The older gentleman motioned us to stay in our lane where we were already in line practically inside the building. Then the other lane finished early and the young woman motioned my mother to come in. This young woman had short hair and glasses i think? My older mother bless her heart tried to figure out how to pull out of the building at a weird angle and into the next lane took literally five minutes but nobody else was in line and the woman motioning us in was shaking her head in disapproval which is very misleading and confusing since you are supposed to be using hand signals to SAFELY guide us in. You continued to shake your head in disapproval for the entire scenario while still motioning to pull the car in. Is she doing it right or is she not? Id appreciate clarity without the attitude thanks. A little respect for a woman who used her day off to come to this location she thought was a friendly establishment. You continued to shake your head in disapproval even after she parked inside the building as you walked away. You literally left my old mom frowning she didn't like that experience which should have been a slam dunk for all of you. Id recommend checking your customer service attitude and learn some patience. The sheer rudeness was blatant and I wont be sitting in the car watching you disrespect my mother ever again.

I read the reviews about them upselling their services and was a bit hesitant but the positive ones about their fast and great customer service won me over so I decided to give it a try. There was no wait on a Sunday mid afternoon, and I literally just sat in my car for less than 10 minutes and I was done. My total was $103 (oil change and they topped my coolant for an additional $6). I know I probably would've saved about $40 going to Jiffy Lube with a coupon but I really liked the convenience of not needing to leave my car. I was helped by London and Alex and the service I received from them was exceptional. I was offered a few other services for additional charge and the pricing weren't bad - but it was over 90 degrees today and all I really wanted to do was be able to get my oil changed quickly so I could turn my air conditioner back on. I received a list of recommendations on a few part replacements so I probably would go back soon to get it done. Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Hacienda Heights is a 10/10.

Liars! Here are the…read moreissues I've had with them: They neglected to return my dipstick into my car once and had a fit when I returned asking them to replace it. That same visit I paid extra for Mobil 1 oil and I don't know what they used but it was NOT Mobil 1. Make them show you when they change your air or cabin filters because they will tell you they are going to change them but they don't and they will charge you anyway. I paid for a new one once, and decided to go else where for my next oil change and the new place showed me that my filter was FILTHY and OLD!!! It was never changed at Oilmen! And finally, I just love when they bring me a sample of what my ATF looks like when I have a sealed transmission. Most oil change shops won't go near that for liability reasons, but they see a woman who they think doesn't know any better and think they can get us to agree to pay for an unnecessary $300 service that I know I still have MANY more miles before it is needed. The folks here have always been easy to work with and I like that they will only charge you labor if you bring in your own parts. They are now part of the Monroe national chain.

Whether it was for a service or consultation/estimate, Mark has been patient to hear me out through my million questions and explain each process. He's never tried to pressure me to do a service I didn't need and their pricing is quite reasonable. He even threw in a brake inspection and O2 sensor test at no extra charge since I was already in for the valve adjustment! I'm most happy to have found a mechanic that actually listens to my concerns - thanks to Mark for being so sweet! I had another unrelated problem, took it here, and they replaced a part and I was on my way. Fast forward a couple weeks and the same issue came back. I took it back here and they reviewed everything again and did some more tests and ended up fixing another part because it's not a common thing, but for my car it's a common issue to throw a check engine light for one part but needing to replace another part as well. Instead of charging me for the service/diagnosis again like other shops or dealerships would do, Mike only charged me to replace the second part. More recently, I was installing a new aftermarket radio in my car and when I went to turn it on, I threw a check engine light/code and the car was struggling to crank. I towed it here and Mike and his team figured out the problem that same day. The issue wasn't anything crazy, it was because I forgot to plug in a certain part, which I thought only had to do with the a/c (stupid mistake on my end). Mike didn't charge me for the diagnosis, even though most shops would or they would make things up to charge you for it. This shop is very honest and has fair to good pricing. Very reliable and easy to work with. Definitely a lifetime customer.

I just called this business about 2 hours ago and the impression I got over the phone was bad…read morecustomer service. Not sure who I talked to but I think they were having a bad day and took it out on me. I was trying to get some information about potentially replacing my 2006 Honda Accord's heater core. I first asked if they do this service which they do. I don't say the year of the car yet...then he proceeds to tell me it's going to be "thousands of dollars." I say ok and "I'm just calling around to get some different prices to see if it's worth it for me to do this service, since the car is older." He says "it's not me to tell you if it is worth it or not that's up to you" yes that's why I am calling to see what my options are??? I've been trying to tell him the year, make and model this whole phone call and he keeps talking over me and assumes and says "well I can't just give you a price over the phone like $200 and then you're going to come in shop and expect that price, you need to come in so we can get the accurate price" so it went from thousands to $200? I know it wasn't going to be $200. I say "ok I would like to give you my year make and model now and if you could tell me a price range for my information." He says "$700" and I say "ok not too bad" but then berades me that is not the final price once again. Then he says it's $90 just to check if it's even the problem when I already know this is the problem because my trusted mechanic checked it. Otherwise I wouldn't have called here. That is ok with me that this business policy is to charge for this check, I just didn't appreciate that he was rude to me over the phone and assuming that I wanted an accurate estimate right then and there with no information about my car. Then the cherry on top of it all was not asking if I had any other questions, and hangs up on me. Based on this customer service alone it doesn't make me feel like this business is genuine and I will not be servicing my car here.
