "service" minded business. My husband asked for and received a referral to another, better optometrist, and was told about Site For Sore Eyes, who were able to quickly repair my husband's glasses. In the future, we will be using Site For Sore Eyes, as they are much more customer- focused and service minded.
