It was my first time there because I had a flat tire, and I found that all the workers and mechanics there are just so nice and accommodating. If you have any problem with your car don't worry just ask them and they will teach and explain you everything in details that you need to know. I have another mechanic that I used to go to, he told me I need to change all four of my shocks at one time I didn't understand why, because it really is a lot of money. I asked the mechanic from here, he checked for me and told me there was nothing wrong with the shocks and I don't need to change them at all. it is really easy to be taken advantages from.. Big difference, because when you come here they don't tell you what you need to fix and how much it is, they tell you what works fine and don't need to be changed. I've been needing an oil change for the past week, but wasn't able to get it done on the previous weekend. I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla. I actually yelped this place yesterday and found that it's right across from my workplace! So location wise it was very convenient for me to go to. I had sent a quote request and was immediately answered in 2 minutes (other places I've requested a quote from either took an entire day or never even replied). I brought in my car at 1:30pm, and had the following taken care of: Synthetic Oil change Tire Rotation Tire Pressure and overall car inspection. In total the price came out better than expected, The service manager who had helped me was very nice and friendly. They got it done by 4:30pm, which was fine for me since I didn't get off work until afer 5pm. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back here in the future! read more

BEWARE!! Do not let them touch your vehicle, they are not real mechanics there,do not believe. They cany rven change your oil correctly. I had them try to fix mu transmission on my party bus,big mistake. The so called "mechanic" john, said no problem i can do it. He said he will have to replace ,said he gets transmissions at a great place, turns out he got them at a junkyard!!: for $100, he charged me $2500! To replace 4 transmissions because the idiot doesnt know how to replace them,after the 4th one still didnt work and after spending a month there,i said i had it and just left,took it to a reputable mechanic who fixed and rebuilt it in 3 days. They gave me back only $1400 , so i bascally paid $1100 to have John destroy my bus..........do not ever come here, WARNING!!#### read more

I am the original owner of a 1982 300 SD diesel Mercedes. John Vidal, the Service manager, saved my engine. I had incorrectly put in about a 1/4 gallon of regular gas. A Mercedes service manager said to fill it up with diesel and it would be okay. Not so, it sputtered and made strange noises and would lose power. John told me to put in a quart of Lucas Fuel treatment run the engine for 10 minutes and then drive it. That was the cheap and correct solution and I have been driving it for 3 years since without issues. I recently had my air conditioning repaired there and it also works fine. I just got an oil change for the 100th time here. I LOVE this auto shop! My family (and I mean my own family and my husband's parents) has been coming here for the longest time and I couldn't say more praises for this shop (no pun intended). john and son not only very knowledgeable, they are reliable and super fast, kind and you know they know what he is doing. I just moved to this town then I have problem with my car ,it not started. Called tow truck. the tow truck driver towed to nearest garage , turn out it 76 gas station. At first I had little doubt because I did not know this shop at all. After 15 min. the mechanic told me that I just had a bad battery . I felt so relief ..The mechanic also explained that due to temperature changed too much and too quick could shorten battery life and nothing wrong with the car. Brought my impreza in to get my rear brakes replaced. Let me tell you that this place is second to none!! They use quality parts and don't charge an arm and a leg for them. They gave me a very honest opinion on the rest of my car, and weren't pushy at all. I've been bringing my car and my parent's cars to them for more than 9 years now. I started out just doing a smog check, but began bringing my car for oil changes as they seem to have reasonable prices. After that, I felt they were honest and the people were friendly. They did not make unnecessary repairs to the cars unless it was needed. Since then, I've had my brakes, tires, bearings, and battery replaced and have not had any issues with their work. Took my Acura in to get a quote for full service and wow was I shocked at the low price they quoted me, literally half the cost of what the dealer wanted. I told them that sounded very fair and would come back when I had someone to drop off the car for me, to my surprise they offered me a ride home and even picked me up when the car was ready. I am blown away by how much I am taken care of when I come here. I came in yesterday when my VW Jetta was making a very disturbing grinding sound whenever I stepped on the brakes and accelerated. Was looking for a new mechanic in town to service my Toyota truck and stopped by here. Great, honest mechanic who has been wonderful to work with. I had an error code which could have easily been addressed with a few thousand dollar repair. They walked me through all my options and made a recommendation of trying the cheapest and most needed repair first. Definitely not what the dealer would have done. Let me say 1st off the customer service was just fine they were friendly, welcoming and nice! This was my first time. I went in because my car was making a chugging noise. The staff greeted me asked me what I was therefore, I explained what was wrong with my car, they took it in immediately and did diagnostic a test on it and told me exactly what was wrong with it. Went here for car oil change. I asked Rommel the service manager if they can also check the noise that's coming from the front, right side of my car. I know that they're super busy that day and it's not part of the service I'm paying but they did it anyway. Fast service too.
