They make sure the floors are clean, regularly wipe down the equipment, and meticulously label and organize the weights to streamline the experience for their members. The LPCF team also works hard to foster a fun, welcoming environment. Everyone here is quite friendly, so there's a real sense of community that can be noticeably lacking at other boxes that have cliques. Their coaches are all fantastic in their own right. They're attentive and encouraging and most importantly all of them approach fitness without an inflated sense of ego. You can adjust their daily workouts to your liking or needs, and won't be judged for it. After switching to LPCF, I've made a lot of gains in terms of mental and physical strength, pushing myself harder than I had before at other boxes and finally learning movements I couldn't get the hang of before. A few months into my training, I suffered from a sesamoid fracture. Iggy modified my program to include exercises that improved my range of motion and strengthened the muscles around the fracture. I started when this studio first opened up and I love how new and clean everything was as well as how open everyone was to the levels of experience people come in with. These past months, there are certain days that I come in, where there is a particular sweat smell that lingers or it feels a bit musty - however, it's only been a few times that I have encountered this. I do wish classes and the packages were a bit more affordable. Otherwise, I enjoy the studio overall!
