He did a contract right in front of me after giving me a quote, it stated everything to be done , we both signed off & I paid him 50% upfront & he had a phone credit card swiper. New fence was actually done the day I flew back into town so I wasn't there when it was done but I was satisfied with the price & quality of the work. He came by the following day to speak with me & I paid him the balance.
