The truck I came in for was in need of tires, and I wasn't sure if that was something I would have to pay for on top of the listing price, or if it could be negotiated, etc. The first thing Bob told me (before I even brought it up) was that he won't sell a car with bad brakes or tires. He had the tires replaced with a quality set, even had a second key made, and the truck was spotless when I finally picked it up. I desperately needed one because my dad had just fallen and gotten a traumatic brain injury that left him SEVERELY paralyzed at best but he was fighting for his life. I was staying at a domestic violence shelter and had not cashed a paycheck for months in order to save for a place. When my dad fell, I panicked and cashed my checks and went to Mila Auto sales with $2500 or so to buy a car. I told Karrie my situation and expressed that I was so grief stricken and panicked that I just needed a car. She put me in a car that she guaranteed me would have no problems for 2 years or more..... it completely blew up a few weeks later. When I called to tell her, she told me it was my problem and asked why I hadn't made the next payment. Why would I make a payment on a vehicle that you scammed me on? That is when I asked her why she would do that to a woman in the domestic violence shelter who had saved every dime for 2 or 3 months to get a car? She said "Being homeless ain't shit, I don't care." Then when I said "but you know my dad is fighting for his life" and she said "yeah well.... People die." She is honestly one of the most disgusting people I have ever met in my life and Mila Auto sales as a whole deserves the worst. I know "buy here pay here" is a risk save yourself and go somewhere better..... There are better lots that have human decency. I found out that she told somebody else that if you ever need anybody ripped off to send them to her and she do it for you. Fucking ugly over there.
