Manny said he could get to our house in only two days, then arrived on schedule and took his time to be careful, diagnose the issue and explain it to me. He followed up promptly with an estimate. While it took a week or so for the part to come in, Manny kept us informed, and once it arrived he was able to come the next day to install.
